Maison neuve avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain. Appareils améliorés, planchers de bois franc et plan d'étage à aire ouverte et lumineux. À 2 minutes du centre-ville de Clarksville / APU, à 20 minutes de Campbell et à seulement 45 minutes de Nashville! Grands lits, grands placards et cuisine entièrement équipée + salle �� manger. Maison comprend laveuse + sécheuse, cafetière et toutes les autres commodités. Le salon familial dispose d'une télévision de 50 pouces avec Roku, d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit et de jeux. À quelques minutes de Down et de Fort Campbell. Les animaux sont les bienvenus! Peut accueillir 12 invités!Cour arrière spacieuse pour les enfants et les animaux domestiques pour profiter de l'extérieur. Planchers de bois franc rénovés et cuisine ouverte, idéale pour cuisiner et passer du temps de qualité avec la famille et les amis. Maison est également équipée avec laveuse et sécheuse et grand salon avec télévision 50 pouces et Roku. Internet haut débit disponible pour les clients. Je suis actuellement déployé dans l'armée, mais nous avons beaucoup d'amis et de membres de la famille dans la région qui peuvent vous aider si vous rencontrez des problèmes. We stayed here for my mother's funeral. Super comfortable beds. Couches are not so much. Just a couple futons. Gun shots one morning freaked us out. I Hope it was an anomaly.

The host was very helpful and the house was as advertised. Just a couple minutes from downtown and 30min from Fort Campbell. It was exactly what we needed.

This property has only 1 parking space for a group of 2 or more the parking is not enough and there is no room on the street in front of the house to park your cars. No parking on the grass or backyard. The house was half cleaned when we checked in...The alarm in the front of the house was going off for hours and hours. It was 9:30 before it was fixed.

We had family traveling from MN and NC to be with our TN family for the holidays. This property was perfect for our two families to stay and have space while in Clarksville. Communicating with the host was great and they were very responsive throughout our stay.

Perfect Family Getaway in Clarksville

Such a nice place to stay!

This place was so nice and cozy. The management is quick to respond when you have a concern or question. They are flexible with dates and times which made our stay that much less stressful. Definitely will recommend to anyone staying in Clarksville!

Great property, updated, good location

Overall I give this a 5 because the management company stayed in constant contact (even though we really never needed them after check in) and the home was exactly what we expected. The driveway is really small (barely fit our 2 trucks) and parking on the street is not an option but we made it work. The beds were nice and the home was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for long weekend, in town for a softball tournament. Only negative was that the couches in the living room are very uncomfortable and we recommend changing those out and the kitchen table is older so the chairs fill unstable. But that would not keep us from returning to this property.

So clean, owners are very kind and responsive!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! We were able to get into the house on short notice, and were able to extend our stay longer than initially planned with absolutely no problems—the property managers were so flexible and responded very quickly to my questions/needs! The beds were better than what we have at home—soo comfortable! I would highly recommend this place!

Everything with our stay went according to plan - the homeowners, even being out of the country at the time still were in great communication with us. The house was perfect size & very clean. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.
