Quaint rental worked well for 4 adults. Clean. Beds were nice. Nice to have small grocery nearby. Easy to access Dubrovnik with Uber (better and cheaper than trying to park in town).
A bit further from the old city than we anticipated (20-25 minute walk) but otherwise a great place to stay. Quiet residential neighborhood, with a small grocery store across the street, which was handy.
This property is represented accurately. It is very much in the city, with noise, traffic and people. it is within walking distance too many attractions. The hostess, Jelena, is very good about keeping in touch and checking to see that all is OK. She met us when we picked up the key and she also dropped by one time. There are nice touches, such as coffee, brochures, a notebook explaining how things work.
The unit was clean and well prepared for us on our arrival.
Place was nice, quick 15min walk to old town so we didn't have to worry about parking near old town.
Stayed for 2 nights and both nights we struggled to get hot water so that was unfortunate.. especially after the boat tour I really could used some hot shower. Each of us waited a couple hours before showering after another.
Host was great and responded quickly for our messages.
Parking was not great. She told us there's a private lot for us to park but when we got there, she told us to park in front of the garage which was not a great place to park -let's just say it wasn't a parking spot. And when I went to drop off my friends to old town one morning someone else was parked there so I had to find another parking spot. Other than these issues, the place was nice and convenient.
Just right for us. Two couples visiting from Canada. Hosts friendly and helpful. Quiet apartment, comfortable, clean and bright. Nice outside terrace. Within walking distance of Old Town, bakeries, restaurants and markets for fresh fruits, cheese and of course wine and beer. Thank you.
