Penthouse de luxe situé dans un complexe exclusif avec un parcours de golf de championnat PGA conçu par Dave Thomas. Notre penthouse de 2 chambres est meublé à un niveau élevé, dispose de 3 terrasses et d'un grand solarium sur le toit privé, parfait pour profiter du soleil toute l'année. L'appartement est idéal pour les familles et les golfeurs, avec vue sur la piscine commune et les jardins paysagers d'un côté, et vue sur le golf et la Mar Menor de l'autre. La station dispose de 24 heures de sécurité, d'un parking souterrain sécurisé et est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture des longues plages de sable de la Mar Menor. Les bars, restaurants et magasins de Los Alcazares sont à seulement 2 minutes en voiture. Pour le divertissement sur place, il y a un charmant club de golf et un restaurant, à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Nous proposons désormais deux vélos, des raquettes de tennis et des balles ainsi qu'un assortiment d'autres jeux de plage. Internet sans fil complet.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Apartment

Have just returned from three weeks in this lovely apartment. Clean, beautifully equipped and close to all main routes for exploring Murcia, Cartagena, Isla Plana, Mazarron etc. by car. Wonderful terraces, which are perfect for watching amazing sunsets. Owners are great to deal with and we will def. return. Great beachside promenade at Los Alcazares with some nice cafés and several supermarkets in the locality too. Could not ask for more.

Spacious Apartment

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything needed for a home from home. The complex was very well looked after and within it the apartment was in a good location, not far from the entrance. When we arrived we were left a bottle of water and milk which was very helpful. The apartment looks on to the pool and has a few terraces which had sun and shade at different times of the day.

Fantastic Apartment on a lovely complex!

We had a great holiday staying at Roda Golf - it's a lovely complex, which is very well maintained at all times. The apartment itself is very modern/spacious and well equipped with extras you always need eg. hair dryer, iron/board, washing machine, kitchen utilities. Julie was very helpful throughout the whole process from the initial booking, to general enquiries, then return of deposit once we arrived home. Anyone thinking about booking this apartment should go ahead, it's one of the nicest places we've stayed at!! :o)

Very enjoyable stay

We had a lovely time staying at this property. The apartment was very clean and spacious... having 2 showers and 2 toilets was a real plus. Master bedroom is a good size and 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds was big enough for our 15 and 19 year olds. Beds were comfortable. What makes this property though is the terraces. There is a large terrace at back of property off the 2nd bedroom, a small terrace off the master bedroom, a large terrace off the living room with table, chairs & parasol that overlooks the pool, plus a massive roof terrace accessed by stairs from the living room terrace. The roof terrace has 4 comfortable sun loungers and great views. Air con in the property was also very effective. Pool area is lovely... we used the pool every day and it was never busy. Location is also good... 5 minute walk to the club house or into Roda... would recommend Campbells Irish bar in Roda for drinks. The square / strip at Los Alcazares is 2km away, which is 20 minute walk or you can get a taxi for 6 euros from the rank outside the main gate of the resort and one back from the rank near the square. Note: On Saturday nights the taxi rank at the square can get quite busy. The owner was very helpful and responsive throughout. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastische vakantie

Als je een rust vakantie wil is dit het.. Alles van winkels ligt op 2 kilometer van het Resort. Het appartement helemaal in orde,je hebt wifi, tv airco wasmachine. Dit is voor ons de 2 de maal en wij gaan blijven terug komen. Het domein is groot ,als je graag gaat wandelen dan zit je goed. Wij hadden ons hondje mee en hij heeft de tijd van zijn leven gehad 😀. Het was een topvakantie. Het appartement was in orde. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. De locatie is ook goed zeker als je van wandelen houd. De kinderen hebben hun kostelijk geamuseerd in het zwembad. En onze hond heeft daar kunnen wandelen tot hij er letterlijk bij ging liggen ☺️☺️ Ik raad het appartement en locatie aan iedereen aan. Goed contact ook gehad met de eigenaars Wij komen zeker nog eens terug. Groetjes Sofie en Kevin .

Great location in Roda Golf.

Very impressed by the penthouse apartment which overlooks the swimming pool. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Great location for golfers as only a few minutes walk from club house and course. Would certainly use again.

Lovely apartment in great location

We had a great holiday is this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and more. Lovely view over the pool from the balcony as well as being very spacious and lovely furnished, and the bonus of a large private roof terrace. It was also very convenient to the clubhouse, which was just few minutes walk. The owners have thought of everything for the comfort of the guests, and great communication . Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect place to stay

Lovely clean modern spacious apartment . Kay the key holder was easily accessible helpful and friendly . Roda golf is a lovely site and the clubhouse was reasonably priced . The roof terrace was where we spent most of our time as it was a sun trap especially after a dip in the pool which was a good size and well maintained and a bonus was it was in front of the apartment. We would definitely re book here when we return. Fabulous place

Just as the brochure, sublime, quiet and clean

Thanks for a lovely stay, the apartment was spacious and luxurious. The sun was on the sun roof from 10am until 8pm. The gardens are so well kept and the smell of roses and Jasmine was lovely on an evening. The facilities, crockery and glasses etc were excellent, the hosts really obliging and helpful. The club house does really good pizzas, not something I normally eat for dinner but great and the staff were really pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday. The walk to the beach was a way but stopping off at the square both ways made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you Julie, Nick and Kay. Loved it

We are Nick and Julie Pearman. We are English but currently live in South West France with our golden retriever Ariana. We are sporty outdoor people whose hobbies include running, tennis, water sports and skiing.
We work very hard so that we can pursue our passion for holidays and travelling.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love our two bedroom penthouse on the Roda Resort. We bought it after 10 years of return visits to the La Manga Club up the road where we pursued our love of tennis. Unfortunately we found that the La Manga Club lost its personal touch and had become too commercialised. We have played tennis many times since buying our apartment at the local club in Los Alcazares which has fabulous clay courts and is wonderfully welcoming. As for the Murcia area it offers us everything we are looking for in an activity holiday. We run on the promenade, pursue water sports, go on long walks in the nature reserves and play tennis! If you take some time to do some research you will also find some wonderfully authentic Spanish restaurants and entertainment!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our apartment is furnished to a very high standard to a level that we ourselves look for when renting apartments. It has three terraces and a roof top solarium which means that no matter what time of day you can find sun and shade which ever you desire without leaving the apartment. It is also situated on the pedestrian only area which means no road noise.
Finally it is less than a five minute walk from the golf course and clubhouse which is a real bonus!
