ESPLANADE ELEGANCE (L'ESPLANADE)

Appartement de deux chambres à coucher avec deux baies offrant une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis le balcon et un espace salon, salle à manger et cuisine à aire ouverte. Cet appartement situé au deuxiÚme étage comprend une grande télévision à écran LCD, un lecteur DVD, une chaßne stéréo CD, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle et une salle de bains avec baignoire spa et un cabinet de toilette séparé. La chambre principale comprend un lit queen et il y a deux lits simples dans la deuxiÚme piÚce. Il y a aussi une buanderie européenne avec machine à laver et sÚche-linge pour votre commodité.

Le grand balcon ensoleillé est idéal pour les réceptions en plein air avec barbecue et cadre extérieur ou tout simplement pour vous détendre et regarder le monde passer! Cette propriété de vacances offre également un emplacement de choix, juste en face de la plage de Torquay et à quelques minutes de marche des quartiers de Gilbert et de Bell Street. Ventilateurs portables, chauffage électrique et espace de stationnement hors rue fourni.

Veuillez noter que le linge de maison n’est pas fourni ni inclus dans le prix annoncĂ©, mais qu’il est possible de le faire appel Ă  un fournisseur externe pour un coĂ»t supplĂ©mentaire. Veuillez informer notre personnel amical si vous souhaitez louer du linge pendant votre sĂ©jour.

This is my favourite place to stay in Torquay have been staying here for 5 years each summer. The location is amazing, the property is beautiful, there is instant access to wonderful places to go to, visit and eat at surrounding the property and the view is gorgeous. The host and agency are wonderfully helpful and respond in a very quick and timely manner and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I love coming during the holiday period.

My Favourite place for a summer getaway

I have always loved Torquay and I go there every summer. This place is my favorite place to stay as it is in a great location and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The place is well kept and comforting. I can not wait til next summer.

Great location and views

Nice sized unit, with great views. Unusual instructions on the bunk, saying the top bunk wasn't to be used. It didn't matter for us as we pulled the mattress off and slept in the lounge, but others might find this inconvenient if travelling with two adults and two kids.

Firstly great location! But didn't live up to expectations for price. The flyscreen in the bathroom, which was directly over the sink and in your face, was chocked full of dust. The carpet in both bedrooms were heavily stained, like a spotted quoll. The master bedroom door would hit the bedframe making it awkward going around the bed due to size of room. The knifes and utensils in seconded draw where poorly cleaned, there were numerous stains and food bits on most knifes. No toilet paper but some was delivered after a discussion with the agent. Cheap knifes, when I was cutting some cheese the knife handle broke, may seem petty but just another reason it didn't live up to my expectations.

Lovely property

Super house with great appliances and thoughtful provisions left. Good location and easy walk to station. Great cafe for brunch. Really enjoyed our stay and nice deck for sitting out plus bbq. We would come back for sure. Thanks.

The Real Estate agents were great and made it all very easy... Communication was friendly, professional and most efficient. Thank you!

Ideal location

Some of the facilities were a bit dated but honestly we were out most of the time so it didn't matter. A great location for the beach, walking tracks and places to eat. Loved it

Beautiful location, average property for the price

I booked the property for its location on the waterfront which was perfect. Unfortunately I can't say the property was perfect. On arrival there was a damp smell in the toilet and bathroom requiring the toilet and bathroom window to remain open throughout our stay and the bath mat certainly needs replacing. Being the middle of winter, the heater was not sufficient to warm the property and the doonas were certainly not warm enough for the winter months. An average property for the price in need of a makeover. That said, the weather was beautiful and we spent most of the weekend exploring the area, it would have been disappointing if we would have had to stay indoors.

Excellent location

Excellent location with great views. Disappointed it didn’t have an air conditioner, just an air cooler as it was hot when we stayed. Also it would have been great to have ceiling fans in living area and bedrooms Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at this property
