La maison est située à l'extrémité ouest de Front Beach Road à Panama City Beach Fl. Il dispose de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains. Cette maison a 2/2 dans la maison principale, lit Queen dans la chambre principale avec 2 lits Queen dans la deuxième chambre, la maison principale a également 2 canapés-lits pouvant accueillir 10 dans la maison principale. Un jeu d'enfant relie 2 chambres / salle de bain supplémentaires pouvant accueillir chacune 4 personnes, avec cafetière. Le magnifique golfe peut être vu de la plupart des chambres de la maison principale et il a une grande véranda face au golfe du Mexique. Cette maison est joliment décorée avec un grand espace de divertissement familial, 5 télévisions à écran plat. grandes aires de repos, descendez du porche arrière sur le légendaire sable de sucre. La plage est semi-privée donc très peu de circulation publique. Vous serez époustouflé par tout ce que cette maison a à offrir. Cette maison est idéale pour les grands rassemblements et l'intimité. Niché en privé derrière le mur et les portes. Il est également situé à 35 min de Sandestin, Fl, et à 12 km de la magnifique plage de 30-A. Un endroit parfait pour profiter au maximum de vos vacances.

Epic wedding memories

My new wife and I both wanted our wedding to be small with our feet in the sand. We were able to accomplish this and relax some as well during our stay. The very short walk to the beach made it so easy. Even though the weather tried to challenge us some with wind, it turned our awesome. Anything that came up during our stay was handled or answered quickly. Location was perfect and it allowed a small group of my family to take part in a few days that we will always remember!

Beach happy!

Lovely home with everything you could need to vacation including beach towels and really nice beach chairs. The kitchen is so functional for a large group and the beach access exceptional!

Our stay was amazing! The view was gorgeous and so was the home. The guest bedrooms/bathrooms are rather small if you have multiple people staying but other than that, it's a great choice for a memorable vacation experience!

Beautiful Property

The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to my questions and extremely friendly. Great place for families or couples. The views from the dining area were just gorgeous! Would most definitely stay again!!!!

Family Vacation

We really loved staying at this house. We had 3 families staying and had plenty of room to spread out. Plus our own space if we needed it. The walk to beach was so convenient and not crowded. Loved it. Central location to shopping and activities.

Fantastic!

I took 8 of my son's friends to Panama Beach for Spring break and we were blown away by the house. The view was great and the house was huge and very clean. We made lifelong memories and plan to go back again.

Didn't want to Leave!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the property. My mom and dad had never been to the beach and they were simply amazed! Waking up to that stunning view every day was the best. The kids had fun at the beach and there were even beach toys to build a sandcastle. I would recommend this property to anyone, we had a great time.

First family beach trip

This was our first family beach trip and we booked it last fall. The renter was very responsive and answered questions within hours of asking. The house was very nice, clean and spacious. The view of the beach from the back of the house is priceless. We would highly recommend this place and will plan on booking our trip for next summer.

Property was perfect for us, 12 guests. The patio and dining table with beautiful view made for great places to gather. We had a minor problem with one toilet midway through and this is my only negative, no one came to repair as PM said they would.

Wonderful Vacation

Thank you so much for an amazing week. The house is wonderful and in a perfect location. The whole process was very easy and the house had everything advertised and then some. Loved every bit of the property and the views from the back deck are breathtaking at all hours of the day. Would recommend this house to anyone with a 5 star rating. Looking forward to renting it again in the future!!

Wonderful family vacation experience!

We planned and anticipated this trip to Panama City Beach for months and it did not disappoint! Casa Del Mar was everything that we'd hoped for - beautiful beach, ample room, a GREAT patio, and convenient to local shopping and eateries. We love to get local seafood and cook dinner, making the most of our time on the patio and the amazing beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to accommodate our needs and the outdoor grill was awesome too. Beds were comfortable, kids used the XBOX. It was very clean! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Property was very nice,clean all kitchen utensils were available. two things that may need improvement is trash pick up is only twice a week we had to see overflowing trash as we moved into the house, and a hood over the stove. Everything else was WONDERFUL!!! Will definetly look to staying here again.

Beach trip 2022

Very nice property. Location on the beach front was not crowded during our stay. Hostess was always very quick to respond to any questions. Landscaping needing attention was easy to overlook and 1 bedroom bathroom door needing fixed the only other complaint otherwise we had a great vacation at this property. Thanks Raquel

July fun

Our second stay here, very functional home. The porch is so great and being on the beach is wonderful. New dishwasher and new dining room table were great. Disappointed the refrigerator still has no bars to make the shelves usable. But overall this is good deal and nice home. Looking forward to next year!

Great House, Poor Management

This is a well appointed beachfront house. It is right on the sand with ample parking. I hosted a BBQ for family members who enjoyed the property and location. Our second day the toilet in the primary bathroom went out. I sent a video of the problem to Brookins(manager) and requested repair as this is the primary bathroom for guests to use. I was told the next day it was 'low priority' and 4 days later nothing had been done. This was disappointing. 4 out of 5 days in a rental down a bathroom. What would you have done differently?

This property is one of 15 private homes truly on the Beach. This home was set up with families in mind. TV's and DVD players in every room, a game room with 55" TV and Xbox with 2 controllers and a couple of games. You will see a sunset every evening weather permitting.

This house is perfect for large group or multi-families
It has plenty of space, large back porch overlooking the beach with 8 person Jacuzzi, beautiful fire pit.
