This home is located in a quiet, gated neighborhood and has a private pool, elevator, private beach access, and 5 adult bikes. It features 5 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms with total accommodations for 12 people. The first floor of the home has a pool deck and grilling area facing the ocean. There is also elevator access.

The main level of the home is on the second floor, where you'll find a spacious kitchen and living area. The kitchen features modern, wooden cabinetry and finishes with stainless-steel appliances. There is room for 12 guests at the island and dining table to enjoy a meal together. The living room has a flat-screen TV to accompany the floor-to-ceiling windows, where you'll get a million-dollar view of shimmering waters outside. The first primary guest room is on this floor, facing the Gulf, with a king bed and private bathroom. There is also access to the laundry room on this floor.

On the third floor, there are 3 additional guest rooms. The first 2 have king beds, private bathrooms, and face the Gulf--similar to the second-floor suite. The last one on this floor has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with a private bathroom. There is a secondary living room and balcony with outdoor seating for guests to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The top floor also has a primary suite with a king bed, balcony, and a private bathroom that is Gulf-facing. This room also has a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and wine refrigerator for added convenience.
