Villa spacieuse et élégante avec piscine dans la zone haut de gamme de Holders Hill, St James.

Cette élégante villa de style géorgien est située sur la cÎte ouest de la Barbade. La propriété bénéficie d'une vue sur la mer des Caraïbes depuis l'étage supérieur, dispose d'une piscine de bonne taille, de jardins et d'une terrasse couverte. L'hébergement est réparti sur 2 étages. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un grand espace ouvert avec cuisine entiÚrement équipée et bar à petit-déjeuner, salle à manger et un grand salon. Deux grandes portes françaises ouvrent sur le patio et les jardins isolés.
Il y a une buanderie avec lave-linge, sĂšche-linge, fer et planche Ă  repasser et un WC en bas.
Le premier Ă©tage comprend une grande chambre en suite avec un lit queen et un lit simple.
Une deuxiÚme chambre double avec un lit queen-size et une troisiÚme chambre lits jumeaux avec un grand bébé cit. Salle de bain familiale.
Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et disposent également de ventilateurs de plafond.
A quelques minutes en voiture ou en bus des belles plages de Paynes Bay ou 15 minutes à pied. Le joli village de Holetown avec ses magasins, bars, restaurants, banques et supermarché n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture.
La propriété bénéficie également de 2 places de parking attribuées. Portails télécommandés.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons bcp apprécié l accueil de Sharon et la villa trÚs spacieuse , propre et fonctionnelle; les enfants ont bcp apprécié la piscine , et la visite des singes le soir! Le quartier eest trÚs calme et la villa bien située pour accéder aux différents sites à visiter de la Barbade .

Comfortable, clean, spacious

Our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers, one 5-year old) really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious and well functioning. The pool was great, and it seemed that the two neigbors in the building did not use it so it was next to our door and just for us. The cleaner paid us a visit in the middle of our stay and pool was cleaned twice. Lots of towels available. Only fan downstairs but it worked ok since there wqas A/C upstairs. Sharon was a great host and the responsiveness was quick and accurate also when booking. I guess the only downside is that you really need a car. Did some jogging and walking near the house and of course there is the Farmer's Market just 2 minutes away once a week. But to access restaurants and beach a very short drive is required. We also found two gyms quite close by,, one in a walking distance if you are into it:-) So thank you for the visit, Barbados was just great!

Beautiful Villa

This is the perfect villa to enjoy Barbados. Clean, spacious and comfortable. In a lovely quiet location but very close to all the best amenities and beaches. The pool was amazing (far better than the photos), and within beautiful gardens. Both the owner and house manager looked after us exceptionally well and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa.

Barbados !!! My island in the sun July 2018.

After staying at hotels & resorts on the island over many years, I wanted to try the coziness of a villa. My online search for a suitable villa took me a couple of weeks to find. Homeaway.co.uk was the answer. That's where I found this cute, ideally located villa with very spacious and clean rooms. I looked at few in the St. James area but I kept coming back to this one mainly because of the package and that something... I like about it factor. The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa with its privacy and good size swimming pool not forgetting to mention that the kitchen is well stocked with utensils/cutlery. Owing to its location a car would be a great advantage. Kim, the owner responded quickly and politely to all of my queries. A special thank you to the Fairway Villa team of Janelle / husband & Shernell. Highly recommend & would definitely stay at the villa again. D.Ward Shropshire, UK

Great villa!

Villa was great. Comfy, spacious and lovely yard. It had everything we needed and three bathrooms! Location was ideal for us-close to all amenities and beach yet tucked into quiet neighbourhood for peaceful evenings. I definitely recommend a car as the beach is not far but up a hill to get home. Kim was so easy to communicate with and her property manager , Janelle was very charming and helpful. The only thing I would improve would be sharper knives in kitchen. Used the clothes line alot to dry bathing suits and towels but it takes time with the humidity. We loved Barbados so much and Fairway Villa was wonderful place to rest our heads each night. Thanks Kim and Janelle!!!

Undoubtedly one of Barbados's Hidden Gems !

My family of five and I were desirous of spending a week together, and were looking for a villa that was spacious, elegant, within our budget and of course with a decent sized pool !! After looking at over twenty villas, some as far away as Bottoms Bay, my wife stumbled upon this one. Let me say that the pictures on Homeaway of this property are great, yet seeing this villa in person was totally beyond our expectations. This Villa is located on Holders Hill, approximately 20 minutes drive from the airport. It's in close proximity to the beach, has shopping malls e.g. Holetown nearby, and other amenities like gas station, supermarket, restaurants, parks etc within walking distance. There are three other villas within the gated property, and a beautifully large sized swimming pool. The house is an impressive, well built two-story home, with the ultra-modern kitchen, half-bathroom, dining and living room downstairs, and the three air-conditioned bedrooms and two main bathrooms upstairs. The house is tastefully furnished, with high-speed internet, flat screen television, washer and dryer etc. The lawn and the area surrounding the pool is gorgeous, and access to and from the property is via a fully automated, remote controlled gate. Our hosts Janelle and her husband Raymond were very friendly, called each of us by our first names, and were literally a phone call away to assist with anything we needed. They checked in with us every day to make sure we were happy and comfortable whilst giving us tips and history stories about the island and its many attractions. Must I say that whilst Barbados has blue water beaches and awe-inspiring sights, the most memorial part of our trip was returning to the villa after a day out and having a close family hangout in the warm swimming pool. As a matter of fact, there was a day or two where we did not leave the villa and spent the entire day cooking, eating, watching TV and simply lounging by the pool, priceless! The morning of our departure was a bittersweet one, for each of us had completely fallen in love with this home. Needless to say, we all decided that on our next trip this is our unanimous choice of stay. My wife and I have complete respect and utter admiration for the owner Kim, for had it not been for the professional yet friendly and accommodating way she interacted throughout the booking process, we may have not had the pleasure of staying at this absolute gem of a villa! 7 out of 5*****

Clean, Close to Beach, Great Layout

Seven of us booked a stay at this wonderful home for a destination wedding and we were not disappointed. Everything was immaculate and we even had a welcome basket. The pool was warm and the rooms had available AC for those that needed it (extra charge for having excessive electricity usage) but we enjoyed the breeze and ambient temperature with a fan. A 40 minute walk or a 5 min cab ride will get you to the Sandy Lane Beach and we frequented that place. True to the ad, there is a gas station, a few restaurants and a grocery store within short driving distance, 3 to 5 minutes. Would recommend renting a car if staying here since things are not that close when walking up and down hills. That said, communication with the owner, Kim, was wonderful throughout the booking process and then Janelle was amazing once we were in country. She even arranged for a car to grab 4 of us from the airport when we arrived at a great price. Would recommend and would love to stay there again on another trip.

Home from Home

We starei for Christmas and New Year (old years night locally) and had a great time. We stayed on the island many times over the last year and this accommodation was right up there in terms of location and convenience. The Villa is really comfortable and well furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Holders Hill is a great area to be located in. Close to Holetown food stores, other shops and the beach. All a short drive away. You are in a residential area so it was lovely and quiet and behind gates so it felt safe. The shared pool was a real bonus. There's only four houses that shared the pool and for the three weeks we were there, we had it for ourselves. We didn't use it much though as there are great beaches less than five minutes away. Barbados is renown for being friendly and welcoming. Kim and MAuden certainly lived up to it. Essential groceries in the fridge and a welcome smile. What more could you want! I would not hesitate to stay again.

Most of our guests are from the UK but we had families from Italy, France, Germany, Canada and the USA. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have always loved Barbados and kept returning to the Island every year. One day, I suggested having a look around the area for a Villa of our own. We were extremely fortunate when we came across Fairway Villa and immediately fell in-love with it for the great location in the Parish of St James, near the great beaches of the West Coast and all the closeness to the pretty village of Holetown the space it offered and the light and airy rooms .The Villa exceeded our expectations. We like the area very much, as it is upmarket, near the prestigious Sandy Lane Golf Course and also, being on a hill it benefits from lovely breeze throughout the year.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Being safe was one of our prerogative. Quietness. No traffic noise. Surrounded by luscious vegetation. Near all amenities. West Coast location, we prefer that side of the island as we find it less commercialised and more " Caribbean". Not so much traffic on the roads comparing to the South. Greater freedom than being stuck in apartments,the rooms are very spacious they all have air conditioning units but also ceiling fans. Having a garden and being able to eat " al Fresco" and being able to have a BBQ is a great advantage. The laundry room is very convenient to. We now have a Smart Tv and you can use your own Netflix account or bring your HMDI cable to watch your own downloads, Bbc news are available too. WI-Fi Internet is provided.
More space for children to play in the garden or by the pool than apartments. The villa is located within a walled and gated Estate. The pool, being a good size, is great to enjoy for adults and children. Parking provided inside the Estate for two cars.
