LA VILLA VAHIMANUI est située à flanc de colline à 100 pieds (30 mètres) au-dessus du niveau de la mer et à seulement 160 pieds (50 mètres) de la lagune. Cette villa très exclusive surplombant les eaux cristallines de la lagune offre des couchers de soleil romantiques incroyables ainsi que beaucoup d'intimité, ce qui en fait l'endroit parfait pour les jeunes mariés et les familles.

Profitez des eaux placides du lagon avec ses extraordinaires poissons tropicaux colorés permettant une plongée en apnée sans fin dans des eaux chaudes turquoise et immaculées!La maison est entourée de beaux arbres fruitiers exotiques et tropicaux dans un jardin bien entretenu.

Cette maison unique, récemment construite, de 1200 pieds carrés (110 m2) fait partie d'un célèbre complexe de luxe fondé par Marlon Brando et Jack Nicholson. La villa comprend 2 chambres avec air conditionné, 1 salle de bain, une cuisine moderne complète pour un chef, un salon et une grande terrasse-véranda couverte donnant sur le lagon.

L'intérieur de cette maison de luxe en bois est particulièrement spacieux grâce à un plafond cathédrale avec un salon spacieux et une des chambres qui y sont ouvertes permettant une vue exclusive directement depuis votre lit king size. La maison a été entièrement repensée et rénovée en 2017 avec un maximum de confort et de détente à l'esprit.

Tahiti, le port d'entrée de la Polynésie française, est reliée par des vols réguliers sans escale à Los Angeles, NZ, Japon, Hawaï, Australie et avec un arrêt à Paris et à la plupart des villes européennes. De Tahiti, un vol de 45 minutes vous emmène à Bora Bora.
La compagnie aérienne interne en Polynésie française est AIR TAHITI. Il y a 9 liaisons aériennes par jour entre Tahiti et Bora Bora. Vous pouvez réserver directement vos vols sur le site d'Air Tahiti.

L'avion de Tahiti atterrit à Bora Bora sur Motu Mute, un îlot au large. Ensuite, une navette gratuite vous emmène à travers le lagon jusqu'à VAITAPE, le principal village de Bora Bora. Beautiful cottage on Bora Bora

We loved our two week stay at Pierre’s beautiful cottage! We rented a car and had full access to activities during the day, then returned to our cottage oasis and enjoyed the spectacular view of the lagoon from the peaceful covered porch. Thank you Pierre for your wonderful hospitality!

Second Stay in this villa

This was our second stay at this house. It has a wonderful view from inside the house and also on the patio. It also has a sunset view. It is well-equipped and has beach towels. There is a washer and dryer. The bedrooms have a/c which is needed, as the house can get very hot during the day. This time none of the tour operators would pick us up from the pier so we had to drive to town to get picked up.

This has been our second stay at Pierre’s home and it has been super fantastic again! The condominium is just the perfect place to stay, the views are incredible and everything is super clean, and quiet. Pierre is super responsive and super nice to communicate with. Immaculate villa with stunning views

Our family of 4 had an amazing holiday in Bora Bora thanks to the wonderful villa overlooking the lagoon, and extremely helpful owner Pierre. Even a lovely local picked a bunch of bananas off his tree and gave them to us after our morning swim in the beautiful bright blue Lagoon. This was a dream 21st celebration birthday/holiday for our twins Thank you Pierre

Beautiful

The condo was awesome. We are packing up to leave today and I am already planning to come back. The owner gave us all the information we needed. The taxi was waiting for us when we arrived. The hosts met us and helped with luggage, gave us tour of condo so we would know where everything was. The view is gorgeous, the furnishings comfortable. There are steep stairs but we were able to navigate an we are in our 50's. I highly recommend this Condo.

A dream in Bora Bora

The house is part of a complex on a small hill. The only negative point (if i can find one) is that there is no sign indicating the complex. Anyway, the house is fabulous: a great view with a very nice terrace, very nice forniture and high attention to details. The owner (Pierre) is extremely detailed and he gave us any possible information we could need. It was an excellent choice for staying in Bora Bora and i would highly recommend it.

Absolutely breathtaking and perfect!

Our stay in Pierre's villa was amazing! We loved every minute of it and the villa is perfect with a breathtaking view! We were stunned and pleasantly surprised when we walked through the doors as the pictures cannot possibly show how beautiful it is! It's larger than we thought and the deck was perfect! This is by far the best villa in the entire complex as the deck is secluded and it's very quiet (except for the roosters...which we loved by the way...). Pierre gave us a lot of information and was extremely kind and helpful. We can't thank you enough for all your help and for having us in your home.

FANTASTIC LOCATION WITH A GREAT VIEW!!

My husband and I rented Villa Vahimanui for our Honeymoon. The owner (Pierre) is lovely, contacts you before you purchase, when you purchase and while you are there. He is ready and willing to answer questions as well as provide great suggestions for enjoying Bora Bora. We found the Villa to be exactly as described and pictured on VRBO.It was cozy, relaxing, very clean and tastefully decorated.We had plenty of space for the two of us! The view of the lagoon from the Villa was breathtaking! We found very good restaurants in the area such as the Maikai and the Saint James. The villa met all of our expectations and more! To anyone reading this, we can highly recommend this property!!

Hillside view over the lagoon

Let me say this first: If you don't mind daily steep walk and 80+ steps towards the villa, you will love it! It is everything your eyes deserve - incredible view and relaxing shades of blue. And just wait for the sunsets :). The villa is maintained and designed very well. The deck is spacious and you will enjoy it. The living room is naturally ventilated and there is no need for AC (in July). Pierre is great host and helpful with tips and recommendations. Needless to say we had one of the best vacations ever. Merci Pierre! P.S. Don't be afraid of the geckos - they are awesome creatures!

great place to experience Bora Bora!

Dear Pierre: We had a lovely stay at your Villa Vahimanui. The house was exactly what we wanted for our family in Bora Bora--away from crowds and tourists, but easy to do whatever activities we wanted. The view was just amazing and we could have spent hours looking out from the patio every evening. We never missed any sunsets! The kitchen was well set up and the laundry worked well too. All the landscaping and flowers around the condominiums are really beautiful and nicely done. Barthelemy, the caretaker, was very nice and helpful as well. For us, having the dock and beach right there was great since we were picked up various times by boats and jetskis. It was centrally located so we could travel to different parts of the island easily for sightseeing, going to town, or going to outer motus. We loved our stay in Bora and hope to return before too long. We would stay at Villa Vahimanui again.

Living the local life in Bora Bora.

We spent 10 days in this beautifully furnished and decorated house. It is up on a hill, reached through seventy-three steps from the closest parking lot, which leads to magnificent views. The dining area has been set outside and provides fantastic views as well. A screened area would enhance it even more. The kitchen is fully and nicely equipped, including high-end appliances. Master bedroom with medium firm European king-size mattress (64") and quiet air conditioning unit. The rest of the house tends to be hot from mid-day to sunset, at least in February. Being able to rent the Peugeot from the owner was a bonus, saving a lot of time with the rental agencies. Responsive owner and very kind and helpful caretakers.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay at Villa Vahimanui! Upon arriving, the property is even more stunning than any of the photos shown in the listing. The inside of the house is spacious, clean & very well maintained. I can't say enough about the amazing view. Every single time we walked in the front door, every single time we walked out of our bedroom, we were in heaven! There's no way to adequately describe how perfectly beautiful it is. In addition to the view, the accommodations are great. The kitchen is very well stocked with most anything you would need to cook meals there. We've never stayed at any vacation rental that had the supply of beach and bath towels we had here. Pierre was helpful and quickly responsive from the time we made our reservation all the way through our stay. All of our questions and requests were answered in a timely and helpful manner. Thank you, Pierre, for sharing your lovely home!

Spectacular views of the lagoon

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom house on the hill, it was quiet and relaxing way to spend the holidays. We appreciated all the amenities (full kitchen, washer/dryer, and A/C in the bedrooms) since we were not at a resort. It was better than a resort in that we had more flexibility and could opt to eat in, if desired. We ended up doing so for several nights since many restaurants were either closed or not open to non-resort guests between Christmas and New Years. The owner was very clear in his expectations for the rental and was very prompt in all his communications. This was particularly helpful when we were delayed due to a missed flight. Pierre and Nathalie responded quickly and made alternative arrangements to pick us up from the dock where the airport boat shuttle dropped us off. Already we miss having a rum cocktail on the deck over looking the spectacular changing colors of the lagoon at sunset.

Gorgeous View

When we arrived we were greeted by the property manager (can't remember her name) who was delightful and gave us a walkthrough of the property and a rundown on how to operate everything. The views from the property are incredible and it was nice sitting on the deck or in the living room watching the activity in the lagoon. The house is well appointed and has just about everything a person needs to cook and enjoy their stay. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is a lifesaver. If the rest of the living areas had air conditioning it would help with comfort when the breezes were not blowing. However the setup is pretty typical for tropical living with air in the sleeping areas and none in the living areas. Having a washer/dryer was amazing since we'd been traveling for two weeks prior with no place to do laundry. I believe I counted 87 steps to get up to the house - once the luggage was up it wasn't a big deal and I welcomed the exercise after sitting on the beach in the sand most of the day..... Overall a great experience and we'll most likely be back....

Struggling to leave this place :)

We have just arrived home after two weeks in French Polynesia where my husband and I stayed the last four nights at this beautiful house. The owner represents the house beautifully and it is super clean with great views. He is very particular about keeping the place clean which helps you to keep it bug-free. The air conditioning worked great for sleeping at night (if needed), as there is a constant breeze which is especially lovely in the evenings. He had a great set-up for laundry if needed. Previous reviews balked at the steps. My husband and I are in our early 60s and in good health but a bit chinky and found the steps to be no problem at all. We didn't do any cooking as we preferred to grab a coffee and croissants from the Ptisseried at St. James as we had early starts with Eleuthera Diving. Really world-class dinners at Villa Mahani and St. James. Thank you, Pierre. We'll be back and want to stay much longer. We loved not being in a place full of other tourists and being in your home allowed us such peacefulness. PS: I gave the location 4 stars only because it is a bit pf a drive into town - nothing more than just letting people know.

Spectacular!

Of all the many places that can be booked at Bora, this property probably offers the best views. Imagine a perhaps 6 m wide window front positioned at an elevated position providing "to die for" views of the lagoon and the motus every minute of the day. More, the internal design is way above average because it's tasteful, accommodating and functional. It is clear that the owner, Pierre, has a personal interest in the property. It was also great that there was a good selection of quality cooking utensils we made good use of. We were also very pleasantly suprised of the quality of the beef and fish at Super U supermarket. Of note was also the large collection of decent French wines which made dinners at home even more enjoyable. The location of the villa is also brilliant. It's close enough to Vaitape for convenient shoping or a coffee "downtown". On the other hand, there is a small beach at the property that works really well - the snorkeling isn't bad at all especially if you swim over to the left side of Marlon Brando's old house (the one on the left). We also made use of renting Pierre's Peugeot 208 which was fun to drive around with. We should also mention our friendly interactions with Batholomaeus who, in the absence of Natalie, makes sure that everything is fine. He is also quite happy to explain how to catch an octopus with your bare hands, should you be interested. Maruru Pierre for having us, for answering all our questions promptly, for the pickup service, the flexibility with the arrival and leaving times! We do hope to be back soon.

This villa is in an incredible location. The caretakers are awesome. Bora Bora is beautiful. Pierre communicates very well and is a very good host. His villa is in a beautiful location. You will love staying here because the overall experience is wonderful. Now, two things...heed all of the ant warnings. The ants will own you regardless of the precautions that you take. They live there. Amdro makes a product named Ant Block. Apparently it is not available on Bora Bora. It is available in Florida, and it works. Anyway, just be aware that you will need to battle ants. No big deal. Just don't leave anything that you want to eat out on the counter. Also, understand that this villa is very warm. Thankfully, the bedrooms have AC. We were there in the winter and it was hot. The deck and the main room and bathroom are hot. Bedrooms are your safe zone. Again, we are from Florida and very used to hot and humid. This villa is hot. Go down to the water and the temp changes drastically. That said, you really don't want to spend that much time in the villa. Bora Bora is so beautiful that you want to get out and move. When you come back to the villa, you have the AC safe zones. It works. Have fun in this beautiful villa. Oh, by the way, Pierre's Peugeot is fun to drive. Having that is a very nice amenity.

Simply Amazing

This home had just about everything you needed to make it feel just like home. Clean, well appointed with a view that I still am having dreams about. The longer I stayed, the more it felt like home. I cooked quite a few meals and the kitchen had everything that I needed to facilitate that. Pierre and the amazing couple (Nathalie and Bartholomew) that he utilizes to manage the property are all wonderful and quick to address questions and issues. The home is directly across the lagoon from the airport so if not too busy out-you can catch some arrivals and departures :-)! Make sure to reserve Pierres rental car -it is a wonderful aide and fun to drive. The view, the view, the view-enough cannot be said about the view. The four stars (instead of five) are for very minor issues (which would not preclude me from staying here again): -There has already been mentioned the climb from the parking pad to the home (it is four sets of stairs-so if that is a problem for you be aware), -Bring bath linen. There were 2 sets of beach towel-like towels in the unit (no face or hand towels). Glad I had prepared, -Don't know if late March is typically very hot/humid but it certainly was the week we were there (Mar 26-31). Both bedrooms are air conditioned and work extremely well-so there is that relief. But the main area which is where you want to be is not air-conditioned and receives all the gloriousness of the sun midday. The living area and bath become extremely warm and humid even with the fans going at all times. Mornings and evenings are pure heaven though. -We did not have TV in either bedroom (master wasn't working and not one in the second bedroom). Not a biggie but in the heat of the day-it would have been nice to have. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would certainly come back again to “Villa Vahimanui”! It was a quiet, relaxed week with access to as much or little as we wanted. Bora Bora is amazingly gorgeous! Thanks so much Pierre for hosting us! Hope to see you again soon!

Well equipped villa at a fantastic location

Overall a brilliant place to stay with everything needed. Only issue was there were dead ants in the kitchen but these were vacuumed using the vacuum provided. Communication with Pierre was great and the views across the lagoon were breathtaking.

Fantastic!! Just the best!!

This was our 3rd stay and we just love this place so much! Everything is great, the condo, the neighborhood and most importantly the view! The condo is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Pierre, we are so happy to have found your house and we already plan our next taste!

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Ein toller Blick von der Terrasse. Was die Wegbeschreibung angeht: Straßennamen angeben bzw. eine genauere Beschreibung, ein Vermerk an den Mülltonnen wird übersehen wenn man aus Veitape anreist.

Paradise - exceeded our wildest expectations!

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Villa Vahimanui and definitely hope to return! The views were so beautiful that it took our breath away …and the villa itself was a very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and relaxing place to stay! Pierre was extremely conscientious and organized in regard to communication…and provided us with very comprehensive information in advance …which helped us prepare for, and enjoy our stay. Pierre was also quick to provide answers to any of our questions! This was our first trip to French Polynesia and Bora Bora. My husband & I stayed at the villa with my parents (in their 70’s/early 80’s … and in good shape ). We had no problem managing the stairs, although, as others have mentioned, it’s a bit of a workout to bring your luggage up in the hot sun …lol…but believe me - it’s totally worth it! We spent our days exploring the island in our rental car, and enjoyed trips to Matira Beach, and snorkeling! We were happy to return back to the villa in the late afternoon to cook meals and enjoy the view from the deck. We had a fabulous time at Pierre’s Villa and are very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay! Thank you ❤️
