The stay was excellent. We had a 2 hour drive for our dogs chemo treatment. We were able to carry our two schnauzers with us . Property was clean, convenient, well appointed, quiet, and pretty landscaping. We met our host who was very gracious and accommodating.

Great apartment!

This apartment was perfect for me and my husband. Very nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, great location. Extremely comfortable king bed! We would definitely stay there again.

Roswell Respite

We stayed overnight while in town for a wedding, and it was the perfect place to land, get ready, and unwind. It was well-stocked and organized, easy to find, and decorated very tastefully. Highly recommend!

The Carriage House is clean, modern, well maintaned, convenient location. We explored the area around Roswell; made it over to Kennesaw Mtn Battlefield and into various lications in downtown Atlanta.

Outstanding Carriage House in Roswell

This is by far the nicest place I have stayed. It’s quiet and the bed and furniture are super comfy. It is like having your own private little home. Highly recommend.

The Carriage House was absolutely perfect size for me and my pup. It was extremely warm and welcoming. The bedroom with pocket doors was a nice feature. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink and shelf stand next to it was perfect for all my skin care and make up products. The location was close to everything I needed. Wonderful stay and a great location

Very convenient to wedding receptions in Historic Roswell. Claire was a great host, and the breakfast was a nice surprise and was very much enjoyed. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. The bed and linens were awesome.....we now need to go shopping at home. Thank you, Claire.

Carriage apt. above non-attached garage Super easy to get too. Owners were easy to get hold of and responsive. Very nice place overall. Enjoyed our stay there. Will absolutely use again.

Perfect Getaway

Claire was a wonderful host. The apartment was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay while we were in Roswell for a wedding. Their home is on a beautifully landscaped, well established street, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, yet at the same time felt private and secluded. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Roswell.

The best hosts! Ideal location and clean, comfortable, well stocked

Wow, we were so impressed! We have stayed in VRBOs all over the country and abroad, and Claire and her husband are by far the best hosts! True southern hospitality. They were helpful and provided delicious breakfast each morning. The carriage house is beautiful, with nice finishes, comfortable furniture, and very well stocked with anything you could need ... they thought of everything! We hope to stay here again.

Truly Wonderful!

This apartment was everything we had hoped for and more! Claire and David are excellent hosts and took wonderful care of us. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and we immediately felt at home. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and very much appreciated. We made good use of everything the apartment had to offer and it was the perfect spot for us for our house-hunting trip as we prepare to relocate to Atlanta. We would not hesitate to stay there again, and definitely would recommend to anyone else looking for somewhere to stay in the Roswell area. Perfect for couples or small parties. We were totally satisfied with this booking.

Beautiful Retreat in Roswell GA

We so enjoyed our stay in Roswell. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Roswell is a lovely area with many fine restaurants and local history. Atlanta is easily accessed from this location (by car) and we enjoyed the many historical sites there as well. Claire is incredibly hospitable, and available to help with any need. She left us wonderful snacks upon our arrival and a delightful surprise to us was that she brought breakfast to order each morning!! We highly recommend staying at this location, and we will return!!

Perfect Location, Perfect Stay, Perfect Hosts!

This carriage house is SOOOOO much better than staying at a hotel for 3 times the price! The owners were perfect hosts and the breakfast was the special touch to this stay! Remember how staying at hotels was all about the bed, the pillows, etc.? Well, the comfort and quality of this bedding was by far the best we've experienced. The location is close to several great shops and restaurants. We HIGHLY recommend this accommodation. You will not be disappointed!

Comfortable & Relaxing

This above the garage studio apartment was fantastic. It had it's own private entrance in a sweet and well kept neighborhood just blocks from historic Roswell. The finishes were comfortable and clean. The owners live at the home below and were so amazing hospitable I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend this place to any one traveling to Roswell, Georgia.

Beautiful space in a charming neighborhood with gracious hosts

I had a last minute change to my business travel and Atlanta hotels were sold out. As luck would have it the Carriage House was available. It is the perfect spot to conduct a day of business or to enjoy as a quiet and serene get-away. The accommodations are perfect, with so much thought, care and attention put in to ensuring the guest needs are considered. Claire was so gracious to make breakfast each morning - and so good! I am looking forward to heading back to the area for work soon!

Cozy Getaway!

I am in love with this property! The owner is delightful and a true hostess. She accommodated my last minute request to secure the carriage house and it was a sweet surprise to drive up to her lovely home and find the carriage house in pristine condition and in a most lovely area of town. The accommodations were cozy and well suited for a couple to get away for a long weekend! The kitchen area is well stocked and laid out for real cooking. I enjoyed having my guest near me and hanging out watching television while I made ribeye, risotto and butternut squash soup. The best part was enjoying the dinner on the well furnished outdoor patio. If cooking is not your bag, you will be within short walking distance of the historic downtown area where you can find several options for dining and shopping... we walked to a precious diner for brunch one day and to a nearby coffee shop for an afternoon treat. Both are just around the corner from the carriage house. You won't want to miss the cute little park in the middle of it all. Though i did not use it for this trip, it's nice that to know that there is a full size washer and dryer in the space for times when you want to pack lightly. The bed is outfitted superbly with 'better than hotel' sheets and duvet; closet space and drawer space is in large supply. If you're looking to feel as though you're at home while away, then this place is for you.
