Primary Bedroom - Unwind in the spacious primary bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size bed, a dresser for your belongings, a 43" smart TV for your entertainment, a large closet for all your beachwear, and an attached modern bathroom with a tiled glass shower and an elegant vanity. Wake up refreshed and ready for another day in paradise.

Second Bedroom - Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the comfortable queen-size bed. This room also includes a dresser and a 40" smart TV to keep you entertained.

Third Bedroom - Perfect for multiple families or groups, the third bedroom boasts a bunk bed with a twin bed over a full bed and a twin pull-out trundle bed, sleeping up to 4, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest. You'll find a dresser and a 40" smart TV here as well.

The second bathroom features a deluxe tile shower tub combination and a double vanity, ensuring everyone has space to get ready for the day's adventures.

Shoot hoops on the basketball hoop in the cul-de-sac out front with both adult and child sized basketballs.

There are four mountain bikes in the shed on the side of the house for a short 15 minute bike ride to the beach or local restaurants.
We provide 6 beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, a boogey board, and beach towels.

Pool toys are located under the white bench on the lanai. This is a sun bathing and cocktail sipping pool for a refreshing dip, not big enough for swimming laps but plenty big for a game of pig with a few people on the pool basketball hoop!

Beach access:
Bonita Beach (Bonita Springs) - public parking lots at Bonita Beach 2.5 miles (5 minute drive) from the house. From the parking it is a short walk to Bonita Beach and a little further walk south on the Beach to Barefoot Beach.

Vanderbilt Beach (North Naples) - public parking garage 6.8 miles (14 minute drive) from the house. From the parking garage it is a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach

Lover's Key Beach (South Fort Myers Beach) - public parking 7.5 miles (13 minute drive) from the house. From the parking area take a trolley into the Lover's Key State Park to get to Lover's Key Beach.

The expansive covered back patio is furnished with elegant and comfortable patio furniture, making it an ideal setting. The house backs up to a preserved wetland area, providing unique privacy for a home in a neighborhood. For sun lovers, we offer four comfortable sun lounge chairs and an umbrella on the back patio, where you can soak up the Florida sun in style.
