Unité 2 ... 2 Chambres je Bath avec véranda et terrasse arrière avec Kitchenette..Unit 3 1 Chambre 1 salle de bain avec Kitchenette et le pont avant et unités de deck..These côté sont tellement plus qu'un hôtel room..All ont été repeints retravaillés redécoré ... Chacune dispose d'un lit queen size dans une chambre séparée ... canapé-lit ou futon est dans chaque chambre ... Tous les ustensiles de cuisine, mixeur, grille-pain, micro-ondes, cafetière, vin glasses..evertything vous aurez besoin. Chaque chambre a été redécorée avec plage comme meubles.

Little cottage by the sea

Great place to stay in Flagler Beach. Has very thing you need to eat in.wifi works great. Just step out the door of this cottage an see the ocean. Close to many eateries. Dog friendly...

Great location and comfortable bed!

Perfect cottage for 3. Great location, delicious restaurants walking distance and ocean view! Bed was extremely comfortable, as well as sleeper sofa. Steve was very prompt and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Beach front views!!

Cottage 1 was spacious and bigger than it looks. This cottage sits across the street from the beach with easy access. Flagler Beach is centrally located on coast and short drives to everything. Will definitely rent again.

Dog Friendly and right across from beach

Fantastic stay for the price, located right across from the beach. Beach does have a small shoreline and large rocks along dunes, but was still awesome. I recommend visiting beaches down the road for a larger sandier area (Varn Park and Washington Oaks were our favorites). Dog friendly house, but still very clean. Kitchen has a toaster oven, microwave, and one portable stove top.

Loved the cottage

This was our first visit to Flagler and we loved it. The cottage was the perfect size for us and we loved that it was right across from the beach. Loved the beach decor.

Relaxing get away

This was our second time to stay in this cottage. Property owners are great and were quick to respond to my inquiries. Love the small town feel of this area with the added bonus of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the cottage and beach. Hope to return again in the near future.

South of the fray

This cute cottage is just outside the downtown action of Flagler Beach but well situated for beach fun. Great for a couple and maybe a child or two if small. Also pet friendly for our sweet pup.

Perfect Beach Cottage

My mom and I stayed here with my dog. We stayed in the front cottage and had a beautiful beach view. It was perfect. It was a great size and had everything we needed. Best part was that it is right across the street from the beach and right next to delicious restaurants. Kaye was very helpful during the booking process and while we were planning our trip.

Delightful

We stayed for our anniversary. The property was clean, the location was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. The front and back decks are great. Then property is oriented to maximize the ocean view and sounds. Restaurants and activities are close. We will stay again.

Cozy Cottage in Flagler

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cottage. Everything was clean and well kept. We walked right out across the street to the beach. Karin made sure everything was perfect and so easy to work with. The cottage is decorated nicely. She made sure our stay was wonderful!

Perfect little cottage

We stayed for 1 night as a little get away with our pup. The cottage was way better than I was expecting! It is clean and located directly across from the beach and restaurants. Although smoking is allowed outside the cottage, there was ZERO smoke smell inside. You can tell the owners care for it well. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and will return!

Biketoberfest 2022 (aka - Mini Vaca)

My husband and I come up every year for both Bike Week in March and Biketoberfest in October - I do not know how we haven't stayed here before! We absolutely loved our little piece of Flagler Heaven! The check in process was incredibly easy, the cottage was clean, quaint and cozy! Restaurants within walking distance and the servers couldn't have been more kind and attentive! We will be looking to see if the cottage is available for Bike Week 2023!! Thank you for sharing your place with us, we absolutely loved it!

Great Little Cottage right across from the Beach, Very Clean

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. It was very nicely decorated. Everything was very clean, and it had plenty of towels, and blankets, and a small kitchen with appliances, and everything we needed. It was convenient located across from the beach, near restaurants and shopping. Our kids slept on the futon bed and we all had a great time at the beach. We liked the idea that the dor had a code on it, so we didn't have to worry about the key. The only thing I would suggest is a few hooks for wet towels or jackets.

Great beach cottage

My husband and 2 sons were in town for a lacrosse tournament and wanted something different, not just the normal hotel room. This is it! These 3 cottages that Kay owns right across from the beach are cute, comfortable, clean, cozy, in a great location and very reasonably priced! We stayed in the 2-bedroom cottage with a kitchenette, and loved seeing the beach from the front door or back porch. Everything in the cottage was decorated in a nautical or beach theme. We walked to one of the best restaurants in Flagler Beach, Oceanside Beach Bar and Grill, less than a black away. Also enjoyed High Tides and Java Joint during our stay. We'd definitely rent one of Kay's cottages again!

What a Location

We loved our stay here. It was exactly as advertised. Our unit was right across from the beach. It has a nice porch out front with chairs to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Parking was right out front with easy access. Oceanside Grill is just a block away and an excellent coffee and smoothie shop is even closer. Internet in the unit was great and the TV was up-to-date. A full kitchen met all our needs. The queen size bed was comfortable and my son slept just fine on the sleeper sofa in the living room. We had a couple questions for the manager and they got right back to us quickly. I will definitely book a stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cottage 2

We were assigned to cottage 2. The place was filthy and had a strong urine smell, especially in the bathroom. There was about an inch of sand, dog hair, and crumbs between the couch cushions. There was dirty linen in the dressers of the front bedroom and food crumbs on the cushions of the dining room. The property owner moved us to a different property. It was visibly cleaner but we we’re weary of it and one of the neighbors was rude. Given the COVID crisis, I would not stay here again based on their level of clean. The staff was courteous and helpful but this was my worst vrbo stay.

Flagler Beach stay

When I checked in had to call owner. Air not working dead batteries in remote. Kitchen light not working. Couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi- So I was transferred to a different address. Appeared nice except blinds not working. Refrigerator rusted. Extreme leaking kitchen faucet. Found old chewed bone under bed. Bedroom fan not working and dusty. The owner when I first made reservation said pet fee was $350 a week when the web site said $100 per week. The only positive was the view and area quiet.

Unmet Expectations

Although the self check in process and WIFI access was smooth, those are the high point of the positive items I can list. Everything else was well below expectations, which lead me to only stay for 1 night. I am in the process of asking for a refund for the unused 2nd night. I stayed in cabin 3 at the back part of the property. There is only 1 parking spot per cabin, the one for cabin 3 is in the sand. Bad start. While the place has cute beach decor, it is dingy- needs new paint. Once I entered I found that the outlets in the kitchen did not work. I had to plug the microwave and coffee maker into the living room. The owners ask to wash your feet outside and provide a hose, but the faucet had not knob so you could not turn the water on. I also noticed mold under the mini split AC in the common room; on top of that, when the bedroom door is closed, all you have is a ceiling fan, which squeaked when on. Florida summer- hot and humid. Although the bed is comfortable, I did not sleep well- woke up with sinus issues because of the mustiness. I reached out to the owners for each issue and was ignored each time. There is no phone number, just text through app. Lastly, just for awareness, not under the owner's control, but the beach was not user friendly. Although it's only a short walk away (across a busy street), it has a steep slope with big boulders and so many sand fleas (no-see 'ems) that I did not enjoy the experience and would not recommend for families with kids.

This property is quiet and nicely decorated and is larger than your average motel room with bedrooms and living areas with couches with sofa beds. Each room has been decorated with beach themes.

Better than any motel room but with the same price... Very affordable vacation..Please call calendar will not reflect if one or more units are available. Please call or email for availability. Each unit is allowed one space per cottage. Extra Parking can be on 18th street. No Trailer Parking.
