Helena offre des vues spectaculaires sur le Pacifique depuis tous les espaces de vie, terrasses, chambres ou leurs belles terrasses de la villa.
Les chambres spacieuses de ce refuge de 5 chambres et 5 salles de bains ont une touche de designer attrayante, intégrée dans la cuisine, avec des appareils modernes et des comptoirs en granit. Détendez-vous dans la splendide piscine à débordement et le bain à remous, ou sous l'ombre rafraîchissante de la palapa avec une vue imprenable sur la plage dorée de Pedregal et le Pacifique bleu profond.

Le patio au bord de la piscine est le cadre idéal pour un repas agréable, peut-être avec quelque chose de délicieux préparé sur le barbecue à gaz. Villa Helena est l'un de ces endroits idéaux où les clients ont l'impression que Los Cabos est leur propre retraite privée. Helena n'est qu'à quelques pas de la spectaculaire plage de Pedregal et à moins de cinq minutes en voiture (ou 15 minutes à pied) de l'activité animée de Cabo. Si vous aimez les fruits de mer, offrez-vous du ceviche frais et pétillant et des boissons fraîches sur le pont ou dans les restaurants à proximité de la plage et du port.

Villa Helena est nichée dans l'enclave privée gardée et fermée de Pedregal, elle a tout le soleil, le sable et la mer de Cabo dans un paradis décontracté parfait pour les couples, les familles ou les amis.

Étant le premier quartier du centre-ville, Pedregal et Villa Helena n'embrassent pas la musique forte ou une atmosphère de fête jusque tard dans la nuit. Des réglementations strictes en matière de bruit (après 22 heures) sont appliquées dans la communauté afin que vous et les propriétés environnantes ne soyez pas dérangés par les autres. Ce qui convient aux familles et à ceux qui souhaitent se détendre.

Les célébrations comme les groupes de bachelor / bachelorette ou les fêtes de relâche devraient regarder dans le couloir du centre-ville car Pedregal n'est pas adapté pour la musique forte et les soirées tardives, et la sécurité appliquera strictement cela dans toutes les maisons du quartier. Nous aimons simplement être franc et le communiquer sur notre liste!

Amazing property, great view and all the amenities

We had an incredible stay at Villa Helena! The house was absolutely perfect for our group—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The modern architecture and décor created a luxurious yet comfortable vibe, and the views were truly unbelievable—sunsets over the ocean that we’ll never forget. Communication with the host was exceptional from start to finish—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable time in Cabo!

Better than promised

I agree with other reviews that the home is even more beautiful than described! The view of the ocean is fantastic! We were able to sit out on the patio and watch wales every morning we were there. The two sets of binoculars in the house came in very handy. The house has absolutely everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen we’ve ever had and we rent VRBOs very often!Everything is in tip top shape. The Pedregal neighborhood is very secure but Just make sure to email your list of vendors ahead of time to make them checking in. We will absolutely stay here again and again!!

Excellent property and stay

Sondra and the team make it a great stay for guests. Lots of helpful info. The property is amazing with delightful ocean views and tucked away places to have special moments. Quick walk to private beach front. A couple of helpful things to know:- Find a landmark home to remember ho to navigate Pedregal - Call your own Uber. Taxis organized by the neighborhood security are super inflated - One of the 6 bedrooms is completely detached/ just off the garage

Beautiful Getaway

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home and neighborhood. The only minor critique I have on the property is that of the 6 bedrooms, the casita's location is not ideal on the property and the amenities for that room (view/ambiance, etc) don't match the rest of the accommodations. I think that should have been made more clear in the listing.

We loved our stay at Villa Helena! The view is immaculate and it’s a short walk to the beach. There is 1 room that is away from the rest in the garage, so do be mindful of that when planning your stay.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY

By looking at the photos we all expected that this would be a beautiful place but it was WAY beyond our exceptions. It was GORGEOUS and so well stocked. The maid was sweet and while she was working she was never in our way. The community was AMAZING. Stone streets, tropical flowers and vegetation. The views and the sunsets were breathtaking. Will will DEFINITELY rent this property again. It is close to the beach, marina, shopping and restaurants too.

This house is even better than the pics. We loved the location and the pool. We walked daily to the city and usually Ubered back because it is a big hill. The only complaint is that it’s advertised as 6 bedrooms but one bedroom is outside the home on street level by the garage. Not ideal with families and kids but we made it work and loved the house. Diana, the housekeeper was a huge added bonus. Great vacation!

Cabo Wedding celebration

My new bride and I arrived a few days early to relax after getting married in the states. our mixed family of 5 each brought a friend and when they arrived at the house their jaws dropped at its beauty. Everything is perfect ! House keeper was amazing touch that added to the special 10 days. The house was a sanctuary to the craziness Cabo offers. The house and the pool and all of the amenities were 10 out of 10. We had groceries delivered per the owners suggestions along with the chartered yacht service and private chef ( all suggestions from the owner) amazing ! Don't hesitate to rent - Just do it and enjoy all they suggest.

This house was flawless and the perfect size for our group of 8. The house is equipped with everything you need. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. The view is stunning and we even saw whales breaching while having our morning coffee. Can't wait to come back!

Enchanting and impressive!

This was our first visit to Mexico and it was such a pleasant surprise. The villa was excellent, high up on the hill with a great view. The housekeeper was fabulous and looked after everything so we didn't have to worry. The property was spotlessly clean, spacious and very modern, spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

Spectacular Pedregal!

Villa Helena is a beautiful villa with one of the best views in Cabo! The property has everything you would ever need, even better than home. Whale watching from the hot tub & pool!! If you like to walk the beach is about 10 mins away, no swimming but amazing waves crashing in. San Lucas in a 20 min walk with some challenging hills, but Uber is there if you need it. The Hosts area responsive to any questions and we took their recommendation to have a grocery delivery to have a stock ready for when we arrived. We also had a chef cook for us most nights, with 11 people it was much more practical than restaurants and why leave this gorgeous villa and location!!

Birthday Getaway

A beautiful and safe oasis for 7 of us celebrating our girlfriends 40th birthday. It offered the serenity of our own pool & hot tub, while the walk to the beach was a terrific morning workout. With our own private chef in the group, the kitchen provided all he needed to make meals. The housekeeper kept everything very tidy & the property managers were very prompt to respond to any questions! 10/10 can't wait to book again!

Susan was wonderful to work with, house is in a beautiful safe gated neighborhood, housekeeper was wonderful each day, all of the recommendations in the book (food/activities) were great and very helpful, watched whales from the house each day, amazing view, would definitely go back!

Cabo Fun at Villa Helena

What a great stay at Villa Helena! We enjoyed the cooler 78 degree days and 65 nights. The house is spectacular and lives up to the pics and reviews. Both the pool and jacuzzi are heated and easy to operate. The housekeeper is there every day making beds keeping everything clean and is very nice. We even watched the whales from our pool jumping and smacking their tails in the ocean. You won’t be disappointed in this VRBO!

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice. Beautiful house and beautiful view. Had an amazing friend trip. Hired the recommended chefs and massage therapists. All very nice and amazing food and massages. We can’t wait to come back again. Great place.

The best house ever... absolutely AMAZING!!!!

If I could give this 10 stars I would!! Do Not hesitate to book this property.... we did not want to leave!! It's beautiful, has everything you could ever need and more. Beds are comfortable, showers are great, the view.... it was surreal. Absolute perfection and could not have been better! Daily house cleaner was HUGE.... it's in a gated community so very safe, there is pickleball courts and easy walk to beach. We had 7 adults but could easily fit 10-12. I rarely stay at the same place twice but I literally cannot wait to stay here again.

House and location were both spectacular. The house is extremely well done with every detail of high-quality. It’s obvious the owners take pride of ownership. Every need we had, was covered in a welcome guidebook provided both online and printed all those made for a wonderful family vacation. We would strongly recommend this property.

Villa Helena is an exquisite home in a extremely safe gated neighborhood located in a great area! The home is even more beautiful in person. The house keeper was so kind and helpful. Wonderful Family Oasis

This home lived up to all of the pictures and the description. The daily housekeeping made the home feel like a true resort. The bedrooms are comfortable, well appointed, and spacious. The living area and pool/outdoor area make it so you don’t need to leave. Wonderful property and great responsiveness from owner and property manager for all of our needs.

Living in the DFW Area, our family enjoys beach vacations, fishing, scuba diving and snowboarding. We bought Villa Helena after visiting in January 2014. In 2021, we closed the house to undergo a major renovation - from installing a new kitchen, to new floors, raising the ceiling height, to expanding the upper patio, adding a bedroom & bathroom to led lighting and the most massive front door you will likely ever experience! No surface went uptouched ! And we are pleased to open it to guests in October 2021!

Entering the guarded & gated community of Pedregal, we felt both safe and comfortable. Surrounded by million dollar homes and views, Villa Helena overlooked the Pacific Ocean from almost every room & deck and we knew this was THE house.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The views from the patio, bedrooms and decks are unsurpassed. Sitting in the pool - it is an unspoiled view of the ocean with whales and fishing boats. It is wonderful to sleep with the bedroom doors open and hear the sound of crashing waves, while enjoying the nice breeze during the spring, fall and winter.

Cabo is known for marlin & deep sea fishing and many, many golf courses. The foodie scene is amazing and the abundance of private chefs in the area available to come to the house to create an in home experience is wonderful!
