Situated in the lovely village of Pegia, this villa offers large living accommodation and private pool with Roman steps. On a corner plot with mature gardens to all sides including fruit trees and exotic plants. Private driveway which can accommodate 2 cars.
The patio at the rear of the villa has a sun awning over the New Rattan table and chairs for shade for breakfast outside. The front patio to watch the wonderful sunsets in the evening with your glass of wine. This villa is ideally located for those who wish for a relaxing holiday with maybe a touch of nightlife and sightseeing as well. WiFi is now available at this villa.

Très bon séjour

Bonne communication avec la propriétaire et Louise. La villa est très agréable , spacieuse ,lunineuse et propre. La piscine est super ! La climatisation un vrai plus car période très chaude. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Quelques petites attentions à notre arrivée. Vous êtes proches de pas mal de lieux de visite . Petits points à améliorer : mise à disposition de plats pour salade etc. Et des volets auraient été appréciables car le soleil se lève tôt et éclaire les chambres de bon matin. Sinon tout est parfait 👍🏼 Merci.

The property is exactly as described. A car is a must but only a few minutes from all of the local shops, bars and restaurants.We would definitely return.

We had a fantastic holiday at villa JoJo. It was like home away from home. Beautiful villa, very clean and had everything you could need. We know the area well, so new where all the nice places to eat were. You definitely need a car to get around. We didn't want to come home. We hope to be back very soon. Thank you Sue

Perfect!

This is an absolutely delightful villa. Exceptionally clean with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is lovely very well maintained with roman steps which was ideal for our 2 yr old grandson. shady areas allow you to get out of the sun if need be. Communication with the host was really good from the initial booking right up until arrival. The local management was friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the mid week clean and linen change. We had the best two week stay at Villa Jo Jo and will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately due to my husbands ill health we were unable to go. However our family all had a week each at Villa JoJo. They said the villa was fabulous and loved the pool. They did say it was a good 20 mins walk into the village if you wanted to go out to eat and a steep walk back. The house managers Louise and Gary were brilliant. The local supermarket was good and the one in Coral Bay excellent. A great holiday had by all, jusr sorry we didn’t get to go

Villa JoJo

Villa JoJo is a very spacious villa, absolutely clean and tidy and what made it more special is that we was left a welcome pack of food tea coffee and water. The area is absolutely beautiful with lots of restaurants shops and bars. Highly recommend this villa.

Excellent property , all we needed

This property was clean and excellently kitted out, even the provision of pool towels. Excellent communication from owner from start to finish. 3 very good size bedrooms, two excellent bathrooms and a downstairs loo. The pool , and surrounding gardens, were lovely and very well maintained. A car is necessary really, to be able to get out and about properly.

What a beautiful villa. We had a wonderful stay in Villa JoJo. Everything was catered for and Louise was such a help when our son had an ear infection. She pointed us in the direction of a great doctor. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to come again soon. Tim and Sarah.

Sea views, mountain views, sunsets, relaxing

This is a great self catering property with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There’s plenty of seating options around the villa for sitting in the sun or shade and we especially enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. The villa was absolutely spotless, as was the pool, thanks to the managers, and the garden with its many palm trees and Mediterranean shrubs added to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s a bit of a hilly walk to the village if you want to eat out but we mainly ate simple meals outside, enjoying the quiet evenings.

A lovely stay in Peyia, Paphos

We enjoyed our stay here. The place with clean and tidy. We had great communication throughout and the car hire place that was recommended were also great. It was very spacious for us. The pool was great and the area was very quiet. We loved the cows that roamed the streets. It was a short walk down into the town where we had a lovely meal. There was a book with lots of recommendations for things to do. Couple of things in terms of feedback. There was a note about suncream and not using Boots Soltan as it stains the cushions. Maybe sharing that in the info pack before arriving as you may have already spent money on it. The gas BBQ canister was very low and the water dispenser which I believe should have been replaced by the previous people. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you

Lovely villa, great stay.

We all had a fab time in the villa JoJo. So well equipped and the pool towel idea is great. Lovely gardens, dining area and chill out areas. We sat in the evening on the new furniture which was very comfy. Had 4 days of bad weather which is unusual but we made our own entertainment. Only a 15 minute walk to the village but we had a car. Would recommend and hope to book again sometime.

Zypern ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert...vor allem in dieser Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen in Ordnung, der Garten, die Außenanlagen und die Zimmer sehr gepflegt. This was our second time staying at villa Jojo and it did not disappoint. Beautiful clean, comfortable villa with lovely views a short car journey from Peyia and Coral Bay. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing villa with perfect pool and gardens

The villa is an amazing property with everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Lovely small touches like the welcome pack really made us feel at home. As has been mentioned you do need a car to get to most places like a supermarket and local tavernas but they are only five minutes away if you do. The pool and gardens are really perfect, well kept and beautiful, they provided a perfect place to relax and have fun. Special thanks to Louise and Gary, who look after the property, they made us feel extremely welcome and sorted out any of our enquiries quickly and without any fuss.

Amazing Villa

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Jo Jo. On arrival the Villa was easy to find, very clean and the welcome pack was a pleasant surprise after our long journey. The villa itself is in a lovely location with great views, the pool area and gardens are beautiful, with plenty of room for sunbeds and the seating area an added bonus to sit and cool off or read a book. We had a wonderful stay can't wait to come back and would recommend this villa . We have been to Peyia many times and this villa is the best we have stayed in, very well equip and with some lovely homely touches. Thanks to Sue and your team in Peyia. Kerry and Dale

A beautiful villa in a very peaceful location. Amazing outdoor area with an exceptional pool .

A real home from home . Fantastic villa in a quiet residential area . You need a car to get to nearby shops and local resort of coral bay . The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners obviously make sure you want for nothing . Great restaurants and amenities close by(5 mins by car) . If we could have had a softer mattress in master bedroom it would have been the icing on the cake . We would definitely recommend this villa .

Beautiful villa in a good location

Villa JoJo has everything you need for a great holiday. Would highly recommend but you do need a car in our view. Maria & Nestor in Coral Bay are great and hiring a car from them was painless they were fantastically helpful. Everything and everyone connected to this holiday have been fabulous and special thanks to Sue & Louise 😀

Hi we are Sue and Geoff we live in the UK, we have 2 grown up children and 4 grandchildren. Villa Jojo is where we come to relax and enjoy all the delights of Pegia and Cyprus. We do hope you enjoy your stay at Villa Jojo as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought the villa in Pegia because we liked the friendly tavernas, coffee shops, bars and really tasty bakery all within easy reach of the villa. The village itself is picturesque with lots of tradition. Villa Jojo is ideally situated to enjoy the beauty of the island and surrounding villages. You also have access to local golf courses, beaches, jet ski, diving, go-carting, and bird park.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Pegia is a lovely setting for Weddings at the Municipality
Building next to the magnificent Church in the heart of the village. The villa is set on a corner plot so you have many different areas in the garden to relax in the shade or enjoy the pool area which has sun all day long. At the end of the day you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunset with your glass of wine. Cheers !!
