Stay here for the view!

The best thing about this place is very clearly the view, which matches/surpasses the images in the pictures. But it's also a very comfortable place to stay (good beds, comfy chairs/sofas). Yes, some things are a little worn - surely by former guests! But everything functioned well. As others have noted, you do hear city noise especially ambulances. The master bedroom has an exit door into the hallway and you can hear noise there as well, but it's infrequent as there aren't too many units per floor.Good location, friendly door-persons, so nice to have the grocery store downstairs. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Penthouse Apartment

We stayed 5 days beginning Christmas Day and it was one of the most memorable vacations we’ve taken as a family. Our hosts were perfect in that they were always quick to respond (1-2 minutes), but everything was so well planned that we never really needed anything. The patio balcony is HUGE and you can see everything from 55 stories. Great views of the lake. Easy access to all of downtown via Uber or a short walk. We can’t say enough about this apartment, and we’d love to stay there again.

Beautiful view

Great penthouse with wonderful views of great Chicago architecture and the lake. I would stay again. Only minor issue was sleeping was more difficult than back home in small town Ohio. There were a lot of sirens etc. One bedroom also had a window open to the living room with all of its ambient light. Of course this issue is somewhat expected but I have not noticed noise as much staying at Chicago hotels. Still give it 5 stars

Thanksgiving family holiday

Five of us stayed in the penthouse for a long Thanksgiving weekend. The property has beautiful views, is in good condition, and was well stocked (kitchen well stocked, bathrooms well stocked; nice sheets and towels, etc). The owners communicated well pre and post stay, the doorman quickly gave us the keys at check-in. The property is centrally located with lots working walking distance. The gym on the 9th floor is big and modern.

Amazing location and apartment

We had an amazing long weekend in Chicago! This place is amazing and we could not get over the views! The home was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We would stay here again! Close to everything and lots within walking distance.

Great Place!

Our family could not be happier with our stay at the Penthouse. Great location, Jewel next store is super convenient, and the unit/view is awesome. The owners are super attentive and helpful in making sure guests know their way getting in and around the building. I will be seeking out their smaller units in the future as well!

Fantastic place to stay

The view is spectacular. There are plenty of other great features about this condo - unbeatable location, great doormen and women, clean, well appointed common spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a wonderful gas fireplace. We had a terrific time and only wish we could have stayed longer (maybe forever!)

Location, Location, Location!

This was a great stay in the middle of downtown Chicago, right by the Redline, which took us all over the city. It was a perfect home base for our week in Chicago! We would have loved some outdoor furniture to sit on the balcony looking over the city, but other than that, it was perfect!

Fabulous Stay in Chicago

The property is in a great location, SUPER clean, and comfortable furnishings. The view is unbeatable with views of the sunrise over the lake and gorgeous city views as well. We found ourselves going out on the balcony multiple times a day to check out the views-although with floor to ceiling windows you can also stay inside and enjoy the. The building has a great amenities and super nice doormen/staff. We really enjoyed the pool since it was 100 degrees! We were able to walk to may locations and buses and trains were very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo with wrap around balcony. Entire process was smooth with great communication. Jewel grocery store downstairs super convenient. No need for a rental car. Would book this condo again.

Amazing view and accommodations

We had absolutely an amazing time staying at the condo. The view was incredible!. We were in walking distance to great spots. Staff at the apartment were accommodating and the owners were very kind and helpful with check in and out info. Place was spotless when we arrived and beds were comfortable. Condo was stocked and there was a store right down stairs. We will definitely be coming back and staying here for our next trip to Chicago.

As good as advertised

Chose this property because the reviews were outstanding and we were not disappointed. Can’t beat the location and views. We had a small issue with the shower so we texted the owner. He responded within 2 minutes and someone was up there to fix it within 5 minutes. We couldn’t believe how responsive everyone was. It is nice having that kind of peace of mind when on a trip.

The usual treatment

Great stay. The owners are very communicative. We checked in easily with the door staff. We arrived early and the door staff was helpful and allowed us to store our bags and explore the area. The inside matches the pictures. The outside has to been seen day or night to appreciate the pictures. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. (A grocery store is ten steps away from downstairs entry.) the bathrooms were clean. The washer and drier are very useful. It is a two story unit. But a blessing is that you can avoid dragging bags upstairs possibly damaging you or a wall by taking the elevator one floor up and entering through the upstairs master bedroom. The location for convention center shuttles is very convenient as it is 200’ from the from door. The proximity to entertainment, dining and shopping is excellent. Very safe. We have stayed here for a number of years and look forward to being back next year. Thank you Jeri-Lou and James.

Amazing Views!

My husband, teenager and I stayed here for a long weekend trip. The views and location were excellent! We were pleased with how clean it was as well. Would highly recommend!
