The Space:
The house spans 3 levels. The main level features 1 bedroom, a pool, kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The second level has 2 bedrooms, a game room, and a terrace leading to another bedroom, firepit, and gym. The third level includes 2 more bedrooms. Note: these last 3 bedrooms are detached from the main building and accessible via the terrace.

Amenities include pool towels, toiletries, cooking condiments, coffee for your first morning, free goodies, and more.

We offer free concierge service. Additional services available at cost: chef, transportation, grocery shopping, activities, etc.

Pedregal boasts a stunning beach for photos (not swimmable), but Medano Beach is just 5 minutes away by car, offering great restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, and a swimmable ocean. Though close to downtown, we recommend renting a car, taxi, or Uber as the house is on a hill and walking back can be challenging.

Upstairs pool is heated in winter, and there is a small hot tub available year-round. Downstairs pool its not heated.

Guest Access:
The first level is wheelchair accessible.

Three bedrooms are detached from the main building and accessible through a small garden with a staircase. They are very private and safe.

Nestled in the prestigious Pedregal community, Villa del Norte offers an exclusive retreat in Cabo San Lucas. This upscale neighborhood is renowned for its luxurious residences, breathtaking ocean views, and top-notch amenities.

Pedregal is just a 5-minute drive from the vibrant downtown area, where you can explore charming boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and lively nightlife. The community itself is designed for tranquility and security, featuring cobblestone streets, lush landscaping, and stunning architecture.

Villa del norte it´s located 180 ft away from the Mountain Club at Pedregal which features a Spa, profesional gym and and Fénix restaurant by Chef Cesar Pita. Access to the Restaurant is public, but if you want to use the Gym or Spa, please contact us before your arrival.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Pedregal provides easy access to tennis courts and a café where you can enjoy a healthy breakfast amidst serene surroundings. The neighborhood also boasts an incredible beach, perfect for capturing picturesque photos. While this beach is not suitable for swimming, the popular Medano Beach is only a short drive away, offering pristine waters, beach clubs, and a variety of water activities.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car, but taxis and Uber are also available.

We can arrange transportation to and from the airport.

Other Things to Note:
Downtown Cabo is just 2 minutes away, but we recommend renting a car due to our hillside location, which can make walking to the house challenging.
