Située dans le centre de Sumartin, la villa dont le nom signifie « tranquillité » en croate, a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pendant vos vacances : une belle vue sur la mer, à proximité de la plage, de la gare maritime et routière et elle est entourée de nombreux bars, tavernes - restaurants de cuisine traditionnelle dalmate et supermarchés. Si vous vous êtes déjà demandé s'il était possible d'acheter du poisson pêché en mer à ce moment précis, nous vous donnons la réponse : c'est possible ! Et c'est possible ici même : cette maison traditionnelle en pierre est située dans le port où arrivent chaque jour des bateaux de pêche remplis de fruits de mer. Vous pouvez les acheter directement auprès des sympathiques pêcheurs ou dans un magasin à proximité. Bien sûr, ne vous sentez pas obligé de nager dans la mer (même si nous vous recommandons vivement de sauter dans notre mer propre) car la villa dans son jardin soigneusement aménagé dispose d'une piscine avec transats que vous pourrez utiliser après le déjeuner sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les îles et tout l'endroit. Une belle vue est offerte depuis les étages supérieurs où se trouvent les chambres : deux avec lits doubles et salle de bain et une chambre avec deux lits simples vous donneront une parfaite sensation de chez vous grâce au mobilier en bois et à un espace petit mais cohérent et moderne réglementé.

We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back! Angela's welcome and attentiveness were much appreciated, nice touch with gifts upon arrival and the location is literally steps from everything - we cold not have asked for more.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

A wonderful villa in a perfect location. Angela, the host for our stay, was quick to respond, helpful and always available. Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Would thoroughly recommend.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Perfect location for a holiday with friends or family. Nice pool that is maintained well. Nice otdoor seating with BBQ. House is spacious, clean an has everything you need. Airco in every room as well. House is located in the harbour of this sleeping village in walking distance from restaurants and beaches. Supermarket and boat and motorbike rental just outside the gate. I really recommend this villa.

Special Place

Not only is this property steps from the water and has a beautiful view of the church and the town — it was my grandfathers home! I believe his grandfather lived there as well (1797-1865). It was such a special time for me and my family. ❤️. I hope to return again soon.

Such a wonderful villa.

It is the perfect location with everything just a few metres away - little supermarket, bakery, fruit/veg stall, cafes, restaurants and the beautiful sea! The pool is a good size and fabulous terrace with covered area for eating. Beautiful views too. The bedrooms are basic but comfortable with air conditioning in each room. The Concierge service was so helpful and made everything really easy. Our local host Angela was really fabulous and so friendly. We loved it here. Thank you Villa Bonaca!

Villa Bonaca is a character property in a lovely location overlooking the harbour in the center of Sumartin. The location is perfect for a relaxing break, with great access to local restaurants, shops, the small beach area and the activity of the harbour. Our host Mrs Angela was a total delight, very helpful and enthusiastic about the island of Brac. The villa offers a good standard of accommodation with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate toilet and well equipped kitchen. The outside space is a real asset with a lovely terrace for outdoor dining and the bonus of a private pool all with great views of the harbour, village and mountains beyond. The price we paid for our stay was excellent value given the quality of the property and the location. A great base for a stay in the beautiful island of Brac.

My wife and two friends stayed in the villa that is located above the harbour. Breafast overlooking the harbour was a treat. Very comfortable - beautiful coastline and village. Not much open early season but our wonderful host helped with great recommendations and car hire - all very reasonable.
