This villa designed by Triorum Algarve is located in a quiet corner of Vale do Lobo, and features a private heated pool with an optional safety fence**. This newly refurbished luxury villa has been stylishly decorated, and has three double bedrooms as well as a large and comfortable open plan living-dining area - perfect for a large family or a group of friends sharing.
Guests of this villa have access to all of Triorum Algarve's usual benefits, such as a free baby and child package and Golf discounts.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Villa is located in the heart of Vale do Lobo resort, in a quiet setting, and has a lovely little playground a couple of minutes away from the doorstep.
The large patio at the back of the villa is surrounded by green foliage and is perfect for Al-Fresco dining, with a dining table and sunloungers for relaxing. The private pool can be heated, and a safety gate can be installed on request **.
Additional terraces and a large roof terrace with seating offer even more outdoor space and can be used for private sunbathing in privacy.
A 15 minute walk takes you to the Vale do Lobo beach, its beachfront restaurants and the ocean.
The Vale do Lobo tennis center (Portugal's largest tennis center) is a minutes walk away, and offers a gym, swimming pool, a bar and restaurant and of course lots of courts that can booked.
At the Vale do Lobo main clubhouse you will find a restaurant and bar, a gym, spa, shops and other ammenities.
Europe's finest golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are just a few minutes drive away, as are a host of additional activities such as horse riding, watersports, go karting, cinema, shopping, bars, restaurants and water parks to name a few. See more details in the location description.
THE VILLA
On the inside, the villa offers an open plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area features a fireplace, cable TV, DVD, bluetooth speaker soundbar and free WiFi internet access. Sliding doors provide access to the private patio and pool.
The ground floor double bedroom features a kingsize bed, a wardrobe and its own adjacent bathroom.
The first floor master double bedroom features a kingsize bed and large wardrobe. It shares the large family bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two single beds and its own terrace.
BABY PACKAGE
We offer a free baby package, consisting of the following items, on request:
- Highchair
- Travel cot
- Stair gate
- Baby bath
- Pool safety fence**
For babies under two we can additionally supply a blender to prepare babyfoods, as well as a microwave steriliser.
The local Kangaroo Kidsclub offers entertainment in groups or babysitting until late during the school holidays (extra cost applies).
NOTES
* The property is air conditioned throughout. The use of the units is available to guests who require these extra facilities, but carries an extra cost of 150 Euros per week during the summer months of June, July, August and September.
** Pool heating and safety fence are optional and are charged extra at 190 Euros and 90 Euros per week respectively. Pool heating and safety fence setup require minimum notice of one week and three weeks respectively.
A refundable damage deposit of 400 Euros is payable on arrival in cash. This will be refunded after the exit cleaning has been completed by transfer in the currency of your choice.

TOURIST TAX (starting 01/11/2024)
In line with practices adopted by other municipalities across the Algarve and various cities internationally, Loulé Council has introduced a tourism tax for the municipality.
Rates are as follows:
Low Season (1st November â 31st March): 1⏠per day / per person
High Season (1st April â 31st October): 2⏠per day / per person
Please note the following stipulations:
- The tax is applicable only to those who are over 16 years-old of age
- It is charged only on the first 5 days of your stay
- The tax needs to be paid in cash during checkin
LONGTERM STAYS
For stays taking advantage of our longterm monthly rates, electricity is charged at the national rate. Pool heating is therefore optional and not charged extra.
Cleaning is charged separately, with a minimum requirement of a fortnightly clean.
The discounted rates are based on our standard winter occupation of one couple per villa, please enquire for additional capacity. Â
The cancellation policy for these stays differs from our short rental policy, please see all conditions on 'Winter Longterm' on Triorum Algarve before sending a request.
RESORT
Vale do Lobo is not an all inclusive resort, facilities listed such as golf, tennis, gyms and pools are pay-as-you-go. We do part in the ebike scheme but do not take part in the Welcome cards / bus card scheme.
SECURITY CAMERAS
For our property's and guests' security, all our villas are equipped with two security cameras monitoring property boundaries: the front door, and the back patio gates and walls.
Guests of this villa have access to all of Triorum Algarve's usual benefits, such as a free baby and child package and Golf discounts.
