Summer House 180 was a great house to stay at for the week & we would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room in the house to relax and have our own getaway.
Had a great stay until the last 2 nights when the bikes showed up in the neighborhood. The refrigerator did not close properly, we had to make sure to push door closed to try to make it seal. Kitchen is very narrow but functional. Overall had a great stay.
Location was great. House was dirty and outdated. Comforter and pillow shams on beds were dirty and not washed after last guest. Carpet in the bedrooms felt gross to walk on. We wonât be staying at this house again.
Had a problem with ants in kitchen but someone was dispatched to resolve that problem. Home definitely could have been cleaner. Kitchen and dining rug Had obvious amounts of sand on them. I stripped the beds down to the mattress because the mattress co we had what looked like old blood spots On king bed so I stripped and washed all beds.
This was a nice property and was as described. There were a few issues as shown here but they didnât spoil the overall vacation. The dining table was not big enough for the numbers the property can hold and there was inadequate equipment in the kitchen. The coffee maker leaked and had to be reset regularly. The tumble drier was very noisy so could only be used when we went out. After the hurricane the management called to make sure we were safe which was nice but no one came to clear up the mess that had been caused under the house.
