Bienvenue dans A Wave From It All! Ne cherchez plus votre maison de rêve ultime pour Gulf Front! Cette magnifique maison de six chambres à coucher est nichée dans la communauté fermée du golfe d'Old Florida Beach. Une fois que vous entrez dans la maison, vous êtes accueilli par le grand escalier principal menant au salon principal. Cet espace de vie principal ouvre sur trois grands espaces de vie, une grande cuisine gastronomique, bien approvisionnée pour les réceptions, une suite King avec une chambre adjacente avec lits superposés. Le salon s'ouvre sur le balcon au deuxième étage avec une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur le sable blanc et les eaux turquoises.
Le premier étage de la maison comprend une suite principale avec deux fauteuils, une baignoire à jets et une douche séparée, une chambre queen avec douche privée et deux chambres queen supplémentaires avec salle de bain commune, un coin salon qui mène au balcon du premier étage.
Cette maison spacieuse a certaines des meilleures vues sur 30A. Piscine communautaire récemment rénovée, accès à une plage privée, petits événements. Aussi à quelques pas du sentier de randonnée Long Leaf en face du restaurant Goatfeathers, et à 3 minutes en vélo du centre de remise en forme, de la chiropraxie et du centre médical le plus proche!

Cette propriété est l'endroit idéal pour organiser des réceptions de mariage (jusqu'à 30 invités), des réunions de famille et d'autres petits rassemblements! accès à la plage publique est un peu plus de la clôture de la communauté derrière la propriété, ce qui permet un grand parking pour les clients. Après la cérémonie, les invités peuvent utiliser le chemin privé de la plage directement à la maison! Le 2ème étage est un espace de vie ouvert avec une immense cuisine idéale pour la restauration.
Des services de conciergerie sont disponibles, notamment l'installation d'une chaise de plage supplémentaire, la livraison de courses, la location de vélos supplémentaires et des recommandations pour tous les autres services! Tout peut être arrangé avant votre arrivée, alors tout ce que vous avez à faire est de vous présenter et de commencer à vous amuser!

Ideal Location on 30A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management of this home is spectacular. Very responsive and professional. If you are looking for a large beachfront home in an ideal location along 30A, this is the one for you! Sitting directly on the beach w/ private beach access and close to 30A restaurants and shopping this property has a lot going for it. The kitchen, although spacious, is in need of an overhaul. Make sure to bring your own knives, pots/pans, and cooking utensils if you can - those that are found in the kitchen are in desperate need of replacement. Additionally, the cabinets and countertops appear worn and also need an upgrade. The large wrap around deck makes up for the inconvenience of the kitchen. Just make sure to enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine outside on the deck listening to the ocean waves.

There was a smaller oven and a microwave so it wasn't a problem. Good folks to deal with. I would not use VRBO again. I would go directly to Royal Destinations

Only complaint is the HOA has a chair service that takes up the front row to the beach. With large groups the chair service doesn’t make sense and you’re forced to give up the best spots on the beach no matter what time you go down. Many of the chairs went unused. Otherwise the house is great!

New and Improved!

Most of the rooms and bathrooms are just okay, although the Master Suite is amazing. The upstairs is phenomenal with wrap-around balcony and awesome ocean vises. Gigantic living area and Kitchen with multiple huge tables and relaxing areas.

Hard to say goodbye

House right on the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants . House could use a little TLC. and updating like king beds in rooms,but would definitely rent again

We arrived at the home and found it not as clean as we expected. The appliances were old and not in good working order…some of the appliances did not work. The windows facing out in the upper floor over the balcony were covered in salt water residue….between the double glass. You could see thru the front door and it is solid wood. The house was just worn out and that is not explained in the romance of the property. We paid a very high rate for a home that is not in good shape. We communicated this to Royal Destinations and now you have the feedback.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very beautiful and unique home with wonderful water views. We were a group of 5 couples and everyone was very comfortable. Although beware: 2 of the king beds share a room, even though there is a sliding door between them for "privacy". If we had a 6th couple (like we originally planned), that would have been more than awkward! The only drawback was the lack of basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, condiments, only one roll of paper towel, etc.), which seems to be a new trend among rental companies. I'm not sure if this is a covid thing (even though we now all know it can't live on surfaces), but some kind of starter pack that would cost the rental company less than $60 would be greatly appreciated. It seems silly and wasteful to buy salt and pepper for a 3 day weekend, and then leave it behind. This is a minor thing, but still impacts planning and enjoyment of the stay. Overall, we loved the home, it's unique design, its comfortable furniture, and high quality linens.

Location, Location, Location

The location offers 250 degree unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. Spacious porches creates such a wonderful space for family and friends. The oversized Living/Common Area inside the home ensure large groups have plenty of space to steal away.... much like a lobby of an upscale resort. The space and location are truly luxurious.The home is dated. It could use an updating. The most disappointing thing was that 4 appliances didn't work at all. These included Wine Fridge, Ice maker at kitchen island, Ice maker on ground floor, ice maker at ground floor. We felt the owners have probably grown tired of the property, as it was apparent these appliances haven't worked for while, and with a home this grand, a few thousands dollars of appliances wouldn't be tolerated to be broken if the owners still visited regularly? Additionally there was mold at the ceilings of the bedroom and bath upstairs. A maintenance investment of $20-$30k on this wonderful property would go a long way in bringing it back to the place it deserves.The management company Royal Destinations was very efficient and helpful throughout the stay. Loved the efficiency of the app and the communication before, during, and after our stay. One of the best management companies we've encountered.This is a Premium Property, at a premium price. except for the rundown, not working multiple appliances and the mold upstairs, our group of 8 was very satisfied with our stay even at the pricey rates. And that is because of the location and the spaces inside the home.

Large Spacious House right on the Beach!

Reviewer Comments: Please see both PROS and CONS below:PROS: Spacious, lots of bedrooms, amazing master bedroom/bath, huge open living/casual spaces, giant balcony. Spectacular views. Everything clean. Staff was super helpful and responsive - every rental and extra in perfect order. Right on the beach with great private walkway. Close to restaurants and shops. Nice icemaker - never had to buy ice for any excursions! Comes with 4 bikes, chairs, boogie boards.CONS: Lots of roaches! Adjacent to public beach entrance, so very crowded beach and noisy. Many lights in house do not work, or have poor bulbs - lots of dark areas and bathrooms. Most interior doors do not lock for privacy. Washer/dryer leaked non-functional. Master bedroom great, but most others are more basic. Pictures show a pool - never saw that - where was that?Overall satisfied. Next time might try to find something farther from public beach entrance.

Nice location between several popular towns. Loved riding bikes around the neighborhood and visited the clean heated pool when the beach was closed for inclement weather. Amazing beach house

Our stay at A Wave from it All was so perfect for our girls’ trip. The location was in a nice gated community with backyard access to the ocean. The views were breathtaking! My only complaints: a few rooms did not have clean duvets. The management company quickly remedied the situation and replaced bedding within an hour of my call. Additionally, the lighting was too dim in the bathrooms and the main lounging area. Other than that, the place was perfect for a group of 6 or more!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was great in “A Wave From it All” The views were spectacular! It was next to a public beach access which was very noisy early in the morning. The house was clean for the most part but extra attention was needed in the kitchen. ( inside pullout fridge drawers were not cleaned and the exterior of the appliances could have used a cleaning. Also, the windows should have been cleaned as well. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The house also had so many lightbulbs out that needed to be changed. With all of that being said, I would definitely rent “A Wave From it All” again but would make sure in advance that the cleaning issues were taken care of.

Spring Break 2020

Couldn’t have been at a better place during the COVID-19 outbreak. While we would have preferred 2 master bedrooms, the set up worked great for 2 families including 4 adults and 4 teens. The house is directly on the beach, and walking distance to Goatfeathers market where we purchased fresh seafood daily. Coffee shop, ice cream, craft beer, etc. also all an easy walk from the house. Publix (grocery store) is less than 4 miles away. The 2 slide out refrigerated drawers, separate wine fridge, extra drink fridge (downstairs) and 2 built in ice makers came in very handy. I would stay at this house again.

Great house and location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved the house and its location. Discussed possibly coming back in the future. Like all vacation rentals there are always a few items that could use a little TLC. Seemed like close to half the lightbulbs in the house were blown and had to go buy roach baits at the grocery store. Management company was great about coming and replacing lightbulbs, but we just took care of the roach baits since we didn't want an exterminator spraying while we stayed there. All in all it couldn't have better views from the second floor and its is steps away from the sand.
