Unité de 1 chambre en front de mer DIRECT avec une vue magnifique. Juste mis à jour de haut en bas, de beaux comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, toutes les nouvelles armoires, des murs fraîchement repeints, un nouveau sol stratifié seacoast gris, et de nouveaux matelas, de nouveaux meubles, une nouvelle literie, un nouveau système de CVC et des appareils!

Décoré avec goût et un endroit aussi agréable à vivre pour des vacances! Écoutez les vagues de l'océan depuis votre balcon toute la journée. Sea Watch Resort est considéré comme l'un des meilleurs établissements de villégiature en bord de mer à Myrtle Beach. Beaucoup de gens reviennent ici chaque année comme lieu de vacances désigné. First family vacation!

Great location and the one bedroom was perfect size.

Balcony overlooking ocean was great. Room was perfect and although they were doing renovations on the building it wasn’t that noisy. Only setback was the laundry room. Minor setback but people waiting for machines weren’t so patient sometimes.

Perfect Vacation

Pattyanne was "The Best" awesome communication! Everything was laid out in the emails and texts that we sent to each other, we had no questions and no issues, she covered all bases. Great Get-away weekend

This adorable condo was perfect for our get away weekend. The unit was exceptionally clean, and the owner clearly shows pride in her condo, as it is nicely updated and decorated in a beach theme. It had everything that we needed to make breakfasts and snacks, and had easy access to the pools and beach. The check in process was so easy, as all information was provided ahead of time. We enjoyed beginning our day on the balcony with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Proximity to shopping and restaurants made going out in the evenings easy. We look forward to staying here again!

That was a good reminder to me that you mentioned about the check in process being so easy because you go straight up to the condo upon arriving and do not have to waste any time In line at the lobby. Yes you are right, we do take great pride in it… Not just because we remodeled it all ourselves and put our heart and soul into it but also because we really do want it special for everyone that stays. And YES! Sitting on the balcony gazing on our ocean view sipping on coffee or a glass of wine sure is pretty close to perfect. :) We welcome you back! Thank you!

It was a wonderful condo. Had everything we needed. Well kept. Comfortable beds.

Property was good. To cool to use out door pool so used indoor pool instead. Enjoyed the hot tub inside and outside. Cleaning done regularly. exercise class twice a week. Most of their craft activities were geared to the younger crowd. But lots to get involved in if you wish. I would definitely return.

Best condo at Sea Watch

The condo looks exactly like the photos and even better in person. Condo was immaculate when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed for the stay. Furniture, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable making for a relaxing atmosphere. There is even a pull out sofa that made for a comfortable nights rest. The whole process from check in to check out, could not have been smoother. Resort itself has so many amenities that you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. The view is from the balcony of the condo, is breathtaking!! We will definitely be staying here again and renting this same condo!!!

Our recent stay at this condo rental was an absolute delight from start to finish. Right from the initial booking process, the owner's communication was prompt, friendly and informative - giving us a great first impression. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free - the easiest I've ever experienced for a vacation rental property. As we entered the condo, we were immediately impressed by how clean and well-appointed it was. The listing descriptions were accurate down to the smallest detail. The condo itself was perfect for our needs - well-equipped with all the amenities and supplies you could want during a vacation stay. SeaWatch Ocean Amazing Views! LOVED IT! A+

This condo was exactly as advertised! Clean, cozy and inviting...beautifully decorated, just the right size for my husband and I. Even though it's technically "ocean view," it was basically ocean front- with a kitty-corner view, very close to the shore, which was so beautiful and relaxing! The resort is gorgeous. Unfortunately, we were there not long after Hurricane Ian, so a few of the pool areas were under repair. As other reviews stated, PattyAnne was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was clearly communicated, and loved the "no check-in" process pass code entry. Would definitely stay there again!!

Just what we needed!

This condo was just what my mom and I needed for our mother/daughter trip! This cozy condo was clean and beautifully decorated! Pattyanne was excellent to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again! You cannot beat the location and the view!

Wonderful for family of 4

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location can’t be beat - you’re just an elevator ride away from the pools and only a few more steps to the beach. The room was very clean and decorated so nicely! Patty Anne made the process so smooth so that when we arrived we knew where to park, how to get access to our room, and what the available amenities were so we could enjoy right away. We will definitely be back here soon!!

Beautiful resort

The condo was beautiful everything was updated the decor was very nice! The owner was wonderful to deal with she made everything easy! I would highly recommend this place!

Birthday getaway

This condo was perfect for our getaway. The ocean views, sunrises & sunsets were beautiful! The owner was responsive for all questions. Everything was perfect! We are already talking about coming again next year.

Girls Getaway

My bff n I booked this condo for March. Then Co-Vid hit. Pattyanne was so good to change our dates w/o hesitation. She was so easy to communicate with n answer any questions. The condo was beautiful n well equipped. It was super clean as was the facility. The views were exquisite. I'm sure we will be returning. Thank you Pattyanne for allowing us to share your condo.
