This property gets an A. It was immaculately kept, everything in nice condition, great location, and the hosts were wonderful. They even recommended a trust worthy mechanic for some unanticipated car issues.

Don't pass this one up, you will regret it. The views are amazing and so relaxing from the ocean front balcony. Morning coffee with sunrises you'll never forget. Very convenient and clean. Hosts are very nice and think of most anything you might need to make your trip easier, down to the beach chairs. To Lila and Dave.. we had an amazing time thank you so much and we definitely will be staying again soon!!

Our host was extremely friendly and the communication was excellent. The condo was perfect for two of us... warm and cozy. We were blessed with excellent weather. Hopefully, we have an opportunity to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is exactly as pictured. The host required us to meet them at the elevator to give us the parking pass and code for the room. Very nice couple. The only complaint is that the thermostat will not go below 70. We are used to sleeping at 67 but thankfully there was a box fan which helped a little. Also the black out curtains allow a LOT of light in so bring an eye mask if light bothers you. We will definitely be back and stay again!

Thank you for your review. It was a pleasure meeting both of you. Our HVAC technician has set the thermostat with a minimum temperature of 70°F. In the past, we've had several instances where air conditioning units froze up when guests set the temperature lower than that, resulting in service calls and loss of cooling. To help keep the condo comfortable, we also provide a fan for additional air circulation and cooling. Thank you again for your feedback. Dave and Lila

Great Condo

My husband and I went for a short 4 day stay. The condo was perfect for us. So clean, many amenities ( beach chairs & beach towels so convenient) and nicely furnished. We had a relaxing time and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, and both the bed and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. The ocean view and large balcony were absolutely stunning — we loved being able to enjoy the view from both the living room and bedroom.The resort’s location was perfect — close to shopping and restaurants, yet in a peaceful area of the beach. The amenities were excellent as well.We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Wonderful Area

We enjoyed our stay at Seawatch immensely. The area was conveniently located to everything we needed. The 7th floor was perfect. Pool areas were great! Tiki bar was convenient & fun. Can’t recommend it enough. We will be back!

Myrtle Beach Vacation

This was our second time vacationing at Sea Watch resort, and this property was great. The views were fantastic, everything was clean, the owners are nice and responsive, and having a washer/dryer is a definite bonus. So, if you are looking for a place like this near North Myrtle Beach at a great, fun resort, I would recommend this place based on our stay.

Anniversary Getaway

A significant feature of this property is the bedroom with an ocean view and sliding door to the balcony. The property is extremely clean, well equipped, and the owners are very personable and attentive.

Cozy and clean

Cleanest beach condo I have ever stayed in. The welcome bottle of Pinot Grigio was a very nice touch (or it would have been, if we were wine drinkers. Hope the next guest enjoyed it!)

A++++. Our 1-week stay was perfect. The hosts were amazing from the initial reservation to checkout. Condo was very clean and well equipped. The view from the oceanfront extended balcony was fabulous and was much enjoyed. We will certainly book again!!

Just what we needed

This property was exactly as described. Our hosts were attentive and provided quick responses to our communications. We really enjoyed the personal touch of meeting us in person during check-in. The view from the room was amazing and there were excellent restaurants within a short drive. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was VERY clean, the bed was comfortable and access the beach and other amenities was beyond convenient. Our 4 year old son loved the pools! We enjoyed the large balcony with gorgeous views and even had a few dinners on this spacious area. I would highly recommend this property. Dave and Lila were so kind and helpful they greeted us when we arrived with helpful tips and advice on the area.

Great Vacation

This condo was ocean front and was super clean. The owners take great care of this unit. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen well appointed, living room couch and chairs were comfortable. The condo location was a plus on the 7th floor of Seawatch resort. I would strongly recommend this one bedroom unit.

100/10! Excellent communication from host leading up to and throughout the stay. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed (plus more). Fully stocked kitchen, puzzles, books, a fan (my favorite since I forgot to bring one), beach chairs, a bottle of wine and the most AMAZING view from the huge balcony. I can’t say enough good things about this condo! Will definitely be back.
