NOUVEAU! Eagle River Apt avec quai privé et foyer

From the owner: "Thank you, Michael, for your review! having you stay with us, please consider us for your next vacation."

Hi Patrick, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. The listing does state that towels are not provided, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. We've followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback and they would like to share the following: -The discoloration in the bedroom is from the compound used to fix a hole that was left and will be painted in the upcoming months -While the bedding is only a few months old, we know that preference is unique to each guest and we were sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay -We've double-checked all of our paper supplies to ensure that none of them have encountered water -As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies We've addressed your comments with the relevant teams so that future guests will receive the exceptional service we strive to provide. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve!

Hi Roberta, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We're glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay. We wanted to take this opportunity to clarify that before your stay we made some changes to our listing which included the removal of the canoe in the description, Evolve should have reached out to you to inform you of those changes, but we're sorry that you didn't receive that communication and it caught you off guard. I did offer you the use of a kayak, but you politely declined and indicated you had your own and only went down to the lake once or twice. - I was surprised to hear that you couldn't contact the guest contact as during that time I was on the premises, I wish you had reached out to me I would have been more than happy to address any concerns or issues you may have had. - We have never had this complaint before regarding the lighting, but I will address it and evaluate it to see if it needs brighter lighting. - Outside factors such as cell service for certain carriers are completely out of our control. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
