Une rivière coule à travers elle! Facile d'accès de l'autoroute 50 pour le ski (env. 20 minutes), un grand week-end ou des vacances en famille. La cabine offre une grande ouverte une grande chambre, cheminée, avec une cuisine ouverte, 2 salles de bains, une grande chambre à l'étage et salle de bain complète, une chambre en bas et une salle de bain complète, peut accueillir jusqu'à 8/9, nouvelle terrasse de séquoia donnant sur la rivière , trou, pêche natation et la randonnée sur les sentiers de randonnée Pony express et l'escalade sur le mont du Pain de sucre La cabine a la chaleur centrale de propane, la cheminée confortable (bois fourni) et est équipée de tous les logements nécessaires, y compris WFI et Netflix. Il y a des randonnées sur le Pony Express Trail juste en face de l'autoroute sur Sugar Loaf Ave (escalade Mountain). En quelques étapes, vous pouvez profiter de votre propre trou de baignade, pêche, tubing, luge, ou de détente au bord de la rivière, vous pouvez prendre une courte route panoramique jusqu'à Tahoe. Un endroit idéal pour un week-end romantique ou en famille.

Fishing and Relaxation

One of the best stays we've had as a family. The cabin, stream, and entire area was amazing! Fished, walked, BBQ'd, sat on the exquisite patio, played cards, watched football and just had beautiful family time. Would definitely recommend :)

Beuatiful river cabin

Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable cabin along the American river with everything we needed to relax. Close to the road but the river drowns out any traffic noise on the back deck. Loved the views from the living room and kitchen. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed a polar plunge in the river and a day skiing at Kirkwood as the local snow was sparse. Korean retaurant walking distance was awesome, otherwise have to drive a bit to eat so we brought some food with us for cooking. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Cabin!

This cabin by the river was perfect for our family. So relaxing. Everything was exactly as we expected. Debbie is very nice to share her lovely home with those that are lucky enough to book it! A great experience!

River getaway

I've always wanted to stay by the river in a cabin and it was perfect. The cabin was clean. We depended on the kitchen being stocked with cookware and utensils, and it didn't let us down. Feasting by the river was awesome. The only negative thing was the upstairs bedroom doesn't have any heating vents, so it was significantly colder than downstairs.

"Paradise retreat on the River"

This home is the perfect place for a getaway of a few days or week. Sits right along the South Fork of the American River........ such a beautiful setting and you can go right down to the water which is just feet away from the house and enjoy the sun and water. House is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Windows all around, a great large deck for entertaining and BBQ. We will for sure be renting this home again in the future. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and layout was perfect for our family of four. The river was amazing, and the sounds from the river were so soothing. Excellent stay, love the river!

Check-in was easy, the house was easy to find, the river is on the property. I could see the river from the bedroom window. Love the grill on the beautiful and gigantic patio with the gorgeous view of the river, so peaceful! We walked around a bit after meals, the area and neighbors were very friendly and nice.

Amazing spot on the river!

Our family had an amazing time at this cabin! The location on the river was incredible - with rocks to climb on, a swimming hole just outside, and a calmer floating section a 3 minute walk away. The back patio surrounded by trees and river was magical, plus the hammocks and various chairs to enjoy the trees and river from, in different places throughout the yard. The cabin was spacious enough to fit the 5 of us comfortably, very well stocked, clean and very comfortable all around. Even though the cabin is very close to highway 50, the noise didn't bother us at all (between the beautiful sound of the river and great double paned windows). We had good cell phone signal (both AT&T and Verizon) and the internet worked well enough. Only minor complaint was that the cabin was very dark at night - which is common for old cabins that had to retrofit electrical - but some brighter lighting (especially in the kitchen) would really help. Overall, simply an amazing place to stay - I hope we'll get to go back another time!

River Relaxation

Great cabin, directly on the river! Just off Hwy50, so quiet and private. Everything you need to enjoy, perfect for families or small groups. Enough space to relax in peace or with friends!! We’ll be back!!

I have been a real estate agent in El Dorado County for 27 years. My number 1 on my bucket list was to own a cabin on the river. I live in the area and have raised my children here. My family spent many years camping along the river. I want to share my experience as a cabin homeowner. The river is a place I can meditate and be at peace. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

River Front property has always been my dream. I wanted to be able to throw a stone from the cabin to the water. My cabin has the view of the river from almost every window. The sound of the river drowns out all my worries and cares. I love the deep swimming hole during the summer months and the challenge of rock climbing across the river. My childhood vacations were memories of camping along rivers, creeks and lakes. There was always a fishing pole in my hand not to mention the flames and smell of a camp fire.
