Luxe villa de 3 chambres, 6-8 (2 lits gigognes) avec piscine privĂ©e chauffĂ©e dans Tennis Valley au cƓur de Vale do Lobo. Avec vue sur les courts de tennis et il est un vaste terrain. Environ 10 minutes Ă  pied de la mer et les Vale do Lobo terrains de golf et des restaurants. Le practice est une courte distance de marche. Le club de tennis a une grande piscine, restaurant et bar. La chambre principale et salle de bains sont Ă  l'Ă©tage avec terrasse privĂ©e sur le toit. La villa est notre deuxiĂšme maison et donc trĂšs bien meublĂ© et entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©, pas comme les villas de location habituels! Chauffage et climatisation sont inclus dans le prix et ne sont pas extras. Il ya le wifi gratuit Ă  Internet et Sky TV. Golf des remises de 43% et 50% sont disponibles. Our host was very helpful, having provided us with information about the area and suggestions of things to do and see. If we had any questions about the premises, Charles was back with information within minutes.

Quiet and relaxing

The villa is perfect, nice quiet location. The added view over the tennis academy is great lots to watch during the day. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice. Lovely walks around the area and not far to the boardwalk.Shops and restaurants not to far and a wide range of different cuisines. Will be returning next year.

Fantastic autumn break

We really had a fantastic week in Algarve and the house met all our expectations. The location next to the tennis and padelcenter is absolutely perfect. The pool was very nice and all the beds really comfy. We got so much help from Charles with everything from tips of car rental and tee times at the golf courses to the best restaurants nearby.

Perfect for a stay with a little one

We loved staying in this villa! It offered plenty of space and was perfectly equipped so that you can really make yourself feel at home. Location is amazing - walkable to lots of lovely bars and restaurants! Be sure to benefit from the happy hour at the tennis academy! Will stay again for sure! Thank you again :)

Algarve at its Best

Amazing stay in Algarve, in large part due to the attention of our hosts. They were attentive from reservation to departure handling our inquiries and specific requests. We highly recommend this property for its location, cleanliness and critically important the hosts. We may not be able to return, but we have travelled the world and this is a top our list for gracious vacation experience.

fantastic property in a great location

Well equipped 3 bedroom property situated next to the tennis courts meaning ideally suited to take advantage of the facilities of Val Do Lobo, yet with privacy to relax and do nothing as the mood takes. We have stayed here for the past four years and return each year as it feels home from home with the pool getting significant use! One of those places which once found you naturally want to return to.

Had the most enjoyable 5 week stay in Karen & Charles house. Perfect in every way. Location was brilliant. Close to everything. Pool area really great. House had everything you would need to have a great trip. Karen & Charles so quick to always respond to any queries.

If you're staying early season I would definitely recommend the pool heating - it might be an extra expense but it was money very well spent. The owners were easily contactable in advance and also during our visit and offered sensible advice on where to eat. Sky tv another added bonus if you have children! The wifi was nice and reliable too!

Amazing Villa - Great Communication

Couple of little teething problems in the first couple of days - snib on a door wasn’t working and then a leak in the kitchen, but both problems were solved or acknowledged very quickly. Comms with Charles were amazing and all of the advice and recommendations were greatly appreciated. We had terrible weather, so the smart TV was a godsend with the kids. Easily able to login to Disney and Netflix! And the close proximity to the tennis club for food was fantastic. Amazing Villa overall. An option to make the master bedroom a double with zip up would have been icing on the cake.

Wonderful villa!

We were a little nervous to book online, but the speedy response of the owners with their attention to detail, soon put our minds at rest. The villa was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. Our children were able to wander over to the tennis club to get ice creams, without having to cross a road, which they loved of course. We will be back!

Nice villa and good location

We decided to book ourselves a last minute holiday in the Algarve and booked this villa just a couple of days prior to our arrival. The owners were very fast in responding to our questions and very flexible. The villa is spacious and located at the heart of Vale do Lobo, opposite the tennis courts (which were virtually empty during our stay...). Beach was about a ten minute walk. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend the villa.

Well Maintained villa and responsive host

Stayed with family over May half term and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Villa was clean and comfortable, benefited from the heated pool and a new set of garden furniture arriving on our first day. Charles was very responsive to sort out the very few and very minor issues during the week. Also very flexible on arrival and departure times. The villa is located right next to the tennis courts and we enjoyed a family game of tennis on several occasions. Nice to sit out on the upper terrace at night. Equal distance between the 2 beach areas which was a plus! Would recommend this villa.

A luxurious, well maintained and well situated property

A delightful villa. This property is luxurious and well maintained, with tasteful decor, and extremely comfortable beds and sofas. My husband was delighted with the range of channels available on the television. It overlooks the tennis courts at Vale de Lobo, which are set amongst trees, and makes this a lovely retreat. The pool is warm and clean. There are two outdoor seating areas ... perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there are good wine glasses - so often missing from a rental property! One of our favourite features was the log burning fire, which made the villa pretty and cosy at night. Karen and Charles, the property owners, were charming and marvellously helpful. They recommended some excellent restaurants situated nearby.

Excellent location, excellent villa and lovely pool

We rent villas quite often and it's rare to find one so well equipped and with so much internal space. The first floor master suite is massive and the adjoining sun terrace is the place to be in the mornings - we were there in April and the ground floor terrace didn't get the sun until a bit later on. There is a large table outside under shade for alfresco dining as well as sun beds and the lovely (heated) pool, which is ideal for kids with a maximum depth of about 5ft. The owners were very helpful, as were the management company staff and their maintenance team. There is a small cafe at the tennis academy just a short walk away, but the nearest restaurants are the best part of a mile away. A car is a definite advantage. Anyway, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it.

So good we should keep it quiet!

Usually at the end of a holiday spent in a property rental and considering what feedback to give, it is often quick and convenient just to give 5 stars and say “great holiday” irrespective of the experience. In this case however our comments and thanks to the owners are genuine and heartfelt. The first thing to say is that the villa is beautiful and immediately felt like home. As tennis players it could not be better located not only to play but also to enjoy watching others being coached. We quickly found our bearings thanks to the maps and guide provided, and enjoyed the beaches in every direction. The 2 terraces are perfect for different times of the day, and the pool was enjoyed by our son who loves water and was with us for 3 days, and surprisingly also by us, who are less keen swimmers đŸŠâ€â™€ïž! The facilities including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and lounge are more than ideal, and we were even able to enjoy World Cup rugby on the TV. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning (should you have us back) or indeed recommending you to our friends.

Beautiful villa, clean and well presented. Charles was very quick to communicate pre and post booking with any questions, and also during the stay. We had a few unavoidable issues (due to weather!) and Charles was incredibly quick to respond and get someone to come and solve the problem, whilst also being conscious of not disrupting our time at the villa. Really well equipt with everything we could have needed, especially as we were travelling with children!

937 Vale do lobo

The villa was perfect! Very large, clean and comfortable, we even checked the brand of mattress on the beds they were so comfy. Well equipped although another set of towels would be helpful but there’s a washing machine so we washed ours. Few minor issues as I think we were the first visitors for a while but contacted the owner and they were sorted straight away. This is our 4th holiday to Vale do lobo and although it has grown since our last visit, still great beach, great facilities and great restaurants the only downside is the bus in no longer free at 60 euros pp and an email from the owner! I would definitely book bike hire before you arrive, the bikes around the resort are for owners only. We hope to visit again soon and would definitely recommend this owner and villa

We live in the UK with our children, but love to escape to Portugal, as often as possible! With the flight being only 2 and a half hours and the resort being less than thirty minutes from the airport, it makes it all very easy. We hope you will enjoy the villa as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have been visiting the Algarve since we were children. We bought a two bedroom villa in Vale do Lobo sixteen years ago. Which was perfect for us until we had too many children! We wanted to buy a three bedroom villa but we waited for 12 years before our perfect villa (next door) came up for sale. We love this villa as it is away from the roads but has a lovely view over Tennis Valley. Vale do Lobo is a great resort with lovely restaurants, bars, beaches and golf courses.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have just renovated the villa and put in new bathrooms, kitchen, tiling, TVs with Sky including sports, wifi and air-con. You will love it!
