Baseball Getaway

We picked the property because of its proximity to both Dodgers and Angels stadiums. Not only is the location ideal, but the property itself was an oasis in the city. The property was so quiet and comfortable that we spent one entire day of our stay just resting and hanging out at the property. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Clean and Cozy

From beginning to end this was a great place to stay. Communication from the owner before we checked in was thorough and prompt and when we had questions she responded quickly (sometimes immediately) with help for whatever request we had once we were there. It was very clean and quiet and had plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. The outdoor space was beautiful and we enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing soak in the tub on our trip. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area.

Romantic get away

This place was amazing I’m a germ freak and stress every time I travel but when we walked in so clean cute and just perfect size for me and my husband that been working out of town there for 4 months hot tub was amazing day and night. Julia was very easy to get a hold of if needed. Just so happy we found this place and will be back one day!!

Nice Little Clean Stay

Our stay was very nice! The property has great landscaping and the jacuzzi was very inviting and clean. We used to own a jacuzzi and I know what work it takes to keep it going and sparkling clean so for me that was awesome because they did. Our room was clean and all the little special snacks and coffee and the drawers having napkins and plates and silverware was a definite benefit. I would recommend staying here for sure! You will love it much better than a hotel room

Amazing Space

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for what little time we spent there. The studio space is super cute and there was so much thought put into how it was decorated. The bed was super comfortable. We saw the owner one time and she had the sweetest little kitten. I would stay here again.

VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE OVERALL

In general, our stay was quite pleasant. The unit was neat and clean, and nicely decorated with plenty of snacks, drinks, books and games. We especially enjoyed the hot tub! A few things, though. One is that there is not a lot of sitting space inside the unit. There was only one chair in the unit, which made it difficult to do any eating or visiting without one or the other of us either sitting on the bed or on the floor. Also, there needs to be towel bars mounted in the bathroom so we can hang up our towels instead of leaving them on the floor. There also isn't a lot of counter space. We did like the fact that the bathroom had a double sink and especially liked the shampoo/soap/conditioner dispenser in the tub shower! The clock was off, and we had no idea how to reset it. The a/c was a bit tricky as well - and the bed was a little softer than what we are used to. However, the rest of the unit was stellar and clean - and the owners went out of their way to help us when we couldn't figure out the TV! We also liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood near many shops and eateries. Once again, in general, it was a very pleasant experience!

Julia was good with responding until the day of the stay. The reason we booked the rental was due to a 20hr layover in L.A. on our way home. I chose this flight intentionally with the long layover because I had never been to L.A. and my husband grew up in Seal Beach so we were really excited to get to see the area. We got a call about an emergency back home so we ended up staying at the airport to be on stand-by. I sent a message to Julia explaining all this and never received a response from her.

Wonderful getaway!

Arriving to the house, checking in, and getting into the room were all super easy. Communication with Julia was always fast and easy and she was very helpful! We felt safe in the neighborhood and loved the outdoor patio/garden/hot tub area! Definitely a highlight for this property. The room itself was clean and beautifully decorated with lots of helpful information in the property booklet from spots to get outside, eat food, or even just getting to know the hosts! After we checked out of the room (with a later checkout that we requested) we went to get brunch at a spot that was recommended in the booklet and it was amazing! 10/10 would stay here again happily!

Very cozy and nice studio

Highly recommend this very cozy and nice studio near downtown Long Beach and very good restaurants. Julia the host was great and sent us suggestions of restaurants and other helpful information about Long Beach. The studio was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely book again!

Perfect

We came to Long Beach for a 3 day music festival at Marina Park. We rented Bird Scooters to get to and from the park safely. This spot is amazing for 2. Clean, modern, good shower head and bathroom, comfy bed. Hosts had snacks stocked perfect for the am or late snack. Hot tub is the final touch! We relaxed In privacy after each day. Best bang for your buck! Hosts are personable and kind

solo getaway

I stayed at the LB Studio for a few nights as a solo getaway, and it was so peaceful. Having access to both a spacious bathtub and the outdoor jacuzzi was lovely, the bed was cozy, and the super soft robes were a thoughtful touch. The studio and its yard space provided all the privacy, quiet, and peace I could have asked for. I would definitely return to stay again.

Long Beach Retreat

A great experience for my partner and I. The studio and private yard were clean, well designed and an all around vibe! After a long day of travel this was a perfect place to relax. Clean, beautiful and private. We normally stay at b&b's but this has definitely just become our go-to in Long Beach. Only a 10min drive to the harbor, aquarium and a wide selection of restaurants. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time!

This space was perfect for what we needed and then some! Their accommodations were great, the yard is peaceful with an adorable garden, it was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this space as a stay for a couple. Everything is accessible, and the owners are very helpful with local suggestions.

Relaxing, clean, private getaway for 2

Julia was great to work with. She was very communicative and offered to help with anything we needed. The space is very well maintained, designed beautifully, and clean! We felt very relaxed while staying here. The space was full of books, games, beach supplies/items and misc drinks and snacks. The back patio was a nice retreat with the outdoor sofa and hot tub. The house itself is nestled in a well-kept residential neighborhood and we had no issues with street parking. My fiancé and I absolutely loved staying here and will highly recommend!! Perfect for a 2-person getaway to Long Beach!

Perfect couples getaway

You won’t be let down by this place. The pictures do not do this place justice, it’s actually better than expected. Very clean, very inviting, very cozy. The host was very detailed with communication, but not in an annoying way. My only worry was being able to hear them since the house is connected, but I never heard a thing! You won’t be let down by this place. I’ll be back when visiting my friends for sure!

A must-stay!

Upon walking in the door, I felt like I had been transformed to another place. There was music playing that reminded me of my many visits to Nashville. I began dancing by my third step into the room. The stress and problems were immediately wiped away. I came to relax and that’s exactly what I got. The large garden soaking tub + some bubbles was exactly what I needed. Another night was spent soaking in the hot tub with some champagne and light music. The space provides a feeling of home and I will definitely be back! Thank you for the escape!
