Paradise Island

We had an incredible stay. This property had a great layout, ample space for gathering, sunset views, and a lovely pool. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful — we thought we had the area to ourselves. The rental company was communicative throughout our stay. As an added bonus, the house had bikes for casual strolls around the island, games and an Xbox for the gamer in the family, and beach equipment for easy trips to the beach. Thank you for opening up your home! We will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I personally loved the quietness of the island. The friendliest people at the management offices while getting checked in was very nice. The noise ordinance was our biggest complaint. We were on vacation with family other then our immediate family so was not sure of the level of noise and needed to remain super quiet the whole stay even while in pool. But the house was immaculate. When something was wrong we contacted the management company and was immediately fixed. Loved everything about this house. The added supplies including the bikes that we used to ride to beach was awesome. The island itself is a bit boring. If you don’t go to the beach early or Uber there you won’t get a parking spot in the little parking lots provided. Everything on this island closes really early. I would definitely stay in this property again but my family wants more activities so I’m not sure if we will make it back. If you do stay at this house I recommend taking the Cape Romano tour it’s really nice. If you love quiet laid back places this is it.

Great Winter Holiday Destination

It's a nice walk or bike ride over to Mackle Park where you can play basketball, foosball, ping pong, bocce, etc. We visited Tigertail and South Marco Beach (you need to drive)and were grateful for the beach chairs/wake boards provided. Both beaches were beautiful with lots of shells for collecting. The rental company was great and very responsive. Would rent this house again.

Great Location, Lots of Amenities

The house is wonderful and in a great location. The pool is awesome. Upon departure, we mentioned to the property manager that the bathrooms (specifically master bath) had a sewage smell that came and went. It was associated with drain flies. It wasn’t constant so we didn’t mention it earlier in the stay but I would assume that some work needs done on their drains. That really is our only complaint - with that issue being resolved, I would definitely recommend this house.
