Moderne villa de 3 chambres sur la colline sud Tala 6 personnes et les commandes de vastes vues panoramiques de la ville de Paphos, le littoral de la baie de corail et les montagnes à l'est. Complété à un niveau élevé, l'intérieur lumineux et aéré est complété par des meubles modernes et une cuisine italienne bien équipée. La piscine à débordement incurvée avec escalier romain tire pleinement parti de la vue, comme le fait le grand luxe 7 places bain à remous / spa (Octobre à Mai). Situé à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de la plage de Coral Bay, à 10 minutes de la ville de Paphos et le port et à 5 minutes de Tala Square, cette villa offre un environnement paisible à une distance raisonnable d'attractions et agréments locaux. 3 parcours de golf de renom sont tous à moins de 30 minutes en voiture. Un groupe E voiture est inclus dans le prix de la location, de même que le refroidissement de la climatisation et du chauffage. Un pack de bienvenue avec l'essentiel premier jour est également disponible pour votre arrivée.

Amazing Views

Just returned from a 11 night stay at this Villa The views are simply stunning both night and day, which are the same from all front facing rooms. infinity pool and surrounding area is also well designed and spacious affording stunning views. Villa is one of three in this location and your privacy could be interrupted if your neighbours are at home as they over look this property and every time you walk up or down to the pool area you look direct onto your neighbours pool and adjacent sitting areas. Could be easily resolved by growing some bushes' at this location. Had an amazing time, lovely villa with breathtaking views.

Fantastic Villa. Stunning views

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. The villa has stunning views from the panoramic bay, overlooking Paphos through to Coral Bay. Lovely infinity pool. Would highly recommend the villa to anyone considering a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Modern villa with stunning views

Amazing. Our reason for choosing the villa were the views – and they did not disappoint. The views down to the coast are stunning – both at day and night. We enjoyed some spectacular sunsets (we timed our day trips to make sure we were back in time!). The villa is modern and clean with good sized living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. The villa next door is quite close but there are no villas on the other sides. It is in a lovely quiet area. Great location – 30 minutes from Paphos airport, 20 mins from Paphos – all on good (tarmac) roads. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We had a lovely relaxing 10 days in late October. The photographs give a true impression of a lovely villa with perfect views, especially at night time. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is here. The pool is great for swimming, the hot tub is perfect for relaxing in especially if the weather turns chilly. Hopefully we will be able to make a return visit in the future.

Lovely villa with beautiful views

We had a fantastic holiday in Villa Nirvana. We booked last minute and thanks to the excellent communication from Shelley everything was organised very quickly. The villa itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views are sensational and we didn’t know whether to just spend all day at the villa enjoying the vista or to go out exploring! So glad we chose this villa - would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again to Shelley for getting everything sorted so quickly and smoothly.

Amazing Villa

Wow what an amazing villa!! every room was spotless when we arrived, it has everything you need for a perfect stay! The pool is amazing & the hot tub just WOW! The view is unbelievable especially at night with the lights over Paphos & the stars. For your eyes only!

Excellent villa on the hillside with views that really cannot be matched. We arrived just after dusk and as soon as we opened the front door we could see the lights of Paphos down on the coast below. The next day when we opened the curtains from the bedroom the view really cam into it's own. The villa is very well equipped and you want for nothing. Lidls is just a 10min drive away for all the food and drink you should need. No need to buy water as the water is very drinkable in cyprus, the kitchen houses a fridge that produces ice cold water and ice on demand (very nice). The pool is a very decent size and the hot tub in the late evening is wonderful and really did relax and help me sleep aswell. A truly wonderful holiday was had by us in a truly wonderful setting and as the title would suggest the views really are for your eyes only!

A Fantastic property with breathtaking views

Our holiday was everything we could have hoped for and more! the property is amazing, everything is catered for and the location is in easy reach of a whole range of activities and attractions. From landing and collecting our hire car at the airport, we were walking through the front door of the villa within 30 minutes. This is an ideal holiday home to suit everyone, the views are just simply beautiful. The booking process was so simple and the owners could not have been more helpful. We had already booked for next year on day two of our holiday because we were so impressed. Can't wait to be there again next year! we would most certainly recommend this villa to anyone who wanted a dream holiday experience. Tony and Julie W

The views match the villa, beautiful.

the Villa was stunning, from the moment we opened the door and saw the view through the window we were amazed. Only a short drive to Coral bay or to the harbour was a great day out, the car that was included was great, really easy to pick up from the airport and drop off. My overall impression of the holiday was fantastic and would highly recommend it. 5 Star rating

Perfect villa.

The Villa was lovely, better than described had everything you would ever need. The view from the villa was incredible always something to look at. And watching the sunset from the hot tub perfect. Would highly recommend if you want some piece and quiet And a relaxing break. Will be coming back.

Villa Nirvana - Tala - Paphos Cyprus

Excelllent villa with first class facilities. The infinity pool and hot tub are both excellent and the views over Pathos from the villa are truly amazing. Every general facility that you are likely to want is included at the villa. The location of the villa means that you do require a car however this is not a problem as car hire was included with the villa rental. A wonderful relaxing time was had by all ( six over 60's).

Beautiful villa with stunning views and great facilities

Had an amazing holiday in this beautiful villa, which was well equipped with extras including a hot tub and Sky TV. The views from the villa's panoramic window are incredible. The villa is not within walking distance of shops or amenities, however a car was included in the villa price which made our stay so easy.

Wonderful villa

Had such a relaxing holiday at Villa Nirvana. The views were spectacular both day and night, we never grew bored of watching the world go by. We loved the infinity pool and the hot tub was a real luxury. The villa was very well stocked with everything we could need, it was a real home from home.

Great villa and location

The villa, pool, hot tub and location are all fantastic. The photos are accurate. Lovely relaxing break. It's located on top of a hill and the views are really lovely. The owner and her representatives are all very helpful.

Relaxing family holiday

Wow, the view over Paphos from this lovely villa will stay with you long after the suntan has faded! The infinity pool was a big hit with our children and so relaxing for us parents to sit around whilst enjoying the sunshine and view. And the hot tub - huge!! This villa is definitely a home from home with a well equipped kitchen and huge American style fridge. Communication was excellent with the owner on the lead up to the holiday and directions provided from the airport to villa were easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury relaxing holiday with family. Paphos itself is very accessible being a 15-20 minute drive however Tala which is on the doorstep offers some lovely restaurants and an amiptheatre cafe which is ideal for lunch with a view!

Stunning views in Paphos in a wonderful villa

I'm a seasoned traveller that expects the best and I was not disappointed by my short stay in Villa Nirvana. What I loved most about villa Nirvana was the view which seemed to change hour by hour I really have never seen anything like it! It wasn’t just a visual treat because once you are sitting there, letting the warmth wash over you, you slowly become aware the sounds of birds, insects, people - going about their everyday lives drifting up the hill, adding to the experience. The Villa is simply stunning and you can see how much time, effort has been made with all the big and little details, even a hot tub wonderful to sit relax and chat into the late evening. I had the best time completely relaxed and Have booked it again next year. Thanks Mike

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We really fell for the view from our hillside location. It is vast and we never tire of it, from the hills in the south which lean into the sea right the way up to Coral Bay further north. Daytime views are spectacular but night-time views can be equally impressive with all the twinkling lights and fireworks over Paphos. The villa is far enough away from all the hustle and bustle to let you relax, yet still close enough to all amenities and attractions. The Cypriot people are very family-orientated and always give a warm welcome to the children. All of this coupled with the fact that it's only just over a 4hour flight made it the right location for us to buy.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The infinity edge pool has been a real hit with our guests. It's in a perfect spot to take in the extensive view of Paphos town below and the coastline. We find the main problem is tearing ourselves away to go home!
