Les propriĂ©taires du Black Pearl Over Water Bungalow sont fiers de prĂ©senter le propre bungalow sur l'eau de Marlon Brando Ă  Bora Bora. Avec son deuxiĂšme bungalow, Marlon's Over Water Hideaway ... Une magnifique terrasse couverte, donnant sur le lagon et les Ăźles couvertes de palmiers, Ă  quelques centaines de mĂštres, est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e avec des meubles d'extĂ©rieur de qualitĂ© et un barbecue Ă  gaz. Ici, vous pourrez profiter de nombreuses heures merveilleuses, lire un bon livre, admirer la beautĂ© de la rĂ©gion ou tout simplement ne rien faire. Nous avons rénové le bungalow pour répondre aux besoins de nos voyageurs sophistiqués et c'est magnifique. Marlon Brando possédait deux bungalows, un pour lui et un pour ses amis. Nous avons acheté les deux. Le bungalow Bora Bora de Brando et le refuge sur l'eau de Marlon sont l'endroit idéal pour la plongée en apnée, la randonnée pédestre et la natation. Le paradis vous entoure.
Si vous avez besoin d'aide pour la location de voitures, les vols internationaux ou nationaux, nous pouvons également vous aider. Nous avons de nombreux rapatriés et nous sommes convaincus que ce seront vos vacances de toute une vie! Jump on In - A Piece of Paradise

We had a fantastic stay at this overwater bungalow. It had everything we wanted, especially wonderful views from the balcony and ability to jump in and out of the gorgeous waters whenever we wanted. Not being in a resort allowed us to really experience the island life in Bora Bora. The manager, Nir, was extremely helpful with everything from renting us a car to reserving lagoon tours and restaurants. Highly recommended if you want a down to earth experience in paradise.

An amazing place!

What a spectacular bungalow. The hosts Nir and Tiare were so great and very accommodating, even picking us up from the port and allowing us to rent their vehicle (which is a must). The location was perfect and the bungalow exceeded our expectations. Getting used to the business hours in town and restaurants were a little tricky but overall everlasting memories were made and would not hesitate to return to Bora Bora and stay here again.

Beautiful overwater home

The property is well equipped, clean and beautiful location. The property manager, Nir and his wife, were very helpful, responsive and made the trip outstanding with great suggestions. The cell phone and car were extemely convenient and let us enjoy this beautiful place even more.. hope to be back soon

Bora Bora Bliss

The bungalows are clean, comfortable and well-appointed with a big shower, nice beds, kitchen appliances and a washer. The wood floors are beautiful. The magic is in the location. Here, one is away from all the tourist mayhem. The lagoon is at your doorstep, full of wonder and life. The water is warm and so clear. This place is the ultimate luxury stay for someone who wants to recharge and reconnect under the stars with life and their loved one(s). We keep returning to find our souls again.

Bora Bora Bungalow

The location is stunning with post card views all around. We were a party of 4 and it would perfectly for us and the air conditioning was good to come back to each day! We actually only expected it in the bedrooms but it was in the entire unit. The location is only a 10 - 15 min drive to the harbor and you can circle the island in an hour 

 if you don't stop to take pictures every 10 feet. The unit does need a bit of TLC - some light blankets in the second bedroom, a few more pillows. In the kitchen dishes and glassware need replacement. IMPORTANT: With the wonderful private nature of this unit there is really no security. We made the mistake of being lax and not locking the sliding doors that face the lagoon at night. During the night while sleeping a thief came in from the lagoon and took a bag from the main room that had a passport and cash. Police advised that this happens. This unit does have a camera facing the back dock - however it's a "dummy" and does not work. The good news is the bag was thrown in the lagoon (minus cash) and it floated to shore with a soggy passport floating next to it

. Oh well, live and learn we will be much more careful in the future.

Great location, beautiful water, very comfortable bed, excellent water pressure/shower, clean. Liked the Polynesian design of the bungalow. DVD discs and player should be compatible. None of the movie DVDs worked in the player. And the 2nd Mutiny on the Bounty disc did not play. Just our Suggestions (would be nice to have): Two additional designated inside bins for rubbish and glass. A lighter weight lounger or two for the swimming deck. Shower mat instead of furry rug. A wall clock inside. In a notebook, instructions for air conditioning use, washing machine, and DVD player. The lid on our coffee pot was broken and didn't let water pass into the carafe. Nir explained to us the probably reason we didn't have a full complement of silverware and glass ware. House cleaning should check on this before new occupants arrive. We couldn't find the light switch in the utility closet where the washing machine is. Spongy places in the floor may require replacement. If so, a glass observation panel in the floor would be great. We had a wonderful time. Bora Bora is probably the most beautiful tropical location my husband and I have visited.

Better than we could have hoped for

Wow! What a true gem. The bungalow is on a quiet part of the island that has little traffic and spectacular sunsets. My wife and I enjoyed listening to the sounds of Bora Bora as we went to sleep at night. The lapping water was soothing and each morning at sunrise, we would see rowers silently gliding past our bungalow and the most beautiful fish coming to greet the day. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook. However, we found ourselves enjoying the local restaurants more than we had planned and only cooked a couple meals during our 8 days. Everything is so convenient and just a short drive away. Richard reached out to us immediately after booking and provided contact information for his manager, Nir. Nir was amazing from our first email contact and throughout the trip. He met us at the airport with a car for rent during our stay and was available for any questions during our stay. We bought a day pass and enjoyed the beach and a meal at one of the resorts on the motu. This definitely affirmed that we made the right decision to stay in the VRBO. The resort bungalows there were so close to each other, with little privacy. They were set so high above the water making access and views nowhere near as amazing as what we experienced in our bungalow. Staying on the main island allowed us easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. Whenever any of the locals found out we were staying in the Brando bungalow, they had positive things to say about the location and the history. It was great to know that we were staying somewhere that people were proud to have as part of their community! I highly recommend staying in this bungalow and soaking up the privacy, the connection to the community, and the views that can't be found in the resorts!

We expected more at this price range

We rented Bungalow 1 for 4 nights, but ended up checking out 1 day earlier, and went to Four Seasons hotel instead. Here are some pros and cons of staying here Pros: - Nir (the property manager) is awesome. He is knowledgeable about the island, he helped us book a couple of tours, both turn out great. Nir also has a Jungle like rental place, you should definitely check it out. - On the water. Besides hotels, there are only 5 over the water private Bungalow on the main island. Property has a float and kayak, and the water is not deep, so you can easily enjoy water activities. - A/C. Even though it is not super hot there, we find it is still very convenient to have A/C. Cons: - Amenity is very primitive. We came with the dream to cook some home meals, but it is not practical, because of lack of basic cooking necessities. For example, no cooking oil provided. We do not feel like stocking up the whole kitchen (e.g., buy a whole jar of cooking oil) just for a few days. We ended up just boiling some eggs. Also, no dishwasher, and like a previous review said, the cutting knife is not sharp at all, so it is not usable. - Other basic necessities are lacking too. For example, no US power adapter is provided. In bath room, the power outlet does not work because of "safety" reasons, so you have to plug in hair dryer outside and dry your hair without mirror. - Location is not ideal. All restaurants and hotels are all on the south side of the island. There is not much to do nearby. - We had a lizard co-inhabiting in the house.

We had a fantastic stay at the bungalows! Our group of seven rented both two-bedroom units and found them to be spacious and comfortable. The location offers a relaxed, local vibe while still being conveniently close to town. A rental car is definitely recommended—and can be arranged if needed.We spent a lot of time enjoying the patio and swim area, where we saw an abundance of sea life. The double kayaks were a great bonus and added to the experience.Nir and his wife were incredibly helpful and always quick to respond, and the owner, Richard, was also very easy to communicate with.For anyone interested in diving, we highly recommend booking a dive with Hiro, located just down the road. Overall, a wonderful stay and we'd gladly return!

We were pleased with the unit, just didn't realize it was so close to the main road but since Bora Bora only has one main road I guess it was inevitable! The bungalows were nice but a bit old. The deck was spacious and covered but if you wanted to lay in the sun at all it had to be on the small deck with the ladder leading to the water. It was only about 15 minutes from down town so that was nice. Over all our stay was restful and very nice. Our host arranged a snorkle / lunch tour and they picked us up right at our dock.

Exotic, Breathtaking, Great Value!

Our expectations for this bungalow were very high and were fulfilled in every way. The property managers were so helpful in providing a car rental and transfer from the ferry terminal. The view was sensational across the lagoon to the sunset and passing outriggers. We couldn't have made a better choice!

A Bora Bora gem of peace and tranquility!

From the moment we booked we have been delighted with the care owners and the managers have offered us. We were so looked after. The bungalow had all we needed and more. The rooms and beds were comfy and easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. The deck is so spacious it’s like having a whole extra room. We had a great girls trip to celebrate a milestone birthday and this was a spectacular place to do it. Nir and Tiare really got the extra mile to communicate and organize almost any activity or meet any need with genuine friendliness. This was one of the most delightful places I have stayed and much of it was due to their hospitality. I will surely recommend to friends and family.

The over water bungalow was clean and convenient. We could snorkel right outside and saw a lot of fish. Nir and Tiare were very helpful with suggestions and recommendations and even helped us book the activities. Renting the car from Nir was hassle free. Highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

A rare gem

Nir was absolutely wonderful to work with, helped coordinate shuttles to and from the airport, hooked us up with an inexpensive rental car and gave the best recommendations for activities and food while visiting. The bungalow was stunning and everything we dreamt about while staying here. Beautiful sunset right off our own private dock, great snorkeling steps away and access to all the fun of the island. Highly recommend if you don't have celebrity money to spend at a resort. Maaruuru!!

Dream vacation

Our stay in Brando’s overwater bungalow number one was amaizing. We stayed there for three weeks and it felt realy like home for us. That was actually purpose of choosing this bungalow over hotels and resorts. The bungalow has everything you need for longer or shorter stay. Particularly the wash mashine was very useful, and full kitschen equipment as well. Staying in bungalow you need a car, than you can enjoy visiting Vaitape, Matira beach and lot of restaurants. I recomend Beach club for amaizing sunsets, El Gecko and St. James. For Car Rental and for everything you need ask Nir. It was pleasure to meet him and his beautiful family and to visit his spectacular home. Dear Nir, thank you for everything. Also booking process and payment was very simple. We got all of the information from Richard, so we had no problems at all, everything was done as agreed. We wish we can visit Bora Bora every year, but its to far from Switzerland, nevertheless we hope to come back as soon as possible. Mauruuru

Amazing Vacation

The property was everything we were hoping for, and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the location at the north of the island, as we felt more of a local vibe. We definitely needed the car to get around, and Nir and Tiare made the client car easy and reasonably priced. Bora Bora is the most beautiful place I have ever been, and I plan to return someday in the future.

Absolutely beautiful

We loved our stay here. The managers were very helpful, communicative, and friendly. Check in was easy and the view was incredible. Bora Bora was our favorite island and none of our stays compared to this one. Our only complaint was the lack of snorkeling off the dock, and not many fish to look at (not the fault of the owners,) and we were not able to use the kayak as far as we would have liked because one of the oars was broken. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
