Première année de location de ce magnifique chalet familial toute l'année! A 3 minutes à pied de la plage.

Notre famille a apprécié notre chalet depuis des générations et vous fera vous sentir comme chez vous. Il s’agit d’un emplacement central idéal, à deux ou trois minutes à pied de la plage de White Horse, dans un quartier familial, idéal pour toute la famille. Le chalet a quatre chambres à l'étage et une à l'étage principal. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à douze personnes, avec un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine, 2 salles de bain complètes et un porche avec moustiquaire. Les autres commodités incluent la télévision par câble, un barbecue à gaz et une douche extérieure. Parking pour 3-4 voitures.

La vie de plage à son meilleur! Profitez de votre café du matin sur le porche avec moustiquaire. Respirez l'air marin et détendez-vous sur la balançoire. Faites une courte promenade dans le sable blanc et les douces vagues de la plage de White Horse - pour toute la famille - avec une vue magnifique jusqu'à Provincetown. Après une journée à la plage et un dîner dans la cour arrière, rassemblez-vous autour de la grande table de la salle à manger, installez-vous pour un film ou lisez-vous sur la balançoire du porche. Endormez-vous au son des vagues sur le rivage avec une douce brise de mer venant de votre fenêtre.

White Horse Beach / Manomet se trouve à proximité des meilleurs parcours de golf de la Rive-Sud, notamment Pinehills, Waverly Oaks et l'Atlantic Country Club. La région abrite également d'excellents restaurants et vous êtes à cinq minutes en voiture d'un supermarché (avec Redbox) ou à quelques minutes à pied du magasin général à l'ancienne. L'emplacement idéal se trouve à proximité des sites touristiques populaires, notamment les boutiques en bord de mer du Plymouth Center, le Mayflower, la plantation de Plimoth et de nombreuses activités, notamment des excursions d'observation des baleines, des bateaux de pêche et le ferry quotidien pour Provincetown. Aussi assez proche de Boston et du Cap pour des excursions d'une journée. Venez profiter de tout ce que notre chalet a à offrir!

Picked the perfect house for my vacation/ birthday the house was huge spacious and accommodating a short walk to the beautiful horse neck beach. The family loved spending time together and relaxing taking trips to the beach downtown Plymouth and quaint shopping trips we enjoyed everything about the accommodations. The owner let us park ahead of time to go to the beach with the little ones which we were grateful for. Thank you so much for a great vacation Nicole Nicholson

Great Cottage

We had wonderful stay at this cottage. Our children and their families joined us. Loved the screened front porch. Close to beach and great restaurants as well as downtown Plymouth waterfront. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Property was as described. Spacious home with good bedrooms. A short walk to the beach and corner store for small grocery items. Our family had a great time and will be back.

Great Location

I was very pleased with the comfort of the beds. For a rental a lot of care was taken to make sure beds were comfortable. I also enjoyed the fact that the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and accessories. The best thing was that both the beach and a park were at a short walking distance. I would stay again!

Great Location!

We enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. Lots of room to spread out. We had no problems during our stay. Up to date new appliances, large dining room table. The porch was all screened in and nice any time day or night. Thank you so much!

Nice home in an excellent location

Home was nicely equipped and comfortable. Short walk (about 3 minutes) to White Horse Beach access. Conveniently located next to the general store that carries about anything you need. Quiet residential area without loud or busy tourist activity. Centrally located within 15 minutes of Plymouth attractions, multiple golf courses and amazing eateries. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy stay

Our stay here was great. Plenty of space for all. The house is very cozy and sweet and close to everything. A quick nice walk to the beach and a short drive to shopping and site seeing. The house was equipped with all you would need. And the owner was super nice and very responsive. I would recommend this house. And me and my family(Husband, Mom, Sister, Aunt, uncle, cousins & kids) would love to return next summer.

Great spot for exploring

This house served as our base camp to explore Massachusetts. There are lots of great restaurants close by and in nearby Plymouth. The beach is a short walk away. Not really a swimming beach but still lovely, especially in the morning and evening. We traveled from here to Boston, Salem and Provincetown… not more than a 90 minute drive to any of them. So if you are looking to do some exploring, this location is very convenient. The house is lovely and more than enough space for our party of 6 adults and young adults. Jeanne was very helpful and the neighbors are great. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Cottage Vacation

Very clean, well-stocked inside and with beach gear, ample space for eight+ adults, short walk to a beautiful public beach. Suitable for someone with mobility issues - just a couple of steps up to enter, walk-in shower in one of two full baths, a lovely recliner in living area, outdoor shower with warm water!. Some room air conditioners and lots of fans to counter hot temperatures. We enjoyed the screened-in porch. Great fridge with ice maker, well-equipped kitchen. Close to Gellars ice cream! The owner made sure we had all the information we needed and responded quickly to questions. We can't wait to stay here again!

Lovely family getaway

This vacation home truly feels like you're staying with family or friends. Everything you could possibly need is in the house or available at the nearby General Store. We stayed for a week for 4 adults and 4 children and had a completely magical time. The beach is just a short walk away and is very private as only locals really use it. The outdoor shower is a major, major plus especially with kids. They loved the novelty of it, we loved not having sand everywhere. The outdoor space is awesome - we ate dinner outside every night. We look forward to coming back in the future. A couple notes of things that might be helpful to the next renters: Bring your own linens - sheets and towels are not provided and you'll want plenty of extra. The owner is great about communicating this. The house (like most houses in the region) doesn't have central AC and some rooms can get extremely warm. There are fans all over and window units in several rooms. Don't run the oven baking bread all week like we did! There are two full bathrooms but both are smaller as is customary in older New England homes. Water pressure was variable from downstairs to upstairs and we were grateful for the extra shower outside. Kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are new and work well. W&D are a little quirky so make sure you double check that your load started in the washer. We never found the house's beach chairs which was fine because we brought our own. But the owner texted me personally for another matter and I know I easily could have asked and received a quick response. We, being parents of young children, left many items behind. The owner quickly alerted us, which was appreciated. Highly, highly recommend, especially for families.

Very well equipped and had everything we needed to make our week complete.

Perfect week for the beach and the family had a great time swimming and enjoying the cottage. Lots of room and very comfortable with the area. We are familiar with the area and hope to do it again next year. Loved the front porch to enjoy that first cup of coffee.

Great location

My communication with the owner I found to be exceptional she answered all of my questions promptly and was extremely helpful. Upon arrival I was a little taken back by the size of the kitchen and the living room. In the pictures I guess I just didn’t realize how small the living space was. The backyard did not leave a lot of room for the children to play but on the positive side the location to the To the beach was exceptional we were able to walk back-and-forth every day and had great weather so that was awesome the other downside to this house is that two of the bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs did not have window air conditioners and because it was so hot that week it made it very difficult to sleep I would suggest to anyone renting this house that you bring your own cooling systems.

Great place for a seaside vacation!

This place was awesome for our two families with 5 kids all under the age of 10. We loved the 3 minute walk down to the beach on Cape Cod Bay! Easy access to the beach without any steep dunes or large stairs to walk down. And a nice little general store is on the way to the beach. Great house with anything you'll need for your stay. Great bedrooms, awesome outdoor shower, and the screened in porch was excellent for any time of day. The dishwasher broke while were there and the owner was in immediate touch and had a new one installed ASAP. Thanks so much to our hosts for providing such an awesome property. We will be back next year!
