Another Amazing Trip

We are returning guest to Waterscape visiting several times in the last nine years. This was the first time in this unit. We love ground floor units for the ease of getting outside to the pools or the beach. This one did have a slight inconvenience with not having direct access to the parking garage on the B side 2nd level but there was a staircase and or elevator one unit down. We love to spend our days outside and our evenings exploring restaurants. Our staples close by are Asiago Skillet for breakfast, Fubar for pizza and wings, Old Bay Steamers, and Anglers all within walking distance. Okaloosa Yummies for donuts, this one does require a quick drive over the bridge.

Great condo for small family. Everything you need and bottom floor access was a plus for us and kids to play.

This condo was the perfect escape for not only my family….but for me!!! Offering stunning views from not only the balcony….even the kitchen, this is not only the condo, but the resort to be at in the Destin/Fort Walton area. Waterscapes became our favorite and this is now the only place we have stayed each year and now we have found our new favorite condo. Plenty of room to spread out, play games with several friends who came here and I even tackled a couple 1,000 piece puzzles (I love a great puzzle). Super clean, well cared for and fully stocked kitchen top off the list. We even arrived as Hurricane Isaias just came barreling through causing significant damage and power outages in the area. The management group did phenomenal at communicating all of the things starting from more than 48 hours before expected landfall until and throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed while they and the staff as well as any 3rd party workers went through navigating their own personal lives and damage from the hurricane. Kudos and much love from our Indiana family

Loved the location

Condo was as described. We loved having a walk out ground level room and being so close to the heated pool. We will definitely be back.

Had a great time!

We loved the location of this condo! The pool was easily accessible and the yard was nice and big to play games on and let the kids run around! Our kids loved the bunk beds. The pool was great for all ages and the beach was awesome. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly go back.

Love the property!!

The room was perfect!! Very clean and furnished with everything we needed. Love how they had 2 different type of coffee pots too. Veru close to the pools upstairs which was nice. The grass area is perfect spot for the kids to play and take a break out the sun. Look forward to going back next year

Highly Recommended

The condo and the property were beautiful, clean and exactly as described. The host goes above and beyond with ease of service, check in/out process and recommendations for food/activities, etc. This is the type of host you hope to work with. This is a family oriented property with plenty of activities for kids.

Always Great

This is our second year staying in this same condo. It has always been clean with plenty of linens. Access to the room from the parking garage is a little tricky (park on level three and use stairs next B330 or center elevator about halfway down the West side). Pool access is second to none and patio is pretty peaceful and away from the masses.

Wonderful condo!

The condo is nicely furnished and very clean. The owner is very responsible. We had a minor maintenance issue and it was fixed right away. The pools are great and it's nice that one of them is heated. The beach is terrific and we enjoyed the beach chairs that are included in the rent. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Condo

Loved the newly redecorated condo! It was so colorful and welcoming for our family vacation. Being on the ground level made things much easier for us to access the pool and beach with our two girls. We loved all of the pool/lazy river options for our girls since they're 2 and 7. It was also a great location to get to fun places like Wild Willy's Adventure, the Gulfarium and lots of great restaurants nearby! We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect

Perfect stay for our family of 5 plus my mom. We love Waterscape so much and this ground floor unit near the kid area was perfect. We had an issue with the sink and garbage disposal and reached out to get it fixed and within a few hours it was taken care of. Wonderful communication.
