Appartement enregistré à Turismo de Portugal avec le Nº 24681 / AL.
Fantastique appartement de trois chambres, dont une en suite et avec un lit double king size, avec balcon donnant sur le jardin et la piscine. Les deux autres chambres se composent de lits jumeaux, avec accès au balcon et une seconde w. c avec douche. Il dispose d'un salon et salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. La terrasse a deux chaises longues et une table à manger face au jardin et à la piscine.

Antonio met us at the condo & gave us a tour of the condo and building amenities. He was quite helpful and responded quickly to our messages with questions.The condo was fairly well-equipped and situated. There is a supermercado within 10 minutes walking distance and a number of relatively close restaurants, particularly near the marina. We enjoyed our stay here!

Vilamoura Done Right

This VRBO is quiet, away from the hubbub of activity of the Vilamoura harbor and shopping but within a 20 minute walk, ora5 minute drive. It is also just a 25 minute walk from one of the best beaches in the area.

Beautiful Apartment

We stayed at this fantastic apartment 16th September 2019 was cleaned and furnished to high standard and very private and quite and a 15 minute walk to Marina. Antonio arraigned airport transfers with Luis the driver/owner who was also very helpful to take you to anywhere you wanted to go day or night at a very reasonable cost.Antonio met us at apartment explained everything about apartment and pool area also closest supermarket and restaurants he was very helpful and easy to contact if you required any information or assistance. Holiday break

The apartment was exactly as described in the advertising material; we found it very clean, spacious and suited to our needs. The location was a 20 or 25 minute walk from the marina which was fine for our group. The communal pool and surrounding leisure area were both well maintained; in reality we had near sole use of the pool as only once in our one week stay did we meet other users. We were very pleased with the friendly and professional manner of the property manager, Antonio, who met us in his car when our shuttle transfer left us off at the wrong apartment because of road works in the street outside. He provided us with a contact mobile number if we needed assistance during our stay; however we had no need to call upon him. We would be very happy to return to this property in the future and to recommend it to other prospective visitors.

Family holiday for 5 people

We had a lovely fortnight in this apartment as a family of 5, with three young children. The apartment had everything we needed and António (the Property Manager) was extremely helpful before we arrived, when we arrived and if we needed anything during the stay. The pool is lovely and in the mornings we were able to have it largely to ourselves. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the marina where there are loads of great restaurants and you can take boat trips, book parasailing etc. The beach at Praia de Falensia is about a mile away but there are also lovely beaches a short drive away on the other side of Vilamoura in Quarteira which are great for young kids. There is a small supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and a larger one 10 minutes walk away. Only recommendations would be marking the two sun loungers associated with the apartment in the shared pool area to identify them as belonging to that apartment, and potentially chaining them together (as some of the other apartments do) as it wasn’t clear which were our two and so we took whichever ones were free. That was never an issue for us but if it was busier it could be. That is though a small thing as this is a lovely apartment in a great location with everything we needed and where António was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend and will be back!

Bom para ir com crianças pois fica numa zona sossegada e bastante cuidada. A piscina é óptima. Só pena não ter espreguiçadeiras na piscina. De resto tudo muito bom perto da praia. Vale a pena ficar! 👍😊

Great apartment, very clean and very well equipped, great location, definitely walking distance to the marina but we opted to drive as is was too hot. Antonio was fantastic, extremely helpful and left us with his private number in case we needed him. One slight irritation was not enough towels, we washed them a couple of times in the week, also separate pool towels would be good and not enough beds by the pool but they can be easily fixed, would definitely stay again

Peaceful apartment

From the moment we submitted our request for this apartment, we were treated with great efficiency. Jorge, the owner, accepted our booking within a couple of hours, which was much quicker than some of the other apartment owners we contacted. He is very flexible with his cancellation policy also. Our flight from London Gatwick was delayed, but we got a text message from Antonio who is the apartment manager, asking for an update. When we arrived at Faro, I texted him again, and he said he would be at the apartment when we arrived, and he was. He showed us around the apartment and explained what the various keys were for. He also told us where the local bars and restaurants were located, which are very close, and gave us the phone number for a taxi service if we needed one. He made sure we had his phone number, so that if we had any problems with anything in the apartment we could call him. The apartment and balconies were very clean, as were the beds, toilets and showers, and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchen has everything you would need, and the Wi Fi was reliable. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and chest of drawer storage. There is a nice balcony facing out the front of the apartment, and a large one at the rear overlooking the pool area, which has a number of loungers and an umbrella The communal swimming pool was a delight and very clean, and was accessed by a locked gate, so only residents could used it. The only downside was that there were no umbrellas to shade you from the sun, and only two sun loungers that we could use, but you must bear in mind that all these apartment are privately owned, so its up to the owner to provide them. On the upside, we virtually had the pool to ourselves every day. That's all the good bits, so now for the slightly not so good!! The beach, which is lovely, is about a 20 minute walk, as is the Marina area, which has more bars and restaurants than you would ever need, but is well worth a visit. We had an en suite bathroom, but the hot shower had a habit of going cold, the bath itself was fine. The two other bedrooms which were shared between three females, had no mirrors which meant they had to take turns using the one in their shared bathroom. I found the bed mattress a little too soft. Having said all that, would I go back to that apartment? YES. All the 'bad' things I mentioned are easily put right, and overall it is a really nice peaceful apartment. Dennis (Croydon)

We stayed here for a week with friends and the apartment was beautiful, Spotless and very comfortable beds ..it’s also very spacious and the air con was a bonus along with Fab wi-fi .. Had a problem with sun loungers but this was sorted by the next morning. Prompt meet at apartment and change over .Will definitely return. Thank you for everything

Great apartment within walking distance to marina

The apartment was spacious and clean and had almost everything we needed! We can not fault the agent who stayed at the apartment til 2am waiting on us as our flight had been delayed! We had visions of sleeping in the car but Antonio was there waiting for us. We purchased additional WiFi but found we didn’t need it. One thing that would have been advantageous would have been more British channels on the tv. Lots of space round the pool although pool a little on the cool side! Loved being able to walk to marina! Recommend this apartment for families due to its proximity to marina! 10 min walk!

Bom apartamento num belo condomínio

Apartamento moderno com uma bonita decoração e muito bem equipado, inserido num belo edifício localizado em zona calma. Fica relativamente próximo da praia e do centro com bons acessos. Otima estadia em família.
