Grand 4 chambres Ă  louer toute l'annĂ©e. Avec la cour arriĂšre incroyable pour le barbecue toute l'annĂ©e et le bain Ă  remous en plein air, c'est la maison idĂ©ale pour des vacances. (le foyer extĂ©rieur n'est pas utilisable) Vous vous trouvez Ă©galement dans un quartier qui a accĂšs Ă  la plage privïżœïżœe du Skyland. La cuisine est spacieuse et ouverte sur le salon et la salle Ă  manger. Elle a des portes coulissantes qui s’ouvrent sur la cour arriĂšre.
Au premier niveau se trouve la chambre principale JR 1 avec un trÚs grand lit et une salle de bain complÚte. La buanderie qui est aussi une 1/2 salle de bains est dans le couloir. Chambre 2 a une reine et une salle de bain complÚte. A l'étage se trouve la chambre 3 avec un lit complet et un lit superposé avec le jumeau en haut et plein en bas. La chambre 4 est le maßtre et a une grande salle de bains avec une baignoire à jets et une grande douche sur mesure. Il y a un lit king size, une cheminée et une télévision dans le maßtre. Le garage est également un avantage toute l'année. Les locataires ont accÚs à un parking dans le garage et peuvent accueillir 2 voitures.

Really nice house, fit our party of 10 comfortably. The place is close to Heavenly, so we really enjoyed skiing and coming back to this nice location to relax.

The home was decent enough, just a few things that were a little disappointing. They only had two island stools at the large counter and one was in horrible wobbly condition. The shower head in the main downstairs bathroom with the king bed did not work, could only take a bath. The heating throughout the bedrooms is super hot, the thermostat settings do not make any of the bedrooms comfortable, really only adjusts the living room temperature. The internet speed was horrible, I couldn't do any of my work. And one last complaint was the stove/oven is really hard to know how to operate, I've never seen anything like it before. There should be instructions for it. Other then that, the house was nice for it's purpose, we stayed there to have easy access to Heavenly Ski Resort. Having the large attached garage was awesome for all our ski stuff. All the bedrooms were large and comfy, check in and out was easy. I would stay again, just think it could use a few changes as noted above.

This is a lovely house with great space and fantastic location. The kitchen was beyond stocked! The main critiques would be the hole in the downstairs bathroom ceiling, stains on the carpet, finding inappropriate confetti in places (from the last renters I presume) and the upstairs jet tub not working in the master bedroom (much to the disappointment of my teenager). All in all it’s a really nice rental and I would recommend it.

Amazing house, great location, great private lake entrance!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly, this house is stunning. It was spotless, spacious, and accommodating. My friends and I had a girls' weekend here, and it fit all 9 of us. The location couldn't get any better, and the private lake entrance was just a 5-minute walk or a 1-minute drive away. This was a quiet, private beach that had plenty of shade and picnic benches. The backyard was the highlight, with a nice hot tub deck area to enjoy morning coffee in. The cleanup was easy, and we did not feel like we were missing any kitchenware. The only negative thing I have to say about the house is the uncomfortable beds. Many of us had a hard time sleeping on the firm mattresses that felt very old. One of our friends ended up sleeping on the couch, which was way more comfortable than her bed. Luckily, we are all young, so we could manage a few nights of this.Thank you for such a great stay! I would come back for the weekend!

The house was clean and comfortable. The accessibility to private lake shores was the icing on the cake. The house had a fully equipped kitchen and the rooms were spacious. We were a 10-15 minute drive to the state line, which was perfect for us, as we did not have to deal with the heavy weekend traffic. There are many adventures to be had, that will take some planning, but overall, the home was filled with a lot of love and happy memories. We will definitely be reserving this home again. Oh, the backyard was serene and the putting green was a fun time to be had.

Great girls weekend location

Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for a girls' weekend to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday, and overall, it was a great experience. The house was the perfect size for our group, clean, and adequately appointed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—easy to find, plenty of parking, and just a short walk or drive to a quiet community beach, which was a nice alternative to the crowded public beaches nearby.Check-in was smooth, instructions were clear, and while it was tough to reach the property management company by phone, they were responsive and helpful through the app.There were a few minor drawbacks: the backyard firepit was listed as an amenity but wasn't usable during our stay, and cleaning staff were still finishing up right at check-in time, so towels were inconsistently stocked across rooms. Also, note that the bathrooms only had hand soap—be sure to bring your own toiletries.All in all, we had a wonderful time and would consider staying here again!

4th of July family trip

Overall the stay was good with a little maintenence it could be great. Plenty of room and in a very nice area. The few things that could be better - The grill area was very dirty and didnt look like it had been cleaned. Also, the pine needles in the gutters are over flowing, its a big fire hazard. Aside from those items it was great stay! Its an easy walk to the community beach and zephyr cove. I would recommend it to others.

My Stay

Overall the stay was nice, and we were able to check in an hour early. Couple of the negatives were that there was no shower wash, shampoo, or conditioner. The firepit was locked down with 2 padlocks. The beds and pillows in the room I stayed with the bunk beds was not the best. I thought the bed was going to fall apart, and the pillows were like pancakes. One of the stove burners did not work, there were a couple lights out. From the backyard there was a lot of construction going on at the main road we could hear all night. It appears there once was an owner made stream or something in the backyard, but it looks like an extremely dirty swamp. There were so many bugs flying around there... like a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was probably once nice, but it is not well maintained or clean. It needs a good deep cleaning. The couch and ottoman are visibly dirty, the showers have mold, and the bedding and towels have mysterious stains. This is also a very poorly stocked property. We had to ration toilet paper and paper towels, which was even more difficult to do considering there were no kitchen towels to use. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the backyard was nice, but this property needs some TLC before I would consider returning.

We loved the backyard and spa! The kitchen area was very big and updated. We had some issues with things not working. One of the bedroom bathrooms shower was broken and the shower could not be turned on. The master bath jetted tub would not turn on, and we couldn’t keep the water from draining out. The lights in the master bedroom, would not turn on. We never could find the switch or the bulbs just were burnt out. And the toaster was broken. There is no bar soap, you have to bring your own. The house needs a little maintenance in these areas and it would have been perfect. We loved the layout and the location.

Comfortable stay in a nice area with great amenities!

This place was great for what we needed. Hot tub, beds, kitchen were all perfect for a friends weekend and it was easy to get into SLT from here. The kitchen was well stocked which was great but the host wasn’t able to confirm about any appliances ahead of time since they are just property managers and don’t seem to have someone checking the property regularly. A few things were not in great shape/ seemed run down, like the fridge handle was broken and the carpet is coming off the steps to the garage. A bit more attention to detail on small things would make this a 5 star stay but it was safe and comfortable.

Family fun in the snow

Easy to book, and communicate with host. Beautiful huge home, plenty of space for family of 10. Cozy warm and comfortable living area. Few mattresses could use upgrading. Overall house was well equipped with cooking items and essentials for our stay.

Darling home with some quirks. Manager came quickly and fixed what was needed to be done. Perfect for a family of 4, with room to lounge in our own spaces. Living fireplace works great!

Perfect Christmas Home for Families

Beautiful property, looked just like the pictures! Very spacious and in a great location! Check in & check out was easy. Communication was fantastic and responses were prompt. We had a lovely time staying here. If we’re ever back in South Lake Tahoe we will make sure to stay at this property again.

Great Stay

The house is very spacious and was great for what we needed. Backyard is great for hanging out but be aware the sprinklers do kick on at random. Easy walk to the private beach located in the neighborhood. Zephyr Cove public beach can also be accessed out the backyard exit about 15 minutes walk. Close to South Lake Tahoe for casinos, bars, food etc. property manager was easy to reach by phone as well for any questions. Property was clean and we had plenty of supplies for a three night stay with 8 guests. We booked for a bachelor party and the property did not disappoint.
