Si vous cherchez à passer des vacances dans l'OCMD et que vous voulez une vue fantastique sur la baie, une promenade facile jusqu'à la plage, à quelques pas de Jolly Roger et de plusieurs excellents restaurants, ET pour amener votre animal de compagnie, alors c'est le condo pour VOUS!

Notre condo peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement, avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un bar, une cuisine, un coin repas, un salon, la climatisation, des téléviseurs dans chaque chambre, une laveuse / sécheuse, une terrasse spacieuse avec une vue magnifique, dégagée et expansive sur la baie, et un slip de bateau. Nous sommes situés entre les 26e et 28e rues.

Nous acceptons les animaux et recherchons des locations à la semaine pour l'été 2019.

Oceans Calling… you here

This place is like no other that I’ve stayed in ocean city. Cleaner than any other place I’ve stayed, the view… I have no words. Nancy reached out to me, and responded immediately any time I’ve reached out to her. I 100% plan on staying here again. Looking forward to it!

Simply Perfect!

I can't say enough about how nice the property and location are. It is so very peaceful, and yet an easy walk to the action of Ocean City (e.g., boardwalk, restaurants). Nancy was easy to reach, and responded quickly to questions. The condo was very comfortable and spacious for us and our dogs. The view was phenomenal - morning, sunset, and late night. The deck furniture was, to us, a welcome surprise as it wasn't as pictured, but was taller, affording a better look at that million dollar view!

The perfect place for us!

The unit was just as described, and the location was great. Close enough to walk to the beach and being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the happenings on the bay was so relaxing! The three bedrooms gave us plenty of room and being able to take our dogs was a great bonus. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great experience using Vrbo

First time using Vrbo. Great experience. Home owners were great to work with. They made the experience a good one. Home was in a great area and views of the bay were relaxing and beautiful. Was nice that they allowed our 4 legged family member to join us.

Nice, quiet and pet friendly

Good location. Usually parking is a concern in Ocean City. This unit allows for two vehicles per unit and there is additional off street parking. Friendly and quiet neighbors in the other units in the building. Steps are a little wonky in certain parts to get to the unit. Great and spacious layout in the unit. Excellent view of the bay and busy channel. Great weather week for us so couldn’t ask for much more. Thanks for allowing furry family because that was the main reason for us selecting this unit.

What a gem of a place!

My husband and I stayed here with our family and corgis for a week. The place was very clean, check in process was easy (in fact, I was messaged that the place was clean and ready early), the owner was delightful. The bay is shallow at the end and there are sandbars that can be accessed by kayak. We were able to clam, crab, and see lots of other interesting creatures. I brought my favorite lounge chair and spent lots of time in the sun on the dock. Fishing from the dock was a bit hard as there are lots of boats that go by to the marina, however, there was successful night fishing! It was so nice here that we spent very little time at the beach as the bay was so enjoyable. We cannot wait to return!

The property is located walking distance to everything my family was interested in doing/visiting ( boardwalk, Jolly Rodger, mini golf floating tiki bars and so much more) Clean and spacious with spectacular waterfront view of the bay. Great communication from the host.

Best view!!

Can’t beat the beautiful bay views. Perfect weather and a wonderful time. We even saw a whale while laying on the beach this time. The owner texted us early on check in day and we got into the unit right away. It was so nice not to have to wait to get in.

Our new favorite vacay spot!

This property is everything as described / pictured and then some! Clean and fresh. Amazing bay view that goes perfect with your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Hot showers and cold AC! Neighborhood is packed with vacay properties yet still pleasant, clean and quiet. We appreciated so much bring able to bring our dogs with us and enjoyed the block walks with them. Awesome doing frequent laundry as needed in the newer stacking machines that are there.( bring your own detergent and dryer sheets) Be sure to add paper towels and toilet paper to your list as you will only have a starter rolls for the potty. Nancy was an excellent host and quick to respond to me with any questions or concerns even later in the evening. Tvs in each room with expanded accessibility to streaming apps was a plus. Awesome Bluetooth speaker for music provided. Ice maker in freezer was a great little bonus. For beach runs... my husband would drop us all off at the boardwalk entrance with our gear and then drive back to the condo and walk up to beach. It worked for us. It is walkable and back though. Lol Saw lots of people out in the shallows in the bay in front of the condo floating around or digging for clams.. so consider bringing some inflatables or supplies to do that if that is your thing. There is a ladder into the water from the dock.

Terrific view

This was our first venture to VRBO so we do not have comparisons. The unit was clean; the owner was easy to contact and response time quick. The bay view is lovely and proximity to our favorite OC neighborhood was perfect (we typically stay at the Hilton Suites). That said the unit was missing (some) blinds in the bedroom we chose to sleep. There is not a garbage disposal; renters must bring their own sheets. Due to the pandemic we wanted to rent something (not hotel) and bring our dog. It fit the bill for us. We are officially VRBO seasoned travelers.

Amazing View and Atmosphere

I will definitely be renting from Nancy again. She is an amazing host and went above and beyond answering any questions that I had prior to arrival. The condo is beautiful, updated and spacious! Family trip

Everyone enjoyed our stay! Location is perfect - easy walk or short drive to attractions and the boardwalk and restaurants but quiet enough to enjoy the morning or afternoon on the patio watching the boats and sunsets on the bay. House was very clean and was as expected from description and pictures. Nancy was great to communicate with and kept me well informed of things that might have effected our stay, like roof work that was scheduled. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home away from home.
