C'est un bel appartement spacieux, luxueux, récemment meublé dans une position isolée, paisible et pratique avec vue sur la ville, la mer, la campagne et la marina. Le balcon principal donne sur la piscine commune et les jardins paysagers. Situé au 2ème étage, l'appartement est orienté à l'ouest et reçoit le soleil tout au long de l'après-midi et en début de soirée. Idéal pour dîner sur le balcon. Une vraie maison de la maison. Volets électriques, portes d'entrée et parking souterrain. Téléphone d'entrée vidéo. Aspirateur central. Ascenseur à tous les étages. Terrasse sur le toit. Lagos est l'une des villes les plus attrayantes de l'Algarve avec une vaste gamme d'équipements. L'appartement est proche de toutes les commodités; merveilleux restaurants, magasins, supermarchés et marchés, plages et sports nautiques, observation des dauphins, excursions de pêche, golf, etc. Accès facile à l'autoroute. Excellent, well equipped apartment in a great location

The property is in a perfect location within walking distance of the marina, town and beach. We have never been to such a well equipped apartment. Easy check in and contact with manager, Carlos and Gina and owner Paula. Very clean and comfortable. Have already booked a return.

Wonderful october getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much and the apartment had everything we needed. Nice large patio with a view of town and the ocean. Weather was great and we were even able to go for a quick swim at the nearby beach (late october). Short walk to the marina and town. Lots of reading material and dvds in the apartment. We would love to stay again.

Very nice apt

Nice view down over town and the sea. Marina and old town are down a hill, about 20 min walk. The apt itself has all you need, great kitchen, nice living room, pleasant varanda.

lovely apartment

could not fault this apartment and Lagos - could walk into the town - very spacious - excellent balcony which was in the sun most of the day. We have been to Lagos many times and will definitely come back to this apartment. Carlos who met us was very helpful - in all an excellent holiday.

Lovely place!

We had a wonderful stay for 14 days in July. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. There is also an underground parking space with a designated parking spot. It’s great that there are beach umbrellas and beach towels available. We found the 140cm double bed too small for two adults, so we swapped with the children. It would also be nice to have an umbrella on the terrace, as it can get hot on days with little wind. Additionally, it would be convenient to have an electric grill available for barbecuing. The location is quiet and yet within walking distance of the marina and city center. Within 2 kilometers, there are 2 large supermarkets, and within a 5-15 minute drive, you have access to many beautiful beaches. Highly recommended!

Another lovely star!

This was our fifth stay at the apartment in the past three years. It does feel like a second home! The apartment is spotless cleaned and well maintained. We love its location, with sea views and a 10 minute stroll down to the Marina and then a further 10 minute leisurely walk along the promenade into the old town. All amenities are close by and we love the fact that we can go to a different beach, within half an hours drive, every day of 10 day stay. The stunning Meia Praia beach can be walked to. The owner is very pleasant to liaise with and the apartment's manager in Lagos is helpful and easily contactable. We look forward to our next stay!

A wee gem

Fab apartment, great contact with Paula the owner and easy hand over with Carlos, beautiful large living room and dining area enough for six people, there is everything you need to have a great holiday in this apartment it is spotlessly clean and so many extras like the WiFi,washing machine, tumble dryer and not forgetting the beach towels as well,no need to rush out for sunbeds in the morning they are also with the apartment the pool is lovely and just the right size to cool off in the heat ,great views over the town and the beach from the balcony, an easy walk in to the town down a small easily manageable hill takes about 5 to 7 mins , lovely town, plenty of places to see and explore would definitely recommend this to couples and family's s wee gem will certainly be returning.

Spacious apartment near Meia Praia

The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and clean. It includes a very nice garage space. The pool is good, although a little exposed to the winds. Recommended for a family / group of up to 4 people. The two bathrooms are a plus.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Lage mit Pool und Tiefgarage sind super. Einzig das Doppelbett ist sehr hart.

Lagos été 2022

Première année au Portugal. Appartement au top, grand, propre vue sur mer. Situé à proximité du centre de Lagos et des commerces. Non loin de la plage, on peut y aller à pied. La piscine est un plus, et la résidence est sécurisée. Il y a plein de choses à découvrir. Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances.

Great apartment, good location...

Just returned from a wonderful holiday. The apartment is very well equipped and is in a good location. You can easily walk everywhere, 10 minutes to the marina, 12 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the old town. Paula is so helpful, she responded to my questions promptly and also offered suggestions to ensure we got the most out of our holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Lovely Apartment In An Ideal Location

Just returned from six nights in Lagos. The apartment is fantastic in all respects. The check in procedure with Carlos the property manager was very smooth (really nice guy) and everything was as described. We stayed as a group of 6 , utilising the very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge as well as the 2 bedrooms. The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and is located on a small complex of apartments. This meant there was always space around the pool when we wanted to use it and the area is nice and quiet at night. The large balcony was great for eating breakfast and enjoying a drink in the evening. The marina is a 10 minute walk down a hill with the old town a further 10 minute stroll away. It was nice to have the walk back after a meal in the old town but taxis and ubers are readily available if needed. Communication with the property owner Paula was excellent and i would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to stay there again in the future.

Cet appartement est tout simplement parfait: très spacieux, très confortable, très bien équipée et très propre. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la ville de Lagos est très appréciable. Résidence sécurisée, très calme avec piscine et garage pour la voiture. Les commerces et le centre de Lagos sont à proximité (en voiture). Idéalement situé pour visiter les principaux sites touristiques de l'Algarve. Many thanks à notre hôte Paula pour sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité par email from Liverpool ;-), afin que notre séjour se passe très bien. Obrigado également à Carlos pour sa gentillesse et son accueil lors de la remise des clés. Appartement à recommander sans hésiter !!!

Fabulous stay !

Just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely apartment, chosen from previous reviews. Everything as described, the apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The communal areas were well maintained too and the lift was a bonus. A small cabin case is all you need as the washing machine is extremely useful and the boiler ensures a hot shower every time! The balcony off the kitchen is perfect for breakfast and the second balcony off the living area, with a great sea view, is great for afternoon sunbathing or enjoying an evening drink. The pool and garden are well maintained, which we had pretty much to ourselves. The location is a residential area so lovely and peaceful. There is a small shop over the road or the supermarket is only a short walk away. At the Marina and beyond in the old town there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops where you are spoilt for choice at reasonable prices. The owner Paula is a delight, answering all our questions with very prompt efficiency, providing helpful information. Her manager, Carlos, had already looked into a taxi enquiry prior to our arrival, but was there to greet us and assist us with local directions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family but would prefer to keep for ourselves!! In fact we are already looking into for next year! Book and you won't be disappointed :o)

And that's the Hat trick !

As the title implies I've just enjoyed my third visit. Located within a 5-10min walk of the Marina a 5 minute drive to the beach and blessed with a sunny sea view it's got all you need. If you decide to eat in, then the kitchen is well equipped (but why would you given the great choice of restaurants in Lagos) - both bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are also excellent - lounge/diner a good size, the apt has a quality feel to it If your thinking of Lagos then I absolutely recommend the apt

Superbe appartement spacieux et très fonctionnel

Appartement situé en résidence très calme avec place de parking en sous sol, portail et porte de garage automatisé et digicode. Très sécurisant pour les enfants !! Piscine de bonnes dimensions, pas trop profonde pour le bien être de tout le monde. Trés pratique également les poubelles et tri sélectif situées dans la rue juste en face de l'immeuble. Appartement spacieux, conforme à l'annonce, avec ses deux chambres dont une suite parentale et une deuxième salle de bains. Cuisine tout équipée avec salon, salle à manger et ses deux terrasse. Nous sommes très satisfait de cette location où nous avons passés une fois de plus d'agréable vacances au Portugal !!! A refaire sans hésiter !!

Another great stay!

This was our 3rd stay at the apartment in the last two years, our 4th is already booked for July 2018! The apartment is always spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Carlos, the manager is friendly and helpful as is the owner of the apartment who replies quickly to any questions you may have. For the position, fantastic sea views and a 5 minute downhill stroll to the marina, and size of the accommodation the apartment is great value for money.
