Knot Just A Cottage est un chalet au bord du lac que vous pourrez apprécier du côté nord-ouest du lac Charlevoix. Situé sur Beach Drive dans un quartier familial et convivial juste à côté de Boyne city Rd. & US 31. Idéalement situé à seulement 2,5 km du centre-ville de Charlevoix, à 15 min. à Boyne City ou Petoskey. Une heure à Mackinac ou Traverse City. Deux chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes peuvent accueillir 6 personnes confortablement dans la maison de 1500 pieds carrés. Nous avons un quai privé avec ascenseur pour bateau pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 3 600 lb. Câble Premium pour bateau, WI FI, téléviseur Smart TV 50 "HD dans le salon et téléviseur HD 40" avec même câble Premium dans la chambre principale. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris cuisinière à gaz, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et une buanderie complète avec laveuse / sécheuse à chargement frontal. Air conditionné et ventilateurs de plafond dans les chambres pour les chaudes journées d'été. Dehors, nous avons un patio en face pour manger, avec barbecue à gaz. La suite principale à l'étage a sa propre terrasse privée avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Idéal pour une tasse de café le matin, se détendre avec un livre ou un happy hour. Le pont latéral est un endroit confortable pour dormir dans le hamac. La grande terrasse dans la cour à côté du patio avec des sièges décontractés au bord du lac est le lieu de prédilection pour se prélasser au bord du lac. Idéal pour regarder toute l'action sur le lac, voir le coucher de soleil et se détendre avec les amis et la famille. Le grand foyer extérieur équipé de chaises Adirondack et de tout le bois de chauffage dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Nous avons des jeux de pelouse, Jenga géant, kayaks, paddleboards et filet de basketball sont tous là pour votre usage. Une grande glacière, un parasol de plage, 8 chaises de plage et des serviettes de plage sont fournis pour votre journée à la plage ou en bateau. Les visites de couleurs d’automne et les sports d’hiver en plein air sont omniprésents dans la région de Charlevoix et Knot Just A Cottage est idéalement situé. Un choix parfait pour vos vacances en famille, un week-end entre filles, un week-end de golf pour gars, des week-ends de ski et des visites de vignobles / brasseurs. L'allée a beaucoup de stationnement pour plusieurs (3+) véhicules et une remorque.

Great stay on a beautiful lake

Our family had a terrific week on the lake at this cottage, enjoying the location, swimming off of the dock, eating outside and cooking s’mores at the campfire. The cottage is clean, neat and cozy and is well equipped.

Beautiful Charlevoix Cottage

Great stay in a beautiful place

This was a beautiful cottage that met all of our family’s needs and then some. The inside decor is well thought out and the outside areas are great for relaxing. It’s so well-equipped that it’s more like staying at a friend’s place than a rental. Suzy provides everything you need and then some! It’s close to town too. We would definitely stay there again and hope to do so soon!

Fantastic Summer Getaway

This is an incredible location. Your view of the lake is amazing—it is completely as advertised. There are so many small touches to the cottage that make it perfect for anything you need or want to do. I only wish we had planned to spend more time at home! We hardly used all of the games and cooking stuff that was available. Suzy the homeowner is fantastic and helped us with anything we needed, before we even arrived! It’s very kid-friendly—we have four kids and we fit easily.

Fantastic Stay!

Suzy was an incredible host and we loved all the amenities of KJAC. Cottage is very well equipped with new kitchen including updated appliances and fully-stocked utensils/supplies. Outside areas were great with lots of seating areas on outdoor furniture, dining table, and fire pit for family time. Long dock with stairs for swimming access plus kayaks and paddle boards available and allowed family to enjoy water even more. Overall highest ratings for beautiful cottage.

We absolutely loved the house! So clean and cozy. Went up to go skiing. Centrally located between Boyne Mountain (25 minutes) and Boyne Highlands/ Nubs Knob (25 minutes). View is amazing. Love, Love!!

Family heritage trip back to the 'upper lower' after 45 years

Knot Just a Cottage was fabulous! Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home! The owner, Suzy, thought of everything plus. We’ve never stayed in a place that was as clean or well-appointed. The view was gorgeous! The cottage was 5 minutes from Charlevoix downtown and about 20 minutes from Petoskey. Would stay again!

Apple Fest Weekend

The property was in a fabulous location on the water. The little touches around the home made it so cozy every night. I loved all the lanterns on timer lights. Suzy was extremely easy to work with. We love Charlevoix anyway..but this is by far the best place we’ve stayed!

Wonderful Winter Getaway at this Charming Lakefront Cottage

My husband, daughter and I all had a lovely time at this beautiful cottage on the shores of Lake Charlevoix. We were cozy and warm in this very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished home. Everything was in tip top shape when we arrived and we did not want for anything during our stay. The arrival process was super simple and the owners were very easy to contact and responsive. We would love to return again in the summer or fall!

-beautifully appointed with not a detail missed. Birthday celebration

Our stay was wonderful. Suzy was very responsive. She has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable and fun. The house is in a great location, very clean, air conditioned and has all of the little things that you would hope to have for a relaxing lake house stay, including comfortable beds, hammock, fire pit, relaxing outdoor chairs, nice dock, etc. I highly recommend it!

Wedding Weekend

This was a great cottage with beautiful views of lake Charlevoix. We were there for our wedding at Castle Farms, which was only about 10 minutes away. It was a great space for my bridesmaids and I to get ready before the wedding, and then a peaceful place for my husband and I to relax after all the festivities. The attention to detail was very impressive, Suzy really thinks of everything!

Wonderful stay!

We spent a fantastic week at Suzy’s property! WOW ! It is such a beautiful and comfortable home in a fantastic quiet location right on the lake. It was our first time in Charlevoix and we enjoyed staying at the house and also exploring some of the local sites . It is a quick drive to town. Suzy was quick to respond to any of our questions. We got in super late on our first night. Suzy had the lights on for us and a sweet welcome kit! We would love to return !

Amazing, beautiful home over looking the lake. Six girlfriends get together every two years , two of our group had never been to Michigan. We stepped into this home and knew our stay would be perfect. The decorating, the amenities, the comfort of the home, the wonderful outside spaces, the fire pit....we took advantage of all these pleasures during our stay. Suzy was awesome to work with and offered many helpful suggestions about eateries and sights to enjoy. Hope to return to this delightful place in the future.

Just Perfect

Knot Just A Cottage was off the 5 star chart. It was modern, clean, very well equipped, and just beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. You can tell that there is a lot of love and pride put into making this home so welcoming. Every detail has been covered. Feel secure in renting. It will not disappoint. Growing up in Northern Michigan and spending summers there, we have been spoiled with all that Charlevoix and the surrounding area has to offer year round. Our entire family of all ages loves being "up north" anytime of year.

We chose this cottage because it has the most beautiful panoramic sunrise & sunset views of Lake Charlevoix. The close proximity to downtown Charlevoix (2 miles) and other nearby towns provides plenty of options when looking for things to do, places to go and see. Within an hour's drive you have plenty to keep you busy ( or not) for an entire summer! Our kid's grew up coming here and it's become a second home to us that we enjoy sharing with our guests. Knot Just A Cottage is complete with everything you could need during your stay. We provide our guests with high quality linens and towels, kitchen necessities, bathroom essentials and indoor outdoor amenities. We strive to make your stay at the cottage as easy as possible so you don't need to worry about bringing it all with you and can fully enjoy your stay.

We have a private dock with boat lift and a mooring right in front of the cottage that you can easily see from anywhere inside the cottage. Lake views from every room in the house, even the shower in the upstairs master bathroom. Large picture windows in the living room allow all that bright sunshine and crystal blue water right through the house. The second floor deck, side decks, and patio offer a quiet and relaxing spot while our lake front deck is where the action is adjacent to dining patio. You can hop in your boat right (bring your own or rent one here in town) out front on the dock and go play for the day. Knot Just A Cottage is located only 2 miles from downtown Charlevoix allowing you easy access to shops, restaurants, local events and sightseeing anytime. Our close proximity to neighboring towns like Boyne, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinac Island and Traverse city make it easy to spend an afternoon or full day trip sightseeing. When you return to the cottage after a day long adventure, Knot Just A Cottage is waiting for you to relax in comfort with panoramic lake front views inside and out.
