Fantastic condo!

Very pretty area and the place we stayed at was very nice and cozy. We absolutely loved the two separate balconies! Also has a bunch of places to eat near and shops.

Family vacation

The place was excellent for our family of 4. The main bedroom provided ample room for us & we could not get over the stunning views! The children loved having their own beds in the 2nd bedroom. We had a blast!

Okay first thing the facility was under renovation so we had no balcony or pool! I emailed the host and they said it was listed in the description of the condo that it was under renovation and nothing could be done. I went back and looked and it was there but NOT listed under the description you had to keep scrolling past description and things nearby to do, maps and reviews and

Balcony views!

We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of the condo during our stay! The kitchen was particularly well-stocked, providing everything we needed, including all necessary dishes and cooking supplies. The balconies were great & the views were so beautiful.

Beach was wonderful, conditions of the property were terrible we left after one night when we paid for two. The balcony was being renovated by cheech and Chong I guess, the doors had no locks but were taped shut with a board on the outside for reinforcing. It was an osha nightmare. Also the pool was boarded off and there was no hose or outside shower to wash yourselves or your stuff, but the absolute worst was that there were two coffee makers one from the early 1980’s and one from dollar general, neither of which worked and the dishes IN the cabinets were dirty. It is a beautiful location and a shame that the “contractors” and the owners are completely incompetent. If a beach shanty is your thing then book this one because honestly the beach is wonderful.

The balcony renovations and pool conditions referenced were part of building-level work and are not managed by the individual condo owner or iTrip Daytona. Applicable information regarding building projects and amenity availability is provided in the property listing for guests to review prior to booking. Regarding the dishes, this concern was brought to our attention only after your departure. Our check-in procedures specifically ask guests to contact us upon arrival if anything requires attention so we have the opportunity to assist promptly and properly address any cleaning concerns with the responsible team. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to help. We wish you all the best.

The condos were under construction. Jackhammering overhead and the pool and access to the beach was all closed due to construction. It rained and blew for a couple of days and water seeped in from the balconies and was all over the tile. Otherwise the place was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Absolutely amazing time!

We stayed here for our Welcome to Rockville 2025 trip! The check in and check out process was easy. The condo was clean and we had everything in the condo that was described and more! The beds were absolutely amazing!! We have stayed here before in past years and we will continue to come back!

Beach condo with perfect view.

We stayed five nights and were/are completely amazed by this property. The view from either balcony is breathtaking. Easy parking and access to the pool and beach were also a plus. The location is close to shopping and groceries and restaurants.

Best trip!

We had a great stay! Even with the renovations being done on the property from the hurricane, it was easy to access the beach. All items were as described in the room and they even had extra beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available for us to use! Super convenient to also have a washer and dryer in the room!

Great beach access

This was a perfect location for our family. We were glad we chose a place we could easily access the beach at any time. The view from the balconies were fantastic. The condo itself was very comfortable and well maintained, the building as a whole not quite as well.

It was the best of the best

I have stayed here 3 times now an i wouldn't have it any other way. The owner was amazing. Our air went out the 1st night. He made it right within an hour.we had a great time and will be back.

Loved everything!!

We loved it! Very pretty area and the place we stayed at was very nice and cozy and absolutely loved the two separate balconies! Also has a bunch of places to eat near and shops. Couldn’t beat the price with how much room we had as well being right on the beach! The communication and rules were easy and straight forward. Definitely would recommend them and come stay there again!

We enjoyed the location, a little tricky when our original door code did not work, but quickly resolved with the emergency line.

This condo was exactly as advertised. I enjoyed my stay there. I full size kitchen garbage can would be a nice addition. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Great Condo

Great little condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the beach come alive each morning. The pool was nice and we enjoyed being near the life guard stand and public bathrooms while on the beach. The gate keys were a bit of a pain but we dealt with it. We would come back again.
