This house was so beautiful and had amazing amenities! The host was very friendly and allowed us to check in early and check out late! The house was right on the river so it was very relaxing! Highly recommend this house for family getaways! Thank you!

The property was great for us. Large, comfortable, a superb "playroom" a/k/a video arcade for the youngins, great access to the creek. A bit disappointed that although it is truly very close to the entrance to Sequoia, whatever you want to do in the park is at least another 40 minutes away up winding roads, so not as convenient as we'd anticipated.

Wonderful stay! We spent Easter break here with our exrended family and it was wonderful! Beautiful property, beautiful views, beautiful house. The house is spacious, well set up for a group. Lots of games. Right on the river. We really enjoyed out stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this property. House was spotless, very roomy, and well equipped. Property was very peaceful and had multiple areas to enjoy outside, including the beautiful river access. Property manager messaged us after our arrival to make sure everything was okay.

Perfect house to explore Sequoia National Park

Beautiful view of the lake and mountains! The adults loved that it is located minutes from the sequoia national park entrance. There was a heat advisory, yet the house and game room remained cool. The kids (teens and tween) enjoyed cooling off in the river, right in the back yard! It was also fun to discover statues and other treasures around the yard. Very grateful for easy access to extra towels, pillows and blankets. We highly recommend this place.

Games Galore!

This house is thoughtfully layed out for family fun. When we arrived the outdoor temperature was 104, but when we stepped inside the home it was comfortably cooled. This made a very good first impression. We enjoyed the sitting area next to the rivers edge and the awesome game room. The outdoor kitchen was great for dinner and breakfast preparations. We had a large group of 20 people, and we were all comfortable. The hot tub felt so nice after a cold dip in the river. We would like to thank the owners for providing a great place for a family vacation!

Beautiful home by the river

This house was incredible! Huge and spacious. The house was so clean and it was actually nicer than the description and pictures online! The kitchen is a full size kitchen and we made tons of meals. One of the best parts was the view of the river and being RIGHT on the river. The sound of it all day long was so relaxing. The owners were very nice and courteous. We had two families--four adults and 5 kids, and there was still plenty of extra room. I highly recommend this property. It rained most of the time, but we still had the best time. And the jacuzzi is right on the river too!

- Communication with this host was horrendous. It constantly took several attempts to reach him before he would return any form of contact. We were spending so much time trying to contact him through email, text and call with no response we finally stopped so we could try and do other things on our vacation besides trying to get ahold of him about things that were wrong or stuff he said he would bring or fix the day after we arrived but never did. - There were no wash clothes in the house (host said he would bring some the next morning but didn't)- Ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom didn't work (was told by host that is was more for looks)- Half of the lights in the upstairs bathroom didn't work and some above the stairs didn't work (host said he would fix these the next day but never did)- Not enough towels to accommodate the number of guests (host said he would bring more but he never did) - Windows in the upstairs bathroom and shower were not covered and outside people and people in the game room could see inside both areas- Mice in the house. We saw them daily during the day and night. We had to throw away quite a bit of food that they got into. - 5th bedroom/sunroom is small and doesn't have window coverings. The ceiling fan didn't work and the split unit was locked so we couldn't turn it on. - Hot water tank isn't big enough to accommodate the amount of people advertised. We had 11

Big water issue

The power failed at about 3 am on the first night. In the morning there was no water. We lost half a day on Friday with the inconvenience with no water for 12 people.On Saturday morning, the water was on for a few hours then shut down again and we had no water and was not able to use the bathrooms for 4-5 hours. The tec came out again to fix it and right after he left, the water went back off. We spoke to the host as we were ask to ajust the valve on the water pump, the water came on and after a couple of hours went back off. we ask the host why it kept happening and that this needs to be fixed. The host said someone would call and did not receive a call, but a different repairman came out. This repairman brought the sherriff with him. we can not understand why they were needed. we never experience this before. We were humiliated and would like an explaination as this was very uncomforatable to our guest and kids.The right thing is to refund at least a days charge as this trip was a very big deal and I believe we did not get what we paid for.

Charming retreat at the gates to Sequoia National Park

We spent 4 nights at this awesome property for my husband's 40th. The whole process was straight forward and easy. Grant answered any and all questions we had and was really easy to communicate with. The property itself is stunning. The pictures are accurate. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen in any vacation rental so far. It made our stay really comfortable, considering we had a bunch of young kids with us. Playing in the river is where we spent most of our days! It was truly a relaxing and fun stay. I highly recommend it.

Great Property and Location

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to have everything you could expect. We appreciated the modern TV's and the outdoor grills were very much appreciated. We did not have time to use the spa or sauna but they were great additions for a vacation home. We highly recommend the property if you're visiting the National Parks

House on the river

We had hard time deciding where to spend more time - the Sequoia NP or the house. The river in the backyard and surroundings make it feel like you are living inside a national park!

Majestic Escape House

Owner was very responsive and made the check-in process very easy. The house was impressive and everything looks as shown in the pictures but had that grand ambiance. Especially enjoyed playing in the river right behind the house. efinitely a great choice for an escape from city life and enjoy the great scenery of Three Rivers and Sequoia.

A beautiful and healing experience!

What a beautiful experience. we had at this property. It far exceeded my expectations! Let me say that it was impeccably clean! The property was beautiful and inviting with well-designed steps of stone leading to the river below the house. This clear flowing water was so very easy to get to and we sat on the rocks with our feet in the water when we first arrived. Over the next few days, we took a dip often individually just to experience the personal peace and tranquility of this place. The house is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and the bed linens and blankets smell very fresh and clean. We felt so comfortable as if we were in our own home.s Grant the owner was just wonderful, connecting with him by phone. He was always easy to get ahold of. I even met his housekeeper who was also very sweet, we met her when we first arrived as they were putting on the finishing touches in cleaning. the home. I plan to stay here as many times as possible. in the near future, I highly recommend this place, absolutely no complaints about the entire experience. Thank you so much, Grant, for creating a more than pleasant stay! We will be back :)
