Prince Edward Escape is a quaint holiday cottage located approximately 300 m from the golden sands of dog friendly Culburra Beach.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a very comfortable house, with a good book in a comfy deck chair on the rear veranda. The house is perfect for couples, or a small family and provides a split system air conditioner in both the house and the studio for year-round comfort.

Prince Edward Escape has been renovated throughout since it was purchased in late 2018. It has a fresh, light and airy feel with glass sliding doors leading from the living area to the outdoor deck providing a great indoor/outdoor living space overlooking the fully fenced grassed backyard. It is a perfect place to relax while listening to the sound of the ocean. It's decked out with a large table with 8 chairs, a large cavalier umbrella and a Smeg stainless steel BBQ.

The house is perfectly laid out with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the house and a separate studio with lounge and TV and a bathroom attached. This also has a living area and bedding for a further 2 guests.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge and plenty of pots to help you to cook up a feast. Alternatively, the gas BBQ located on the deck is a great idea for evening family meals.

Culburra Beach is a picturesque 2.5-hour drive from Sydney CBD and approx. 3 hours from Canberra. Culburra Beach has remained non-commercial and its the perfect place to relax and unwind, but also offers you a variety of activities to everyone's needs.

Just take your towel and stroll down the road which will take you to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Enjoy the beach with swimming, surfing, body boarding, snorkelling, windsurfing or fishing. Orient Point & Crookhaven Heads are also great spots for fishing. However, if you prefer to buy rather than catch the fish, at Greenwell Point you can buy excellent seafood that comes straight off the boats.

If you enjoy bushwalking, Morton & Conjola National Parks are only a short drive away. The local shops are an easy walk away where you can do all your grocery shopping with Woolworths, a fresh bakery, a butcher and more. No need to travel to Nowra for your supplies shop local!

Linen:
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO beach towels. 

Property Specific Notes:
Pets are welcome at this property. There is a AUD 100 surcharge to have your pet stay. This surcharge may vary depending on the length of the stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

If you bring a pet, a surcharge will be added after the booking is placed.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.

Notes
Code of Conduct: Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Noise at Properties: NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.

Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.

Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.

Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.

Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.

Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

We loved our stay - perfect house, great location. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in the property for six nights with our two boys and dog. From the street the property looks fairly standard, but it has been beautifully renovated and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable family holiday. The extra studio with bathroom makes the house extremely comfortable and gives the kids somewhere to hang out. The house is walking distance to the local shops which includes a bakery and excellent pizza shop. It is also really close to the beach and a playground and skatepark. I can’t fault this property - it has a lovely inviting beachy vibe and is in a great location. We will be back.

A little gem

Wow what beautiful place that was so clean and spotless. Had everything you would need in the way of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking equipment. The only disappointment was that there was no coffee or coffee machine. As a host myself I always leave coffee, tea milk in the fridge and some bread and butter. As checkin is not till 4 pm it makes it hard to arrive thinking you could have a snack and all there is is tea bags! We also had no oil or salt and pepper provided. In the bathroom we we not supplied with snd toiletries like soap or bath gel or shampoos. Don’t mind but it would have been nice to know we had to bring our own. Also you need to bring extra toilet paper as you are only supplied with two rolls of the short length so when you have three adults this does not really cut it! I know it’s so people don’t take it with them? But really I always leave plenty of extra long length rolls for my guests. The back yard is beautiful and the bedrooms do comfortable. Would definitely stay agsin but would make sure I bought the essentials that were not included. Aa a host I have to supply olive oil salt and pepper to remain a super host. I have not used Stayz for a long time but thought I would give it a go and all was great. Great place for a family or maybe 2 as there is a whole studio that is separate to the rest of the house so two families could easily share and use the kitchen as it is very spacious! The back deck is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the chairs reading. In all we had the best three nights there and would thoroughly recommend this amazing cottage that is beautifully decorated and kept. Thanks for a lovely stay

Are we expected to bring our own dog kennels? Overall the house and location was good however I would not stay at this property again if I had pets.
