Brand New 6 Bedroom ,, 5 Bath Oceanfront Beach House. 75 pieds de la plage. Accès à la plage de l'autre côté de la rue. Grande salle familiale, salle à manger et cuisine, grande salle de lavage. 12 couchages dans les lits et 2 supplémentaires sur le canapé-lit. Suite privée séparée au rez-de-chaussée. Grande véranda et terrasse au deuxième étage avec terrasse supérieure au troisième étage offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan.
Spa pour 7 personnes avec cuisine d'été sous Lanai. Du son
système pour la salle familiale, la suite principale et le pont supérieur et inférieur. garage deux voitures avec 4 places de parking supplémentaires.
Peut être loué en 4 ou 6 chambres.

Flagler Beach, Florida, Vacation

The rental was a beautiful, very clean, and well maintained three story home with an elevator, which was a huge help. The beach entrance was right across the street. The home was located close to the pier, but not too close. We were also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The owners were available whenever texted, and the rules were clear and customary. I would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Exceeds Expectations

We traveled to Florida as a group of families. The entire process was easy and thorough - communication was easy. When I had a question, it was answered immediately. We were exited about the house, but were blown away at truly how perfect it was for our group. It was clean and spacious - we spent a lot of time just relaxing. The teenagers could go across the street to the beach and we could keep an eye on them from the balcony. The community itself was also part of the charm - many places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Great property! Terrific views! Relaxed atmosphere!

Second time staying here for our annual work trip. The house was, again, perfect . Everything was great! It’s away from Daytona so it’s easy to relax. The beach view from the deck is amazing. The host was super accommodating, as always. We will be booking this again next year!

Incredible hosts, amazing hosts, perfect location

We loved our stay at Corrine and Barry’s home. They were so flexible with us needing to change dates. My mother is on a journey with cancer and uses a walker, thanks to the elevator she could still come and enjoy the trip!! The house is close to everything and all the beds are comfy. We will definitely be back!!

This was our second year in the home for our annual October visit. Mr. Barry and Miss Corrine have been great to work with. This place is better than advertised ! The group will continue to return as long as we can. Highly Recommended

Perfect for a large family

House on the beach with a hot tub was perfect. Enough room for everyone to have their own space but large gathering area. Barry is the perfect host and very easy to get in touch with. Recommend everytime!

Absolutely wonderful!! The views are breathtaking. Not to mention the property itself! Gorgeous, spacious, and the outdoor beachfront deck is to die for. Owners are kind, available, and so helpful. They've thought of everything so guests don't have to. Can't wait to come back!

Fantastic Flagler

Five retired couples enjoyed this spacious home. Having our own bathroom was so nice. The furnishings and decor are comfortable and welcoming. Excellent restaurants were very close. Owners are a phone call away and quickly replied to a first day question. All of us had a wonderful time and hope to return next year.

Great for a large group!

The house was in a great location, near several restaurants and shops, and just steps from the beach. We had a group of 10, and the setup was perfect for us, with private sleeping quarters for every couple, and a bathroom for every two people. We did not see a sleeper sofa, but we didn't need it, so it wasn't a factor for us. We utilized both the outdoor kitchen and the hot tub- obviously any metal outside in FL will have some corrosion, but we had no problem using the grill, and the hot tub was VERY clean. Overall, we loved the property and will definitely consider it again, if our group size is the same for future trips!

Barry and Corinne are the owners of this property. This is the second Vacation Rental that we have owned and maintained. We have had a great track record with many happy repeat customers. Barry , a Home Builder of 40 years, tried to take everything into consideration in designing and building this vacation home. Our last home had a pool but since space was
an issue, we have included a large hot tub for out guest to enjoy. We want our guest to enjoy the home as we will. Our goal is to have happy returning guest for years to come.
The two reside in Orange Park Florida and own and operate Poimboeuf Homes Inc, 1560 Wells Road, Orange Park, 904 278 2822 or 904 571 1057. Poimboeufhomes.com. We are always a phone call away or one hour drive if there is a problem.

Location! Location! Location! Beach, Eating Places, Entertainment all within walking distance. Publix grocery store 1 1/2 mile away. 20 minutes to Daytona Beach, 35 minutes from St. Augustine, 1 hour 15 minutes to Disney. Flagler Beach is a quaint little beach town with an awesome view and a lot of charm.
