Get ready to relax at Pelican Place, a spacious 2-bedroom townhome in Flagler Beach. This charming property features a cozy king bed and comfortable twin beds, perfect for a small group of guests. With so many amenities such as a modern fully equipped kitchen & bathrooms, beach chairs & equipment, a large property pool, along with gorgeous ocean views from balconies off of the living quarters as well as the primary bedroom, your vacation will be a special getaway. The small town of Flagler Beach is a wonderful place to dine or walk around and only about a mile down the beach. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our favorite place. We love pets and welcome yours for a small fee as long as it is well-behaved and you observe the rules of our home and the community & beach, We are new owners, but the previous owners of this beautiful townhome always received excellent VRBO ratings and we will do everything we can to make sure all of our new guests are 100% happy during their stay! Please note there are 2 flights of stairs -- one to enter the townhouse from the carport and another set of stairs from the main living area to the bedrooms upstairs.

The townhouse was gorgeous and the view was perfect. Our host, Lisa, was very accommodating and friendly. The location directly across from the public access to the dog friendly beach was wonderful for us and our beach loving pup. We will definitely be booking here again the next time we visit Flagler Beach.

This is a very comfortable property on the beach in Flagler. It was our base for both work and vacation for a week. The view is great and it worked both on sunny and rainy days. The hosts are local and very responsive.

Pelican place was absolutely perfect! The views are amazing and it's just a short walk across the street to the beach. Lisa has thought of every detail to the amazing decor to everything you need for the beach-chairs/umbrella/wagon/towels! We couldn't have asked for anything better... We 100% will be back! 10/10!!

Staying in this place was a wonderful experience. The townhouse is beautiful and tastefully decorated, with an updated and modern makeover. Our dog loved it just as much as we did — we even brought a foldable bench seat, and he sat there all the time watching the activity on the beach.Over the years, we’ve stayed in many of the condos in these two beachfront buildings, and this one is by far the nicest. If we weren’t moving back to the area, we would certainly rent it again. And we will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

An awesome experience!! Host Lisa was absolutely wonderful!..not that I needed her! Her place was beautiful; she checked in with me occasionally; the views were incredible; secluded part of the beach was fantastic; everything I needed for a wonderful, relaxing time! Highly, highly, highly recommend! Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve enjoyed via VRBO!!

The Pelican Place is absolutely one of the most wonderful places to stay. A beautifully decorated and very clean condo located on the ocean. Laying in bed listening to the waves rolling up on the beach to waking up to the beautiful view of the sun rising over the ocean from the master suite is one of my favorite things about the condo it has magnificent views. Everything I needed was provided, if you enjoy cooking as much as I, the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal, but it is also located within walking distance to many great places to go enjoy dinner, drinks and music. Definitely a little piece of paradise.

My family’s experience with our host Lisa was by far the greatest customer experience we have ever experienced. She went to such great lengths to ensure that my family and I were well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The property was gorgeous and Lisa’s level of communication was second to none. Lisa even went above and beyond to see that my 3 year old son even got an extra ice cream treat. Thank you so much for that Lisa. With great reluctance I share this information as I am afraid now my family and I will be met with much competition for securing this property going forward because of the amount of customers that will be wanting to share in the same wonderful experience that my family has been given. I can not say enough great things about the property and our host. It was truly a pleasure and a great vacation. Thank you again Lisa.

Our little family of 4 had a great time staying in this absolutely beautiful condo for the week. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer one to stay in. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the lovely view of the ocean from the living room. We travel to Flagler almost yearly and would love to be able to stay here again!

Amazing reno and location. Walked in and my mouth dropped! We loved the views and the moon and sunrise views were exceptional. The pool was close by and had nice tables to sit and enjoy. Walking the beach in the mornings with our dog Punkin was the most peaceful I've ever felt. It was like having our own private island.Flagler beach is one of the nicest I have been to and we will be back for sure.

The prettiest beach condo I’ve ever seen! This beach condo truly has it all, from bikes, to beach chairs, it has everything you could possibly need plus an amazing view! (Our pups enjoyed it too!) Excellent communication with the Host… we can not wait to return!

Hello, I'm Lisa and my husband is Jack. We just bought this townhouse from the wonderful previous owners but have been here many times before. Our family & friends have come down around these parts of Florida for years. Jack and I live in North Carolina and frequently visit this part of Florida to visit with family that now reside in the Flagler Beach area. We are both retired, animal lovers and spend a lot of time with our pets (they have ALL been rescues). Jack is a geeky math guy and I'm a musician (Piano, Guitar, & Singer) but somehow our different personalities like a lot of the same things....like the mountains and the ocean. We love to ATV out west in Colorado & Utah, snowmobile in Canada, kayak in North Carolina, and walk in the Sand in Flagler Beach, Florida. So now we've got the best of all worlds -- the mountains and the beach. We want to share our little slice of the beach with you and we know you will enjoy it as much as we do!

We love the small town "Old Florida" vibes that still exist in this unique Florida town of Flagler Beach. There are so many things to do and places to go. It's fun and active but can also be low key and relaxing.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property is unique because it gives you plenty of BIG views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. You can walk across the road and be on the beach in about 20 steps. The darling town of Flagler Beach is only about a mile walk with many fun places to stop along the way. When in the town of Flagler Beach, you will find MANY tasty restaurants and local hangouts, as well as gift shops and art galleries. If hanging out by the pool is your thing, there is a beautiful swimming pool on the Aliki townhouse property with lots of lounge chairs and we also have grills for cooking out. There aremany coastal towns moving either direction on A1A (aka Jimmy Buffet Highway). Downtown historic St. Augustine is only 40 minutes north and Daytona is about 30 minutes south. There are lots of fun little towns in between. Also go back across the intercoastal and many adventures to explore.
