Construite à l'origine en 1938, cette maison d'artisan moderne a été méticuleusement rénovée par les propriétaires John et Michelle en 2018. Située à East Nashville, au cœur d'Inglewood, cette maison de 3 100 pieds carrés est située sur un terrain généreux de 0,75 hectare, à quelques minutes de Riverside Village et de Five points. La maison dispose d'une cuisine de chef, de deux salons dotés chacun d'une cheminée, d'un bar complet divertissant, où le Sonos Sound est présent dans toute la maison, tous destinés à offrir une expérience complète et luxueuse.

Fabulous home!

Just perfect for our daughter's wedding. Very comfortable, spacious & immaculately clean. Property manager & owners were just awesome! We REALLY enjoyed our stay!

Awesome place!

This property was perfect for our stay! We had 6 adults and plenty of extra room! It’s conveniently located between all things “Nashville”. The house was so beautiful that just staying here seemed more appealing than going out downtown some evenings! We definitely plan to come back for another stay.

Lots of space for all our people. Could use some TLC and minor repairs, but overall a great house for a large group. Tons of space to spread out.

Plenty of room. Location convenient. WiFi issues with some of our devices but not all. The master bathroom could use bottom up shades. Would recommend this property.

Simply lovely!

This has been one of our favorite rentals EVER! Every amenity that we could imagine had been provided, and there were so many extras that made staying here with a toddler and teens very easy (baby gate at the top of the stairs, for example). The decor was lovely, and the beds were all very comfortable. The owners have thought of every single detail and the craftsmanship and aesthetic of the home are the reasons that this home is easily at the top of our list. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to the Broadway area, Opry Mills, and the airport.

Bachelorette Weekend

We loved this property and the vibe and esthetic of the house! Location was 15 min from just about anywhere and it had so much room for all 8 of us. However, there were constantly ants in the bathrooms and kitchen and we had to wash every dish prior to using it. I wish the cleanliness of the house matched the beautiful aesthetic of the house. Unfortunately, I was constantly cleaning and spraying for bugs from the moment I walked in. Other than that, we loved this property.

Nice house

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close and conveniently located between the airport and down town Nashville. The house was beautiful. The only feedback would be the living room furniture was not very comfortable and non stick cooking pans would be preferred.

Beautiful home, great location

The home is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as listed. Just outside of Nashville, the uber drive to Broadway was less than $15!! Would absolutely stay here again, the next time we come to Nashville.

Lovely Home

Great light and a HUGE back yard and outside deck. House was very clean, full of gorgeous plants and wonderful light even though we were there in pouring rain. It must be magic when the sun is out. Great bathrooms and lovely kitchen, very very clean. Very responsive hosts. Master bedroom was big and open, master bath also large with lovely plants. Windowns everywhere! The beds were too soft for me and the couch in the living room to feel comfortable, but that is to my taste. Great family vacay home with outdoors space galore and lots for kids to play with.

February Nashville Visit

This is a fabulous house! It's absolutely perfect for four couples. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. This was the second time we have stayed at this property. The property owner communicates quickly with any questions/concerns. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay there again!

Great experience for family times together

There is lots of room to spread out, so our group never felt on top of each other. Enough beds. So glad for a washer and dryer! Lots of quality towels. Loved the backyard as a place for the youngsters to run off their energy! Our 2nd stay and probably not the last!

Great base for a group trip

A beautiful, stylish house that lived up to the pictures! Plenty of room and well equipped. You'll need a car to get around, but we didn't have trouble getting Ubers as and when we needed them.

Really great house lots room for 8 of us there we had plenty of space. House was so cute decorated awesome! Was a 15-20 cab ride to Broadway. Under 30mins elsewhere. We had a great time and it was perfect for us !

Beautiful home!

Excellent location and home for our extended family to attend a wedding in Nashville. The main floor bedroom was a plus for my 86 years old mom and the loft was welcomed by my 16 years old nephew. The kitchen was always full of food for the family to eat and to come and go as needed during the 3-day weekend. Loved the master bath.

Absolutely a GEM of a property!

This house is HUGE, and beautiful and everything you would want in a perfect place to stay. From the second you arrive, it looks like you are in a home that's fit for a magazine. The pictures are beautiful, but they don't do it justice. There are tons of great spots to hang out and enjoy the home, either separately or with the people you are staying with. The backyard has a lovely dining table and sofa-set to easily enjoy the covered patio. Inside, multiple living spaces (there are three!!) provide a wonderful place to have conversations, play games, etc. I'm not even mentioning the wonderful dining room table just off the kitchen. I stay at a lot of airbnbs and VRBOs and this one is by far one of the best I've ever been to. I feel like they should have charged more! All of the bedrooms are large, the master is gigantic and the beds are really really comfortable. They thought of everything. Really well stocked kitchen with gorgeous appliances, so well cared for it was obvious they put a ton of thought into this lovely home. Great neighborhood that's a close drive to the airport and the downtown area. Amazon delivered groceries and there is a small mini mart up the street if you need a "last minute" anything.

Beautiful Spacious home

The house slept 7 of us very comfortably. The check in process was so simple and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is so spacious and was our gathering place all weekend.

Nashville wedding

What a wonderful stay! We were in Nashville for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. They live in East Nashville, so location was ideal for us. The home is beautiful and well-appointed. It offers great spaces for gathering as a group, and also allows room for spreading out individually or in smaller groups. We truly enjoyed the backyard deck. This was a perfect vacation home for our family! Michelle/John & Angie were helpful, responsive and easy to work with.
