Bienvenue au Regal Beach Club 223

Nichée au milieu d'une abondance de fleurs tropicales et de sentiers méticuleusement entretenus, cette villa Ocean View au deuxième étage avec deux chambres à coucher et deux salles de bains est le logement idéal que vous recherchez.

Cette villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Dans la chambre principale, vous trouverez un lit King Size, un grand placard et une salle de bain privée. La chambre d'amis a deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bain juste en face du couloir. Dans le salon, il y a un canapé-lit.

La cuisine à concept ouvert, la salle à manger et le salon récemment rénovés disposent de toutes les commodités souhaitées, comme une télévision à écran plat avec c��ble offrant de nombreuses chaînes américaines, une connexion Internet haut débit Wifi et le téléphone pour les appels locaux gratuits. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une s��cheuse pour votre commodité!

Profitez de la chaleur tropicale et de la vue sur l'océan tout en vous relaxant dans le patio privé avec moustiquaire. Un endroit parfait pour prendre un café le matin ou profiter d'un dîner.

Ce complexe bien entretenu comprend deux piscines, un jacuzzi / bain à remous, deux barbecues au gaz, un court de tennis éclairé, une salle de remise en forme, un gestionnaire immobilier sur place pour vous assister pendant vos vacances et un service de ménage quotidien (sauf le dimanche et les jours fériés).

Regal Beach Club va de mieux en mieux. Vous êtes à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, d'un merveilleux studio de yoga, de cafés, de distributeurs automatiques de billets, de sports nautiques à l'hôtel Marriott qui propose des thés et des brunchs du dimanche. Il y a aussi la magnifique baie de Camana, qui abrite un complexe animé au bord de l'eau, où vous pourrez satisfaire vos envies de gourmands, parcourir les boutiques, faire des emplettes pour tout ce qui est local et explorer le marché hebdomadaire Farmers & Artisans, ainsi que les films de cinéma.

Ce complexe est accessible uniquement à pied et cette unité n'est pas accessible aux fauteuils roulants. Il n'y a pas de fumer dans l'unité ou sur la terrasse.

Easy check-in, unit is properly staged for all comforts needed, location is great with walking distance to restaurants and Gelateria/coffee shops. Everything in the apartment woks fine, and the host provides a guide with hints and tips on where to go and instructions on everything about the apartment. The beach is limited but usable, we stayed local a couple of days, but most days went to the larger 7 mile beaches by hotels or Bonny Moon area.

Great condo with excellent location! Exactly as advertised. Well stocked with pans and dishes if you wanted to cook. Access to entire SMB worked just fine. Knee deep water to access around a couple of out-croppings. We were concerned about access to SMB on day 1 (beach side) with some higher winds and bigger waves hitting, but after realizing it was actually nice sandy areas around those points, it was no big deal. Easy knee deep water for literally 2x then clear sailing the entire SMB distance. Access to Fosters and MANY restaurants was AMAZING! Terrific food across the entire island. Would highly recommend.

Great location

Condo was impeccably clean and well stocked. The beach was not very wide during our stay but it was still beautiful. The pools are a nice break for kids. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants including Camana bay. We will definitely be coming back.

Sadly the southern end of 7 Mile Beach is suffering from beach erosion, due to storms, heavy wave action and construction projects. The Government are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as best they can. There is still easy access into the water for great snorkelling and swimming, and the location of Regal Beach is ideal, as you are walking distance to many restaurants, shops and activities. Comfortable Stay with Everything Nearby

The apartment was just as pictured. It actually felt larger in person. Great location; close to restaurants/bars/ice cream/etc. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you may need. The property managers were super attentive. Even put our groceries away before we got there! The complex had a nice mixture of guests with kids/adults only etc. but it was always pretty quiet, which was great for little kids who go to sleep early. Although the beach is a little small, the location is super private.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was furnished with so many extras like beach chairs, cooler, etc...The condo itself was very clean and the dishes etc. we’re in very good condition. The location on seven mile beach (across from Peppers) is ideal. We would gladly stay there again! The only issue is that there is mostly no beach, it’s been eroded away. The stairs give nice access to get into the water to snorkel etc..

Disappointing stay

Not as advertised. There was only a 100 yard beach. You had to wade out in waist deep water three times to access the nice long walking beach. Lots of rocks to avoid. Place was clean enough but unit has clearly not been updated for a least 20 years. Some windows sealed shut, leaking refrigerator, pealing cabinetry. Poor quality kitchen utensils and appliances. Lots of little things that make you not want to be in the unit.

Dear Rolf, Thank you for your feedback, although I am sorry that you felt the unit was old and poorly equipped. The Property Manager is in the office on site and would have provided you with anything that you needed if you had asked, and would have fixed any issues once brought to her attention. They owners come to the unit several times through out the year and they have put in many new items, including a new dining room set, a new master bedroom suite, new bed linens throughout, and a completely renovated Master bathroom. I will ask the Property Manager to check the kitchen utensils, as we do have large groups that rent several units at a time, and items get left in other units unfortunately. Again, if you had informed the Property Manager onsite during your stay, she would have taken care of any issues right away. Unfortunately the beach has diminished over the last 2 years, and we have informed all our guests of this, and it is why the rates have come down considerably on the Regal Beach units. I am sorry it was not up to your expectations or standards, and I will have the PM check the unit and purchase what is needed for the kitchen. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Warning. Please read all the small print. There photos are not current. There is no beach and you can't get into the sea easily due to lots of rocks. Owner would not refund due to misrepresented-photos. Not good experience.

You booked very last minute, and we accommodated your every request. You were told about the beach, there was easy access into the water, and all our other guests had no issues swimming and snorkelling. We offered you alternative accommodations, further down the beach, we provided you with an additional discount on your stay and we were very attentive to you each and every day that you stayed with us. So I am sorry that despite all our efforts you still felt you had to leave a cutting review. As guests will see, 99% of the reviews are 4/5 star reviews and I can assure you the Cayman Villas Team is friendly, professional and accommodating to our guests, as we strive to ensure all our guests have a memorable vacation.

Reviewer Comments: Return visit to Regal Beach, first time staying on the Marriott side. The noise from the alley between building was more than anticipated. We understood there was beach erosion, but it did also prevent long walks on the beach. We had to walk on the street and take a public access walkway to walk a few miles on the beach. Unit had some upgrades, but 2nd bathroom was dates, as was kitchen.

Our only disappointment was that the beach area was limited, resulting in a busier pool area. We have stayed here for the peace and relaxation we can have at the property. There were several times when the pool area was loud because of families with kids or groups of adults making a lot of noise.

Lovely vacation!

We had such a great time here. The condo was super clean and comfortable, with everything you might need, including a washer and dryer in the unit, which was key. The bathrooms were clean and modern; decorations were really cute and beachy. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a blender, coffee maker, and more dishes and glasses than you could ever use. The little balcony was really cute, with a table and 5 chairs, and, most importantly, it was screened in, which was really nice! Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. I read some things about beach erosion, which scared me, but even though it's clear that there has been some, the beach was really nice, with plenty of room. Powder soft sand, never had an issue getting chairs and umbrellas. You can snorkel right off the beach - beautiful clear water. There are some smooth rocks scattered around, but WAY less than further up the 7 mile beach area. Water very calm and beautiful blue-green. There is a larger pool on the property, and then a smaller little pool with a hot tub. The larger pool is where we and our daughter spent most of our time (other than the beach!). It was very clean, and right at the edge of the property with great views of the ocean. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas there, too. Property gardens were beautiful and very well maintained. A quiet property - which is just what we were looking for. Also, within walking distance to Foster's, a great grocery store, and several liquor stores. Many restaurants within walking distance. Property manager was very nice and helpful. Felt very safe - there's a security guard wandering around, but just in general it's a very safe area. Felt comfortable leaving my bag on the beach while swimming or snorkeling. All in all, just a lovely trip. Would highly recommend this property. Just a couple of cons - would have loved some more beach towels (there were 4); and....well, actually, that's really the only con. :) Thanks Regal Beach Club, for a great vacation!

Steps from a beautiful beach

Everything was fantastic. The property was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Right across the street from a number of restaurants, walking distance to a huge supermarket, the Marriott next door, clean pool, and the beach right outside. I would definitely recommend it for your stay in the Caymans.

We would definitely return to the property. Only downfall was the gym was sub par. It was dated and the one treadmill was broken. They need to update the machines and offer more options.

In the heart of 7 mile beach!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! The beach and property are gorgeous and we were able to walk to many restaurants, markets, yoga and camana bay. A short drive to famous tourist spots such as cemetary beach, macabuca and georgetown.

Amazing stay!

You simply can’t go wrong at Regal Beach Club! All the creature comforts you need plus a stunning ocean, beach and two pools! Very friendly staff, too.

Wonderful Experience!!

The Regal Beach Club was a wonderful place to stay our Condo #223 was very clean and the grounds were immaculate. I would definitely stay at the Regal Beach Club again. Thanks Regal Beach Club for making our vacation a great stay 😀

August 2018 Stay

Stayed in Room 223. What a fantastic Condo and Grounds. The Condo and facility was very clean, well furnished and friendly. Daisy, Jennifer and Noel Kelly were so helpful and accommodating. Will be back next year.

Awesome Stay

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by our host, Daisey we knew we would enjoy our time at Regal Beach. The unit was well maintained and very clean, the kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. During our daily trips to the beach we never had a problem finding available lounge chairs and umbrellas. Compared to the Marriot next door, where guests are packed onto the beach like sardines, Regal's beach is spacious and twice as large. We will not hesitate to return to the Regal Beach Club...definitely 5 stars.
