I went with friends for a birthday celebration and the condo was perfect! We loved the location being on the bay and not to close to Duval. The grounds , pool and dock were great. Loved Mac’s tiki bar right down the road! 18 minute walk to Duval Street. Plenty of room in the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit accommodated 8 people nicely for sleeping space but the living space is very small and does not seat 8 people. The dining table also is very cramped. The outdoor space is adequate and the kitchen is adequate. We were very surprised that none of the bedrooms had a closet therefore no hangers. Overall the place was adequate but will not be interested in renting again at this location.Staff at the rental office and on site were all very nice and attentive. Thanks for hosting us.

Very clean and great view!!!

Close to everything and lots of room with a large balcony overlooking marina! The condo had all of the necessities and was super close to laundry and common areas. The small complex was great. Our only downfall was lack of storage (closets, pantry, etc) but there were plenty of drawers and cabinets to make up for that! We will definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo complex is very nice. Our unit was in good condition and well maintained. My only real complaint is that there is no closet space in the entire rental. The living area is on the small side but worked for us. It isn't walkable to most sights, so we rented a golf cart for the week.

Vacation in Key West

Everything looked good with two exceptions 1. The bay view from the balcony is mostly blocked by a huge tree, although the tree is also blocking the sun which wasn't that bad, but unlike the picture we hardly had water view. 2. None of the rooms have closet so we didn't know how to hang our clothes!

Great family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 with 2 little girls had a great time at this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony was a great place to sit and to go with the girls, ages 4 years and 20 months. They liked to look at the boats coming in and out and at the planes going to and from the airport. The pool was perfect for all of us. The garbage disposal did not work, but we did not call to ask to have it repaired.

Very nice stay

We took a holiday trip to Key West with our adult children. There were seven of us in total, and this property worked perfectly for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed from the pots and pans, dishes, starter coffee, dishwashing tabs, and basic spices to the bath and beach towels. We actually requested more bath towels (not realizing our son has hoarded them in his room), and they got them to us right away. The check in process was easy, and complete with a welcome gift. We rented a golf cart for the week, and it worked perfectly for our needs. We often walked the mile or so to the Duvall area rather than mess with parking. The pool was warm and all of the exterior living spaces were clean and well kept. We were very pleased with our stay!

Rainy Key West Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the weather was chilly and rainy for 4 days of our stay, forcing us inside. The furniture in the living area is dirty and the area rug was filthy as well. We didn’t have enough room for 5 people to spread out because it was too cramped. The mattresses are some of the worst I have slept on in years. Everyone ages 20-60 complained about them. It would be nice to provide extra kitchen towels for guests staying 7 nights, 2 in not sufficient. We were missing some items in the kitchen but the rental agency was quick to respond. Doug was exceptional in addressing all of our needs. Adding even some hooks around the property would give places for beach towels to hang, coats, general clothing. I wish I knew are the better as our location wasn’t bad but I would have preferred something on a beach or on the ocean not the harbor. We hardly used our bikes mostly because of the weather and they were in poor condition. Doug said he wouldn’t recommend that company again. Providing something to clean the counters during our stay would have been helpful, I had to purchase. Other than those things the property was clean upon arrival and in good condition except for the things I mentioned.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying here you get the benefit of being on the water/ dock/ pool but still close enough to all the "action". The unit was well appointed with many kitchen tools you could want. Overall the experience was great and I would rent here again. Laundry and the terrace / grill/ ice machine are great extras

Key West Condo next to Garrison Bight

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a nice place in Old Town near our family home in The Meadows for extended family members to stay. A very nice bonus was the ability to keep our boat at one of the slips at the property. We were in unit #10 on the top floor facing the water. The unit has great views of the bay and a nice outdoor porch for hanging out. We didn’t cook any meal there but the kitchen was fine. The decor in the unit is updated and overall clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
