Spacieux appartement de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains pouvant accueillir confortablement 4 à 6 personnes. Complété à un niveau exceptionnel et meublé avec goût, cet appartement offre un endroit relaxant pour toutes les vacances en famille ou le golfeur enthousiaste. Le Wi-Fi est inclus et prend en charge les chaînes de télévision britanniques. Grande piscine (environ 25 x 12 mètres), avec l'ajout d'une petite piscine pour enfants peu profonde (environ 8 mètres de diamètre) située dans des jardins immaculés. Schöne Wohnung und Anlage, sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. So eine große und super eingerichtete Wohnung hatten wir bisher noch nicht. Von Waschmaschine, über Wirlwanne, großer Terrasse, Kühlbox inkl. Akkus war alles vorhanden. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool war wunderschön. Es erfolgte sogar ein Wäschewechsel innerhalb der 10 Tage. Ein kleiner Mangel war die Reinigung. Diese könnte etwas gründlicher erfolgen und auch das Geschirr im Schrank musste teilweise erst mal gespült werden (von den Krabbeltierechen im südlichen Ausland sprechen wir hier gar nicht). Unterm Strich hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen. Auch der direkte Kontakt zum Vermieter hat reibungslos geklappt.

Apartamento como novo e muito bem decorado, com óptimas áreas e um terraço enorme. Piscina do condomínio fantástica! Os donos muito simpáticos. Aconselho vivamente.

Tranquilidade e bons mergulhos napiscina.

Casa grande, bem equipada e limpa. A varanda é excecional, com mesa para refeições (fizemos todas as refeições na varanda durante a estadia); possui além disso espreguiçadeiras para 4 pessoas. O local é bastante tranquilo, nada de confusões na piscina nem barulho durante dia/ noite. O único senão é a distância em relação a quase tudo: supermercados, café, praia. É necessário levar o crro paratodo o lado.

Nice apartment and nice swimming pool

The apartment is big enough for 4 people sleeping and for entertain 8 to 10 people with no problem. There is space for more people to sleep, but it would required to use the living room. The balcony is very big and it has all facilities and equipment to cook with no difficulty. For families is great and the common area of the swimming pool is large and quiet. If there are some kids, there is the usual kids noise.

Fantastic, well equipped villa

We are just back from a two week stay in this fantastic apartment. We are a family of four (two children aged 7 and 5). It was really well equipped for cooking in and had games, books, wifi and UK tv which was really helpful! The pool is amazing and a really good size. It was so quite that we had it ourselves most of the time. It is in a really quiet area but only around 8euros into Vilamoura marina. The owner was great to deal with and so was the company who looked after us during our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We will definitely be back! Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely, modern villa!

My family and I stayed at this villa in Jun/Jul 18. The correspondence with the owners was great and good instructions. We were met by the a rep from the Management team who was lovely and showed us around the property. The villa is lovely and modern, everything you need for your stay (would have liked an umberella however we bought a cheap one and used it by the pool and then the beach). The added bonus of uk tv channels was fabulous for the World Cup!!! and relaxing later on in the evening if we fancied. The pool area was quiet our first week but got a little busier the second, however this didn't bother us as we never had an issue with sunbeds. Yeah! We met quite a few lovely families and everyone was so nice. I'd say you need a car for travelling but you can walk into the marina in about 45 mins or get a taxi for a set fare (well it seemed to be for 8.20 euros, use the taxi firm suggested in the welcome book, we never had any issues). If parking there are a few free places such as behind Macdonalds and on the other side of the marina near the roman ruins. Otherwise its now pay for parking a few streets back from the marina. Villamoura is a lovely place to visit surrounding areas. Locally theres golf if thats your thing, lovely beach (Falesia). Play crazy golf at Family golf, take a boat trip (we used Ocean Quest!), eat at the marina but be aware its not that cheap. Buy in food and wine from Lidls or Continente and enjoy the delights of the villa during the day (and the odd night you just cant be bothered going out) and the marina at night. All in all this villa is perfect for a family holiday, little ones will love the large veranda and grass area just in front.

Beautiful Apartment in a lovely location

The apartment was lovely and very spacious and we were greeted on the day and shown around the apartment to ensure we knew where everything was and how it worked. The apartment has everything you need (including UK TV channels if you are missing the soaps) It was very nice having 2 bathrooms, as it meant no queing when it came to shower time before going out. Parking was very secure with it being underneath with remote electric door access and internal access from there to the apartment, plus it kept the car nice and cool (so no hot seats and steering wheel) The whole complex is very secure with gated access and then further security on the apartment block external doors, along with electric shutters on the rear windows. Most days we pretty much had the pool to ourselves and enjoyed taking a dip to cool off and played the usual pool games. Their are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and we also had 4 on our balcony along with a table and 6 chairs where we enjoyed breakfast and also where we retreated to for lunch when it got a bit too hot. We didn't venture too far as it was our first time in Portugal, but spent a day at Zoomarine, which was excellent and a day at the Aquashow waterpark, which was even better, don't be put off by the queues as these go down really quickly and there are plenty of slides for all ages. We only went to 1 beach during our week away and although the sand is lovely, the water was a little choppy and a little cold as expected as it is the Atlantic Ocean after all :) We ate at the Marina in Vilamoura almost every night which is only a 5 min drive away, with the restaurants catering for every taste possible from Fish, Mexican, Chinese, Steaks to good old burgers and chips. We especially enjoyed Tony's and O'Neils. Liz was great at keeping us informed leading up to the holiday and I have no hesitation in recommending Liz's apartment to anyone wishing for a great relaxing holiday in sunny Portugal.

Lovely, clean, quiet and modern apartment

The apartment was perfect and the best we've ever rented in Portugal. It was lovely, quiet, clean and modern with good sized rooms and had everything we wanted. We loved the convenience of being able to get to the pool from the terrace and the pool was never busy and most days we were the only ones in it. The kids pool was a good size and the depth perfect for our 4 year old daughter. The apartment has good air conditioning but it is quite shaded so it never got uncomfortable hot even when the air con is off and you're out for the day and come back home. The terrace also had good shade and so you could go out and have breakfast without worrying about putting on suntan cream. A car is a must as its a little way out from Vilamoura and there is nothing much (that we found) walkable except perhaps for the local Spar. The underground parking proved very useful as the car was always nice and cool and also safe from accidental damage... important with hire car companies wanting to charge for every minor scratch. We highly recommend this apartment and its a perfect base to explore Vilamoura and the surrounding area and to have a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday.

My Family and I have recently returned from a ten day stay at Condominium do Pinhal. I was traveling with my husband, 7 month old and three year old on our first family holiday. I would really recommend this property for anyone traveling with small children. The apartment is situated in a quiet location outside town in a beautifully kept complex. The apartment itself is very well presented, very clean and well equipped for visitors with children. The complex and apartment were very secure and enclosed to residents only. The apartments ground floor position with generous balcony opening by gate to the garden was perfect for little ones playing. Although the pool is close by it is at a safe distance up steps from the garden and this meant we could relax without the worry of direct access to the water. We had the pool to ourselves every afternoon and it really felt like our own! Villamora is an ideal location for a family holiday with lots to see and do in lovely weather. I would recommend a car as the apartment is a bit away from the main centre of Villamora and shops are a bit too far to walk with little ones. It was also useful to explore local beaches and towns. Zoomarine was a big hit with all the family. We found the beach at Alhos de Agua was most suitable for small children without the strong currents of Vilamora beach. The communication with Liz was very efficient and She always responded promptly to any enquiry and the information she sent in advance of our trip was clear and informative. The agent for the property met us on arrival to show us around and give us information regarding the apartment and area. This was very helpful and got us off to a great start. Thanks Liz for all your help. We are looking forward to our return!

Outstanding apartment 5 star

We stayed at this beautiful apartment 23rd July 2015-6th August 2015, 2 adults and 2 children. Everything in this apartment is perfect, two bedrooms with ample space for clothes and belongings. There is TV, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, everything really, anything you need, this apartment has it all. The pool area is superb and secluded in front of the apartment is a lovely well kept garden which is pretty much your own where you can put your loungers. A huge verander has table and chairs and loungers on which is lovely for shade and lunch/dinner. Supermarket is about 10 mins walk which we did a few times, a taxi ride to the marina is 5 mins away and roughly Eur8 each way, there is telephone numbers for taxis to call. This apartment is superb and we had a great time, this place really does have it all and there is always someone cleaning to keep this stunning complex immaculate. I would recommend this apartment 110%

Home from home in the sun!

This is a super apartment for a family. We had a 2year old and 4 year old with us and it was the perfect set up- with a shared private garden completely enclosed with steps down to it from the balcony it was perfect for the kids. The smaller toddler pool was great, a really good size and nice for the parents to try and catch a few rays whilst sitting on the side watching the little people! There is no need to worry about sun loungers as the apartment has 4 along with comfy mats, plus pool towels! One thing I would say is that the pool is quiet, we found this to be a benefit but if you are looking for a lively pool area then this isn't it. You are literally seconds from the apartment which was fantastic! Other benefits for families is that it has all the essentials you would need- air con, low single beds in the second room, Freeview, DVD player etc. the apartment is about 5 min drive from the marina so you would need a car as its a bit too far to walk. We usually drove into town in he evening and left car and got a taxi home- hubby ran down every morning to collect the car, but there are a list of taxi numbers in the apartment. Overall we'd a great time, and if definitely recommend the apartment!

Perfect Family Holiday....

I carried out a lot of research before booking "Pinhal" for our holiday for June 2014, so please save yourself a lot of time and just go for it and book this apartment ! You won't be disappointed. Where do I start..... very high specification with aircon, wifi, UK TV channels (World Cup was on), huge terrace covered to protect the kids from the sun, comprehensive kitchen equipment, underground garage keeping the car cool. But in more detail, the fact that the apartment terrace leads down to the garden, rather than straight on to the pool was fantastic for our 2 year old & 4 year old daughters, they could play and walk around on their own without us constantly walking with them. Every day they would go to the garden and look for leaves fallen from the tree while my wife and I sat on the terrace with OJ, Coffee and croissants, palma ham and melon, it was just bliss. The quality of the apartment was high, with comfortable sofas, fabulous beds all the equipment you will ever need. Now, I would recommend having a hire car as its a couple of km in to the marina area but also because you are perfectly placed to visit all the other towns on the Algarve. We went to Lagos (on the Toll Motorway) took an hour or so each way, Albufeira 20 mins, Faro 30 mins (Forum Algarve shopping), Portimao 40 mins. The apartment is well placed on the outer edge of Vilamoura, close to the golf courses, its a well cared for area with quality people holidaying or enjoying their holiday homes. The swimming pool is also lovely, with a large baby pool about 60cm deep that our kids used every day. On the peak busy days we had a maximum of 4 other people around the pool, so it pretty much felt like your own private pool. There is a playpark not far away and of course the English TV was pretty much glued to ceeBeebies each morning, it just worked so well for us. I would highly recommend the apartment and would certainly return to use it again.
