The property was ideal for a family reunion. There was lots to do for all ages and lots of room for hanging out without being in each others space all the time. Every room having its own bathroom felt like luxury. The large indoor and outdoor dining tables were great for family dinners. The large pool was a highlight with lots of seating/lounging chairs around it. We made good use of the beautiful grass fields for playing football/catch. There we even toys for the toddler. The setting among the vineyards also made it feel like a getaway.
We were there for a golf tournament at Cordevalle and the location couldn't have been better. The properties outdoor spaces were great for hanging out after a day of golf.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Fitz Place! Wonderful location, great amenities, easy to access and good communication with the host. We had one issue and the host was very responsive and we were able to fix the issue with no further problem. Accommodated our party of 10 with plenty of space. Only down sideâŠ.we didnât have another day or two to enjoy this property!! Thanks for an amazing weekend!
The place was big with a responsive host. Location is nice and our group enjoyed the stay. The house is a bit run down with things broken and damaged here and there. It wasnât very clean or organized.
We had so much fun playing outside on this beautiful property in the fall. My grandchildren, my children, and I loved being here together. It's a comfortable house for a large group with multiple ages.
This house was excellent for me and my large group of friends! We loved that we had private rooms to unwind and a nice place to gather. Also, the pool was absolutely perfect after a long day at the local Renaissance Faire!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed every inch of this property. The pool, outdoor games and seating all together for meals was perfect. It is the perfect family place for all ages.adequate bedrooms and bathrooms gave all of us enough private space as well.
We had a wonderful Time at the Fitz Place. plenty of room for our group of 18. with kids and babies.Nice location outside of San Jose, close to wineries and local farms. This place had so much to offer, we enjoyed the whole property. pros;large houseseparate rooms hot tub got hotfirewood on sitenice barfar from neighborspool was greatconsoutside patios, decks, outside furniture ,pool area was very dirty, spider webs, cob webs, dirt, leaves. I had to do my own leaf blowing and cleaning upon arrival to make sure my family could enjoy it when arriving.6 coffee machines but no coffee provided.kitchens drawers and cabinets are labeled and have photos of how they want things organized. Every thing in the kitchen was VERY unorganized. nothing matched the labels or pictures. one drawer had atleast 50 BBQ utensils. The Knife drawer has at least 50 unsharpened knives accessible for a 2 year old to grab.Zero stock of toilet paper, towel paper and extra trash bags.Water and ice machines did not work in fridge or bar.3 BBQ's on the outside deck with zero propane provided.wheelbarrow for firewood had two flat tires.not enough towels for the amount of guests capable of staying.a few showers did not work correctly or had bad pressure.under the beds were filthy. With all the cons, this place is still amazing and such a great home. tons of potential for a 5 star rating. it's the little things that count.
Absolute fabulous place to stay with family and friends
We were here for a wedding weekend for my daughter who got married in Morgan Hill. This was the absolute perfect place to stay for the bridal party. With plenty of room rooms for the girls to sleep and get ready for the wedding. We had a small rehearsal dinner there with the wedding party and parents and it was the. Perfect place to celebrate.. We will definitely be coming back for girls weekends or family reunions.
Had a small work offsite and it worked perfectly. Large enough living room for group sessions, enough individual spaces for breakouts, and lots of fun games, including pickleball, which was a hit. Grounds were gorgeous and rooms were spacious. Really enjoyed the stay!
The Fitz Place was a great location for our family getaway. The house is very roomy and has something for everyone. Our host made sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy the property and was very helpful when we had a couple of questions. I certainly recommend this property.
The party was 4 couples in for a 50th high school reunion. One person was in a wheel chair. The house and property was fantastic and met the needs of everyone. Very relaxing with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to talk and enjoy the scenery.
I booked this house for an executive offsite. What a wonderful property! My Leadership Team thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility and amenities offered. Liz, the VRBO host, was very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely book here again!
Three generations of our family got together to celebrate our parents' birthday. We all had a great time. This property accommodated us all, from 70 years old to less than a year old. We wish we booked more days. I would strongly recommend this property for a nice weekend away for a large, close group.
This house had everything we needed! We stayed here with 3 families and loved how the bedrooms were set up with a bathroom in every room. The pool, hot tub, and outside area were wonderful. There was plenty of shade so even though we came in the summer, it never got too hot. The house with stocked with everything we needed and the communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend this house!
College roommates and their spouses met for a reunion. We loved that there were 6 bedroom and 6 bathrooms, so, everyone could have private space. The communal space was great. Very homey. We barbecued, played bocce ball and laid by the pool. The place is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. We would go back again.
A lovely weekend for our family of parents, young adult kids and their friends. The house exterior looked a bit worn like a farmhouse should but interior spaces are really lovely! There were a few problems as is typical with an old home but we were fine dealing with them. The property is huge and we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. There was even a delicious scent of garlic as the fog burned off in the mornings!
We were in town for our daughterâs wedding and needed a place to sleep family, stage and prepare for the wedding, and have space to hang out and enjoy the time together. This property delivered in all ways. The house is set up well and we very much enjoyed ourselves. If youâre looking for a shabby chic country farmhouse, this is for you. Communication during the booking, planning, and stay was fabulous. Very convenient for weddings happening at Eagle Ridge Golf Club also! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great property. Not quite 5 stars.
So this place is amazing as far as location, size, the beauty of outside - I could sit on the porch allll day. The downsides were â There were lots of stains on the carpet, the garbage disposal didnât work so washing the dishes was disgusting, the grill didnât work, and there wasnât a single roll of paper towel. Other than that this place is amazing.
Dreamy! The property is perfect for a fam getaway looking for quality time, home cooking and nature escapism. Every room has its own bathroom which is key for a large group. Plenty of lounge and eating areas, kitchen is well equipped, plenty of activities and the scenery is beyond beautiful sunrise to sunset. We loved our early morning runs around the neighborhood, yoga by the pool, full moon fire-pit, hot tub and grill, wineries, and many trips to LJB Farms that is steps away. Extra perk, dog friendly! Liz was super attentive and accommodating, Lucio the gatekeeper is also super nice and friendly. We felt at home and coming back for sure!
