Amazing! This home is beautiful and very well provisioned and kept. Amazing scenery and friendly neighbors. Owners (Jason & Sherry) were accommodating and very helpful with questions about the area. Would 100% recommend!!!

We had a fabulous stay at this place. Beautiful house, lots of room and well equipped for all cooking needs. Nice decor touches! They have a great set up down on the lake. Lots of fun for kids. We definitively hope to return! Our host was very accommodating, friendly and great sense of humour!

Nice stay in Granville on the Water

The house was as described and as demonstrated in the pictures. A very well equipped house (kitchen, water sports, etc). Minutes from the Cavendish beaches and 30 minutes from Charlottetown. If, unlike us, the weather is on your side, you can spend your whole days on the property having fun on the river or just relaxing on the outdoor deck. Nice place and very recommendable.

Relaxation Oasis

This home was perfect for our family of six which included grandparents, parents, uncle, and child. There was something for everyone. The home was spotless and designed perfectly for guests. Our family took advantage of the ideally situated balcony, warm living area, modern kitchen, and river front access to kayak, paddleboard, and swim. The communication with the homeowners could not have been easier, and incredibly responsive. I do not know how the arrangements could have been any better.

Granville

We stayed a week in July, the house was lovely. Thaw kitchen was beautiful and there’s a lovely deck off the to sit out with morning coffee. Beds were spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had was there are no curtains on the bedroom windows. The master has curtains, as does the bunk room, but the other rooms are are very bright early and late in the day and it was hard too get the kids to bed, plus up Very early. I must say travelling with children they loved playing out in the garage, we called it the “playroom “ it was a perfect spot for them. Spent a day on the dock with the kayaks, kids loved it. I would definitely recommend this home, conveniently located, beautiful and great fire pit.

Absolutely amazing stay

The pictures really don’t do it full justice. You walk in the door and are immediately met with breathtaking views of the river and rolling hills. The massive yard gave our kids so much space to run and explore. We even took Christmas card family photos on the hill… it was too perfect not too! The location was also perfect; just a short drive to Cavendish and all the touristy spots but quiet when we wanted to relax. The house itself had everything we needed and more. A huge plus was the air conditioning in almost every room (which isn’t necessarily typical for a lot of Airbnb’s in that area). We especially appreciated the black out curtains in the kids’ room, which helped them sleep well after long days of adventure.Jason was incredibly helpful and kind all along the way. We loved our time here and made memories that will stay with us forever. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Holiday Stay at 197 Riverbend PEI

This is a beautiful home that had more than enough room for the 4 adults and 3 children in our group. Both the house and the grounds were perfect. Lots of room both inside and out for keeping the little ones busy and active. The views were stunning. I wasn’t expecting the distance down quite a big hill from the house to the waterfront although you can drive a car partway down if you prefer not to hike. Communication with the host Jason was excellent and he promptly answered and dealt with any questions or issues we had. Location was very central with many attractions just a short drive away. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a very nice accommodation in a beautiful part of the island.

Great family vacation

Our family (4 adults, 2 kids) stayed in this house for 10 days while vacationing in PEI. It was a great experience. The setting was fantastic and the house was very clean and well maintained. Everything was as advertised in the listing, and anything needed to enjoy the river/beaches was readily at hand. The hosts were great - they made check-in simple and promptly answered all our questions prior to arrival. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit PEI.

Loved our stay in Riverbend

This house has everything a family needs. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and plenty of space for a family. The grounds are spacious and the river views are so pretty. Beautiful covered patio and outdoor fire pit to enjoy. We loved how close the house is to beaches, golf and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions. The only downside to our vacation was that we had to leave. Enjoyed our stay on this beautiful island and will be back.

Beautiful property inside and out

Beautiful location with wonderful view of Trout River. The Riverbend was a true escape. It’s a extremely spacious and beautifully decorated house with amazing views of North Granville and lots of outdoor space

The whole experience was awesome

The whole experience was awesome. Sherry contacted us many days in advance and inquired about any special needs or interest. Checking in was seamless. The house is brand new with most modern amenities and an excellent view and accessibility to the river down below with a personal dock for boat or Jet skiing. The property is in an upscale new development with quick access to north shore and Cavendish beach. There are many golf courses within 5-10 minutes drive. Sherry remained in constant touch and was prompt in answering any queries and addressing a few minor issues. One of the rooms gets a lot of sun and on one unusually hot day we needed a couple of extra fans which were promptly delivered. The house is very neat and pristine. Would strongly recommend it to my friends and family.
