Ferme restaurée nichée sur le côté de la petite vallée avec vue sur la mer

Casa Naomi est une ferme que nous avons restauré tout en conservant son caractère essentiellement italienne des Marches. Avec un hébergement spacieux qui ne répondre vraiment bien pour un maximum de 10 personnes, la propriété dispose d'une piscine et d'une terrasse bien exposée dans 8 acres de terres agricoles, y compris les cerises, pommes, figues, noix, amandes et olives, qui peuvent tous être ramassé librement quand en saison. Il est niché sur le côté d'une petite vallée, à seulement 1 km du village historique de Montefiore dell'Aso. Le village offre toutes les facilités requises par ceux sur les vacances au calme. Il a un excellent boulanger, pizza à emporter, restaurants, bouchers et petits supermarchés. Vous pouvez rejoindre les habitants dans les cafés pour un café de votre choix, bière fraîche ou une délicieuse crème glacée! A la cantina locale vous pourrez déguster les vins proposés et remplir un flacon de 5 litres avec un vin pour environ 4- £ £ 5. Vous pouvez ensuite assis sur la véranda ou près de la piscine prendre dans le paysage et en sirotant votre vin dans la paix. Nous fournissons également notre propre huile d'olive.

Se mettre au vert à proximité de la mer !

Excellent séjour dans un environnement très calme et proche de la nature! La localisation dans les terres mais proche de la mer est idéale. La maison est spacieuse, mais nécessitera Quelques travaux d'entretien dans les mois à venir. L‘accès à la propriété pourrait être un peu facilité et mieux entretenu

Absolument génial !

Une maison magnifique superbement restauree au calme en pleine nature. Accueil très chaleureux. Tout est sur place...dont la sublime huile d'olive de la propriété ! Maison idéalement située dans une région magnifique !

Lovely villa in a beautiful setting

The location of this beautifully renovated villa was perfect - very peaceful and still within a walking distance from a lovely village with shops and cafes. The house was clean and well equipped for eight people. We loved having breakfast outside with a view to the Adriatic Sea. I would highly recommend this place!

A Perfect Holiday

This is villa is superb, the location worked for us being remote but a 20 minute walk to local shops or the same driving distance to Adriatic coast. The accommodation was great the pool in perfect condition and the meet and greet process short and informatively. We loved our holiday.

Great time

We have stayed here for a week. Everything was great. Only few small issues: wifi/internet very poor, mosquitos nests in windows in bad conditions. House is in the valley so the sun sets quity early. Apart of these things everything was very nice. House manager was very helpful. House is very clean and in great conditions. The surrounding and the town is very nice.

Ruhig, geräumig, idyllisch

Das große, restaurierte Bauernhaus liegt in einem einsamen Tal sehr nah bei Montefiore dell Aso. Es ist sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist gut bestückt und es gibt auch einen Grill vor der schattigen Terrasse. Der Swimmingpool liegt malerisch im Grünen etwas unterhalb des Hauses. Er wird regelmäßig vom Betreiber gewartet und gereinigt. Der Betreiber stellt auch reichlich Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung, dass zum Erkunden des reizvollen Ortes Montefiore und der Umgebung einläd. Alles in allem, ein sehr zum Entspannen einladendes Plätzchen.

Wonderful house in beatiful nature

Me and my family spent 10 days in Casa Naomi. The house was great with many bedrooms and bathroom. Big diningroom and livingroom. You can easily be two families here. The outdoor area with pool and sunbeds are also great. The children loved it. The pool was perfect for our girls 8 and 12 years old. It was not too shallow for them (or us). The only thing we missed was the evening sun. The sun disappeared at 5 pm. To bad that the owner had not cleared among bushes and trees. In that case we should have seen the sun a little bit longer. The days before we arrived it had been a lot of rain, so the road was really bad. It was then very difficult to drive the last kilometer to the house. But we really enjoyed our visit and can very much recommend it!

An excellent property, superbly equipped and well prepared for our visit. Casa Naomi is beautiful .

Casa Naomi near to Montifiire dell Asso is a professionally restored typical Marche property. Montifiore is a beautiful hilltop town with stunning views and is easily accessed from Casa Naomi. The warm seas of the Adriatic coast are minutes away by car. Excellent restaurants can be found locally and there is a good butcher, Baker, wine producers, supermarkets and fuel stations within the town. Casa Naomi has a beautiful pool set next to the house in a stunning, peaceful, rural location. Highly recommended, we have stayed twice in Casa Naomi.

sehr zufriedern!

Das Haus war für unsere beiden Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr grosszügig. Beim Essen hatte jeder Platz und auch draussen unter dem Vordach hatte es genügend Stühle und Tische. Die Lage einerseits sehr abgelegen, aber doch hat man vom Dorf oben die Musik gehört und hatten so nicht das Gefühl allzu weit von der Zivilisation zu sein. Dank eigenem Wasserauffangtank konnte man getrost auch mal einen Schluck aus dem Hahn trinken. und wir hatte immer genug Wasser. Der Pool wurde durch Thomas einmal gereinigt und die Gärtnerin kam auch einmal. aber diese Begegnungen waren freundlich und gar nicht störend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Casa Naomi nur weiterempfehlen. :-)

Casa Naomi 2017

Casa Naomi is a delight. Everything works and continued to work throughout our stay. What a delight to stay in such a beautifully restored, spacious, spotlessly clean and well maintained property. Quiet, yet not too far off the beaten track. The only disturbances were from a noisy set of residents with their choruses of bird song all day long. We saw a metre long reptile - snake or slow worm? No sign of the whoopoe but we heard a lot from him. Lizards abounded to the delight of our young charges. So tranquil. Our busy lives a distant memory. Meals on the patio, all of them, were such relaxing occasions. The bread shop is one of the best. The butcher quite a wit and with such good meat. Such variety and such high quality. We loved the village and the friendliness of the locals. Barbecuing was a joy. The local beaches are pristine, accessible, within easy reach of Casa Naomi, and the sea very warm. The house pool one of the best we have seen in our travels with a most efficient filter. We made maximum use of the pool, the boys had a great time and how their swimming confidence has improved. TV, iPad, not missed at all. We did not feel the urge to travel much during our stay and I believe that is a sign of being content. We, of three generations, highly rate this property and intend to return.

Beautiful haven in peaceful setting

We stayed here in 2005 soon after the restoration and our second visit this summer did not disappoint. It is a tranquil haven in a beautiful and private setting, with very thoughtful attention to detail inside and out. The pool area is a sun-trap all day while the stone house stays cool all night, and the veranda provides a shady place to relax. We loved the diversity of wildlife and fresh figs on the driveway, and the village shops, cafes and restaurants are a short walk - fantastic views from here. The description is totally accurate and we were welcomed on arrival by Thomas who showed us where everything was. Many excellent, good value restaurants in nearby villages and towns too. Perfect !!

Still a fantastic property 2nd time around

This is our 2nd stay at Casa Naomi and we weren't disappointed, the condition and facilities are second to none all are of excellent quality.we were a party of grand parents, parents and kids all had a fantastic time enjoying the local area beach etc this area never ceases to amaze us of its tranquility and natural beauty we will return Once again thanks for the use of your beautiful house Fiona

Perfect seclusion

Beautiful well appointed Farmhouse on the outskirts of Montefiore Del Aso. As a party of 7 including one child the property was plenty big enough. Being here at Easter it was too cold to use the pool, but the log burner in the main room was perfect for those cooler evenings. Everything was as described by the owner, and their representatives on site were excellent ambassadors for them. If your idea of a holiday is to get away from the madding crowd, then this is for you.

Perfect family vacation

I keep telling my friends that "Marche is like Tuscany 50 years ago". And thats all in i a positive sense! The house is situated outside the small, sleepy town/village of Montefiore dell'Aso whit a few restaurants/cafés, a bakery, two grocery stores. The views from the village are just stunning: to the west - the adriatic sea, at your feet the beautiful undulating countryside of Marche and to the south/west snow capped mountains. We were 4 adults and 4 children and the size of the house and its facilities were perfect for us. The pool area was nicely kept and used everyday by the kids, the outdoor sitting area perfect for breakfast and dinner. The ocean is 20 minutes drive away. Pre season when we were there so almost empty beaches. We have only good things to say about this house and the area around it. Go there!

WHAT A FIND CASA NAOMI

First we would like to thank Fiona for the use of her house Casa Naomi, we hired it for a special family holiday our 35th wedding anniversary. Our party of 6 adults, one 4 year old, one 18month old. and two 11month twins were well catered for,cots etc. The house was an exceptional standard, facilities were outstanding the local knowledge was really helpfull and informative. The pool was wonderfull and sunbeds etc easliy catered for our needs . My wife and i have stayed in the area before so knew of its outstanding beauty, but it was the first time for our childern and grandchildren and they all agreed it was absolutley stunning and would return so once again thank you Fiona The listing was completely accurate, the property was furnished to a very high standard and the property was spotless throughout and the mosquito blinds fitted to all the windows worked really well. The customer service was great and the location was as described with good access to local beaches and facilities.

Casa Naomi

The house was large and clean and really well equipped to easily cater for 8+ people and had everything we needed. The view and grounds are excellent as is the swimming pool. The figure of 8 design makes it wider than normal and the shallow and deep ends were well proportioned. The town is nearby and walkable in 20-30 minutes (although we often took the car as it is uphill most of way!). Beautiful location and area; nice restaurants (but equally nice to eat in) and the coffee, pastries and ice creams in Montefiore are a real treat!! Montefiore is a beautiful old town situated on the crest of the hill (as most towns in the area seem to be) so has views of the surrounding hills, the sea and the mountains in the distance. The directions to the house were excellent as it is not the easiest place to find without them once you get off the Autoroute. It is situated at the end of a farm track down to the house which was a bit of a surprise after the autoroute (even with the warning in the literature) especially if your hire car is an Alpha Romeo as ours was!! But we soon got used to it and would recommend Casa Naomi to any family groups wanting a well appointed villa in a secluded spot in beautiful countryside and with views of the sea and the moutains.
