La maison est idéalement située et proche du quartier historique et des plages. En outre, trÚs proche de nombreux restaurants et parcs avec de nombreuses activités pour vous tenir occupé. Publix est à un quart de mile. Téléviseurs à grand écran dans les chambres et le salon. Internet et Netflix sont également disponibles. Definitely comfy and cosy

The location is absolutely perfect. You are close to any attraction you want to see and the backyard is so peaceful. The owner is helpful and has amenities to make your stay relaxing.

Great house!

The property was beautiful and very clean. It was close to conveniences and just a short drive to the beach and Old Town. We enjoyed the pool access at the clubhouse and the hiking trails to walk our dog.

Wonderful

The house we stayed in was well kept and cozy. It had all the amenities that made our stay more comfortable. Beautiful View of the Lake and in a quiet location about 20 minutes to Old St Augustine. What a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's property. Everything was as described - nicely furnished and supplied. Easy drive to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. Susan was a very excellent host! Discovered two new restaurants in the area - Ned's Southside Kitchen and Brisky's BBQ.

Awesome!

The house is comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. Susan is responsive and does a great job communicating with renters. The house is perfectly located for going to the historic St. Augustine area or out for a nice dinner. I definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful host and property

My husband and I stayed here two weeks and we had friends visit us one weekend. This place is in a wonderful neighborhood very convenient location to the city. Extremely clean and well stocked. Beautifully furnished, pictures as described. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Lovely yard, safe walkable neighborhood with a beautiful view of the creek. Susan, the host was very gracious and responsive host. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful!

My sister and I had a great stay at this property. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Plenty of TV/cable options. We enjoyed the side yard which is very private.. Pool is very close to property and several beaches which were great. We liked Cresent the best. Nice neighborhood to walk my dog and there are trails, too, at the pool property. Our hostess was extremely accommodating! We had a very nice stay at this home and would definitely stay there again!

lovely home

Our family stayed for a week during the Christmas holidays and loved the house! Even though it was St. Augustine's busiest time of the year getting downtown and parking was extremely easy. This is a great location for sightseeing and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby if there was anything we needed. The house was clean and very well stocked. Our two dogs were very comfortable and loved looking out at the pond either in the backyard or the sunroom. Thank you Susan for helping to make this a great trip!

Nice house and owner!!!

Excellent pre arrival communication. Pleasant person to work with. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Owner frequently checked on our stay to be sure all was good. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space. Nice location in terms of walking, dog friendly, and quietness. Pond behind property was beautiful. Close to reasonable dining and basic shopping. Easy access to downtown and beaches with 15 minute drive. Nice fenced yard for pets.

If you like nature, you'll enjoy this home.

This house is conveniently located just 15 minutes drive to historic area or to the beach. It is situated on a peaceful lot overlooking a small lake with lots of birds. The walking trails throughout the development are well-maintained and have lots of nature to enjoy. The fenced-in yard was very convenient for our little dog. Outdoor seating is limited to just two chairs and no table. The kitchen is small but serviceable. Our favorite room was the back sunroom, but it only has two chairs and a coffee table. The owner was responsive and very easy to work with. We enjoyed our month long stay in March and would recommend it.

Great House in St. Augustine Shores

Perfect little house with everything you could ask for. Lovely backyard with a lake and lots of wildlife. Enjoyed the beautiful view from the screened in lanai and the kitchen. Master bed was very comfortable and I slept better than I had in years. There is a TV in both bedrooms and one in the living room too! Quiet neighborhood very close to groceries, restaurants and everything you need. Just a short drive to the hustle and bustle of the downtown historic area and beaches. Property manager had many good suggestions for places to go, things to do and where to eat. If I were looking to move, I’d certainly consider this community. Don’t hesitate in renting this lovely house from Susan!

Beautiful home!

I wish I could live in this house!! There were two beautiful and comfortable sun rooms, a cute fenced in backyard, and a lovely gazebo with a table and chairs in the backyard overlooking water. All of the amenities were also included - there was coffee and a coffee pot, a variety of spices, tons of dishes, everything you could need for your bathroom routine, etc. There were also TVs with firestick and such in several rooms, and a little fireplace in one of the sun rooms for the colder months. We didn't have time to explore the nearby trails as we only stayed for one night (really wish we had time to stay for a lot more!!!), but this location seemed like a dog lover's paradise. They even had a water dish out for our two large dogs! Loved it. Hope they would consider having us back in future years for longer stays!

Misleading

Home was anything but spacious & luxurious as listed. It is very old with some updating in kitchen & bathrooms. Furniture very uncomfortable. Fenced area for pets is mostly weeds & outdoor furniture is old & dirty. Home next door was deserted & all homes in area had cars, trucks parked on grass & street. Nothing like we were expecting.

I'm originally from upstate New York but my family discovered this wonderful town "St Augustine" when I was young and I have been here ever since. I have traveled extensively around the world but there is no place I like better then St Augustine.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property I fell in love with as I could no longer live within the restrictions of a condo. If you are looking for a peaceful place on the water where you can have bring your pets this is the place!

Lakefront Home surrounded by hiking and biking trails and a clubhouse with an Olympic sized pool located on the Intracoastal waterway.. cheese and fruit plate and a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.
