Absolutely loved staying there. Felt like our own. Loved how rooms were split and private. Convenient to everything. Had all we needed. All the details well thought. Loved warm balcony great for early am coffee. Liked how secure & safe building felt. fitness center was a plus. having one keyfob was challenging.

Great Spot! Close to Disney but Not Too Close

This was an amazing property. Perfect for our family. The host was available and gracious. Check in was easy and we LOVED having access to the gym. About a 10 minute drive to Disney which was perfect for us. Staying too close can be chaotic. Loved how close we were to Downtown Fullerton. Easy to walk to restaurants. Highly recommend this location.

Close to Disney in quiet neighborhood

I rent this property every summer when I go to visit my grandsons. It’s only minutes away from them and they love hanging out at the pool and hot tub with me… it’s only 10 to 15 minutes away from Disney without being in the noisy area… It’s very easy to get checked in and get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for your stay with plenty of towels for both bathrooms and bedding. The only issue we had this last time was that someone was parked in our parking spot the whole week, but I had my handicap sticker with so we were able to park closer to the entrance.

The lock box for key fob is so hard to get the keys. The breaker kept tripping every day, about 5-6 times while we’re in the apartment. Such an inconvenience we couldn’t use appliances because the power would shut off. I don’t recommend staying at this apartment.

Visiting Grandsons 2024

I rent this property because it is approximately eight minutes from my grandsons and I like the two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the living room in between so it gives each person enough privacy. It probably doesn’t bother most people, but I have neuropathy in my feet so the rug in the living room hurts to walk on. My grandsons loved hanging out in the pool and hot tub.. during the day it is pretty empty so it was a nice way to spend an afternoon. This was the third time that I rented in this building and I will continue to do so. anytime I sent a message about anything. I got a reply straight back.

Great space but needs a deep cleaning

Great space and location for our Disney trip but super bummed about the overall cleanliness. As soon as we walked in we were faced with a strong animal urine smell, sticky floors, and hair in the bathroom. Within minutes of letting our ten month old crawling/walking on the floor, his feet turned black. We didn’t feel comfortable letting him on the floor after that which was a major inconvenience. The space had everything we needed, building amenities were nice, and check in instructions were very clear. A deep clean of the space would definitely improve the overall rating of this listing.

Spring Break 2022

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and equipped with extras such as a hair dryer, shampoo, coffee maker etc. Our children enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day at Disney. The apartment was close to Disneyland, multiple beaches and nice restaurants. We would definitely recommend the property and would plan another stay.

distracting and too many messages causing vacation disruption

The benefits of the apartment were close to Disneyland, pool, new construction, handsome decor. The following review is not of Rafael but of the management company. Rafael is kind and responsive. I wish we could have only communicated with him.. 1, There were stains on the carpet in the master bathroom and on the couch. 2. The pull out bed it had clearly not been cleaned underneath. Also was very uncomfortable! We could feel every coil. It is misleading to say you could sleep comfortably on it! 3. The kitchen was not well stocked. There were only 3 teaspoons! 4. The bathtubs were very slow to drain, especially the one in the main bedroom. We needed to wait about 15 minutes for it to drain The water literally went over my feet. I had to stand in dirty soapy water! It was fortunate no one slipped! 6. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom makes a terrible noise when is use! 7 The worst part were the constant, double emails (one from Rafael and Management) and some were long and needed my focus and energy. I was supposed to be on vacation at Disneyland enjoying my family but felt overwhelmed and stressed from all the emails. I feel angry even now. Yes, generally it’s a nice apartment needing some cleaning. However, you interfered from my family fun and that is execusable.

Modern and clean close to Disney and the beach

This is a great property. The apartment complex is very clean and safe. The apartment itself is well appointed and comfortable. Easy freeway access with 10-15 minutes to disneyland and 30 minutes to many beautiful beaches. Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable. If we head to the area again we will definitely consider this property again.

Amazing place and amazing service!

The property was exactly as described! We loved the downtown Fullerton area and the proximity of most major stores. We used the outdoor grill a few times and enjoyed eating outside by the pool. The room had all the extras we could ask for and great dishes and pots. The manager responded very quickly to all and any inquiries. This was a home away from home truly for us! We will return on our next visit to LA!

A quiet oasis in Fullerton

My Wife and I along with our 22 month old Son stayed six nights. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The apartment was clean and bright with lots of natural sunlight. It is on the rear side of the apartment block off of the main road Harbor and very quiet. It was well appointed and the King Bed(s) very comfortable. Rafael was very responsive to any of our communications. The location is very close to downtown Fullerton in which you could walk to if you wanted. We had a very pleasant stay and hope to return the next time we visit Fullerton.

Close to Disney!
