I have also enjoyed some lovely meals at the Nepalese restaurant and the nearby Roblemar restaurant and bar which has recently reopened is also excellent. All feedback is welcome as it shows me what aspects may be improved in order to ensure that future holiday makers will have an enjoyable stay. This was the first property that I listed on this web site and I was unfamiliar with the terminology used to describe properties of this nature. What I meant by "private pool" was that its use was exclusive to those living in the complex and was not open to the public. I have now changed this in the description of the property. Regarding the distance to the beach, the beach is horseshoe shaped and the closest access point is under a kilometer from the villa. To ensure accuracy I have clocked the distance in my car and it is 900m, which should take 15 minutes for a person to walk at a steady pace. If the beach is accessed at its furthest point it could take 30 minutes to walk.

Hi Sandra, Thank you for taking the time to write a review , I am glad that you liked the apartment but so sorry that you missed all the fantastic things to see and do in this beautiful Moorish Spa town. My top pics are the 7 magnificent blue flag beaches all connected by a wonderful safe promenade and with easy access to the vast array of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and price ranges. For fun and adventure, I also love the huge variety of water sports, wind surfing, sailing, canoeing etc. , which suit both the laidback and action packed holidaymaker and for beginners there are several training schools for all the nautical activities. Los Alcazares is a golfers paradise with 2 local 18 hole courses and of course the famous championship courses of La Manga a short drive away. To entertain both children and adults the "crazy golf" at Golf Delux is good fun and for the more adventures the Go Carting is really thrilling., its also lovely to take a trip on the tourist "hop on hop off" train which is free and goes all around the town every 45 minutes., its a great way of getting to know the town. Cycling is hugely popular in Los Alcazares , there are lots of different and very safe routes and you can hire bikes very easily. If you want a work out or more activity the Centro Deportivo Leisure Centre is amazing and very well equipped. If you enjoy history the military aircraft museum, Museo Aeronautico Municipal is well worth a visit and during the summer months the weekly local festivals are also very enjoyable. There is also a cinema in the town. The local markets which are on twice each week are a lovely way to spend a few hours and pick up some very good value leather and cashmire goods To explore a little further afield, Los Alcazares has great bus connections to all the local towns and villages which are well worth a visit. I really love the "old town "with its little narrow streets and especially the Thermal baths, and for a special night out the magnificent La Encanation restaurant and Flamingo show on a Saturday night is superb. Another big attraction in Los Alcazares is its protected natural salt marshes and wet lands which feature a huge variety of birds and marine life, but the best of all is to begin and end the day with the magnificent sunrises and sunsets. I am sorry that you missed experiencing some of these delights , perhaps another time. Kind Regards, Brenda

Dear Juan and family, Thank you very much for taking the tome to write a review of your recent holiday at my villa. I am very pleased that you found the villa suited the needs of your family and I thank you for saying that it was perfect. I am so sorry that you did not have the TV working during your time there , the internet company have been updating the system during the past several weeks, I think this relates to faults which occurred during last winters heavy flooding and they were working on hundreds of properties. The local management team tried very hard to have the connection to the villa restored before your arrival but despite their best efforts the internet company were not able to get the new instillation fixed before your arrival. Dear John, Many thanks for taking the time to submit a review of your recent stay at my villa , I am so glad that you and your family had a great holiday and I greatly appreciate your feedback. Cleanliness is our number one priority and we like to provide a very good range of equipment and utensils to enable our guests to enjoy the facilities they would have at home. As you will have seen from the detailed website description, it is a two bedroomed villa with a double and two single beds and while it can accommodate up 6 I agree that it is best suited to 4 people. The villa was originally designed to have three bedrooms , hence the downstairs bathroom but I made the third bedroom where the convertable couch is located into a den and TV area for extra comfort. The pool as described on the website is communal and the rental rate reflects this, it is 97 metres from the front door of the villa and usually very quiet., we provide sun chairs to use at the pool and the storage area under the stairs contains some pool toys for children. I appreciate your comments regarding sun beds by the pool, there are four sun beds in our private solarium / barbeque area on the third floor but they are too heavy to carry to the pool. We will immediately get folding sun beds which are light and can easily be used either at the pool or on the beach.
